本实用新型提供一种充气密封蝶阀;阀板为圆形,阀板两端有长短转轴,阀板转轴穿过密封圈两侧的孔,形成对阀板定位支撑;阀体由两片半圆形环用螺栓锁紧对接构成,半圆形环阀体内缘有凹槽,用C字形密封圈卡在阀体凹槽内,用上法兰和下法兰夹紧密封圈和阀体,阀体开有小孔,对应该小孔的阀体外面设置有排气阀,排气阀进气口连接压缩空气,进气孔与阀体的小孔连通。本实用新型的优点是,开、关蝶阀时转动扭矩小;密封效果好;开关蝶阀时,阀芯与密封圈无接触,密封圈磨损小。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及制药、食品、化工行业中粉体输送管道道用的蝶阀。
背景技术
在制药、食品、化工行业中,管道阀使用已经很广泛。阀门密封普遍采用阀板与密封圈结构,通过阀板与密封圈紧密贴合,达到阀板与阀体之间的密封。其密封效果和耐压能力, 取决于密封圈的弹性和阀板压紧程度。
在输送或者投放粉体、或颗粒物料时,蝶阀是必需的部件。由于阀板与密封圈之间有存在粉体、或颗粒物料,阀门开闭过程旋转阀板时,会造成密封圈快速磨损。磨损脱落的密封圈异物会进入物料中,会造成对产品的污染,影响产品的质量,同时也导致密封圈过快磨损。
发明内容
为解决前述粉体输送管道道所用蝶阀存在的问题,本实用新型提供一种充气密封蝶阀;阀板为圆形,阀板两端有长短转轴,阀板转轴穿过密封圈两侧的孔,形成对阀板定位支撑;阀体由两片半圆形环用螺栓锁紧对接构成,半圆形环阀体内缘有凹槽,用C字形密封圈卡在阀体凹槽内,用上法兰和下法兰夹紧密封圈和阀体,阀体开有小孔,对应该小孔的阀体外面设置有排气阀,排气阀进气口连接压缩空气,进气孔与阀体的小孔连通。
本实用新型的优点是,
a) 开、关蝶阀时转动扭矩小;
b) 密封效果好;
c) 开关蝶阀时,阀芯与密封圈无接触,密封圈磨损小。

具体实施方式
请参阅附图所示,本实用新型阀板1为圆形,阀板1两端有长短转轴,阀板1转轴穿过密封圈两侧的孔,形成对阀板1定位支撑;阀体3由两片半圆形环用螺栓锁紧对接构成,半圆形环阀体3内缘有凹槽,用C字形密封圈卡在阀体3凹槽内,用上法兰4和下法兰6夹紧密封圈2和阀体3,阀体3开有小孔,对应该小孔的阀体3外面设置有排气阀7,排气阀7进气口连接压缩空气,进气孔9与阀体的小孔连通。
蝶阀关闭过程:
气动执行器5动作,阀板1旋转至关闭位置,阀板1与密封圈2在圆周方向无接触。这样可以减少阀门转动扭矩,以及阀板1与密封圈2的磨擦。通过阀体3侧面安装的快速排气阀7向 C形密封圈与阀体3之间充压缩空气,密封圈2在气压作用下膨胀,封闭阀板1周边,如附图5所示。
蝶阀开启过程:
快速排气阀7将C形密封圈与阀体3之间充满的压缩气体排出。C形密封圈2收缩恢复原态,密封圈2与阀板1脱离接触。气动执行器5转动阀板1到开启位置(图6)。

1.一种充气密封蝶阀,阀板为圆形,阀板两端有长短转轴,阀板转轴穿过密封圈两侧的孔,形成对阀板定位支撑;其特征在于,阀体由两片半圆形环用螺栓锁紧对接构成,半圆形环阀体内缘有凹槽,用C字形密封圈卡在阀体凹槽内,用上法兰和下法兰夹紧密封圈和阀体,阀体开有小孔,对应该小孔的阀体外面设置有排气阀,排气阀进气口连接压缩空气,进气孔与阀体的小孔连通。
