Abstract
本发明公开了一种便携式电极端子可拆卸式胶体蓄电池,包括箱体、盖板和电极端子组件,所述箱体为一体注塑而成,所述盖板的下表面设有与箱体上端沿相匹配的环形凹槽,所述环形凹槽内设有密封圈,所述盖板通过环形凹槽与箱体上端沿扣合安装,所述电极端子组件包括设在盖板上的电极端子引出口和压紧螺栓,所述电极端子引出口为带橡胶内圈的通孔,所述压紧螺栓与内圈螺纹连接,且压紧螺栓的中心设有倒锥形的通孔。本发明结构简单,盖板与箱体通过扣合方式密封,装配简单,同时电极端子口采用硬质橡胶螺纹连接,提高了密封效果,同时降低电解液漏液的风险,并为更换电极端子提供了方便。

技术领域
本发明主要涉及蓄电池的装配技术。
背景技术
在蓄电池半成品生产过程中,中盖为非铅圈的蓄电池半成品极柱放入胶圈倒入密封胶进行密封时,由于在操作时不能保证密封圈100%密封,导致密封胶漏到半成品电池内部,密封胶被蓄电池隔板吸收,密封胶固化后隔板的孔径、空率、吸酸量等指标都发生了变化,影响电池品质;中盖为铅圈的蓄电池半成品在极柱焊接端子密封时,由于操作的原因,焊接时有少量蓄电池中盖的铅圈熔化后流动的铅液会沿着蓄电池的极柱漏入电池内部,漏入电池内部的铅块对电池后续的使用带来了影响,电池在运输的过程中会引起蓄电池短路,中盖的铅圈为铅锑合金,漏入电池内部的铅块会释放出的锑离子影响电池寿命(针对铅钙合金电池)。因此,现有技术中电池盒通常采用密封胶密封,造成装配工序多,效率低。
发明内容
发明目的:针对上述现有存在的问题和不足,本发明的目的是提供了一种便携式电极端子可拆卸式胶体蓄电池,使得蓄电池装配快捷方便,具有更高的防逸漏效果。
技术方案:为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种便携式电极端子可拆卸式胶体蓄电池,包括箱体、盖板和电极端子组件,所述箱体为一体注塑而成,所述盖板的下表面设有与箱体上端沿相匹配的环形凹槽,所述环形凹槽内设有密封圈,所述盖板通过环形凹槽与箱体上端沿扣合安装,所述电极端子组件包括设在盖板上的电极端子引出口和压紧螺栓,所述电极端子引出口为带橡胶内圈的通孔,所述压紧螺栓与内圈螺纹连接,且压紧螺栓的中心设有倒锥形的通孔。
作为优选,所述盖板的上表面设有用于收纳提手带的条形凹槽,且所述提手带为多节提手组成,且相邻两节提手为铰接。
作为优选,所述压紧螺栓采用硬质橡胶制成。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明结构简单,盖板与箱体通过扣合方式密封,装配简单,同时电极端子口采用硬质橡胶螺纹连接,提高了密封效果,同时降低电解液漏液的风险,并为更换电极端子提供了方便。

如图1和2所述,一种便携式胶体蓄电池箱盒,包括箱体、盖板和电极端子组件,所述箱体为一体注塑而成,所述箱体外侧设有托板;所述盖板的下表面设有与箱体上端沿相匹配的环形凹槽,所述环形凹槽内设有密封圈,所述盖板通过环形凹槽与箱体上端沿扣合安装,所述盖板的上表面设有用于收纳提手带的条形凹槽,且盖板的端部设有电极端子引出口。其中,提手带为3节组成,每节之间通过错位铰链连接,不用时可以完全收纳进入凹槽,同时两侧的托板也便于搬运。另外,电极端子组件包括设在盖板上的电极端子引出口和压紧螺栓,所述电极端子引出口为带橡胶内圈的通孔,所述压紧螺栓与内圈螺纹连接,且压紧螺栓的中心设有倒锥形的通孔。作为优选,倒锥形通孔的倾斜角为3°。

1.一种便携式电极端子可拆卸式胶体蓄电池,起特征在于:包括箱体、盖板和电极端子组件,所述箱体为一体注塑而成,所述盖板的下表面设有与箱体上端沿相匹配的环形凹槽,所述环形凹槽内设有密封圈,所述盖板通过环形凹槽与箱体上端沿扣合安装,所述电极端子组件包括设在盖板上的电极端子引出口和压紧螺栓,所述电极端子引出口为带橡胶内圈的通孔,所述压紧螺栓与内圈螺纹连接,且压紧螺栓的中心设有倒锥形的通孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述便携式电极端子可拆卸式胶体蓄电池,起特征在于:所述盖板的上表面设有用于收纳提手带的条形凹槽,且所述提手带为多节提手组成,且相邻两节提手为铰接。
3.根据权利要求1所述便携式电极端子可拆卸式胶体蓄电池,起特征在于:所述压紧螺栓采用硬质橡胶制成。
