本发明公开了一种蓄电池端子密封防漏装置,所述蓄电池包括多块极板,所述密封防漏装置包括电极端子引出柱和防漏圆盘,所述防漏圆盘中空且圆周上设有向上的挡环,且挡环的上端面设有容纳密封圈的环形凹槽,所述防漏圆盘的下部也设有向下的挡环;所述电极端子引出柱通过汇流板连接多块极板,且电极端子引出柱的上部外缘上设有环形凸缘,所述电极端子引出柱穿过防漏圆盘,且环形凸缘顶住防漏圆盘向下的挡环并形成环形空间,该环形空间设有密封圈。本发明使得蓄电池装配快捷方便,具有更高的防逸漏效果。

一种蓄电池端子密封防漏装置
技术领域
本发明主要涉及蓄电池的装配技术。
背景技术
在蓄电池半成品生产过程中,中盖为非铅圈的蓄电池半成品极柱放入胶圈倒入密封胶进行密封时,由于在操作时不能保证密封圈100%密封,导致密封胶漏到半成品电池内部,密封胶被蓄电池隔板吸收,密封胶固化后隔板的孔径、空率、吸酸量等指标都发生了变化,影响电池品质;中盖为铅圈的蓄电池半成品在极柱焊接端子密封时,由于操作的原因,焊接时有少量蓄电池中盖的铅圈熔化后流动的铅液会沿着蓄电池的极柱漏入电池内部,漏入电池内部的铅块对电池后续的使用带来了影响,电池在运输的过程中会引起蓄电池短路,中盖的铅圈为铅锑合金,漏入电池内部的铅块会释放出的锑离子影响电池寿命(针对铅钙合金电池)。因此,现有技术中电池盒通常采用密封胶密封,造成装配工序多,效率低。
发明内容
发明目的:针对上述现有存在的问题和不足,本发明的目的是提供了一种带端子密封防漏装置的铅酸蓄电池,使得蓄电池装配快捷方便,具有更高的防逸漏效果。
技术方案:为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种蓄电池端子密封防漏装置,所述蓄电池包括多块极板,所述密封防漏装置包括电极端子引出柱和防漏圆盘,所述防漏圆盘中空且圆周上设有向上的挡环,且挡环的上端面设有容纳密封圈的环形凹槽,所述防漏圆盘的的下部也设有向下的挡环;所述电极端子引出柱通过汇流板连接多块极板,且电极端子引出柱的上部外缘上设有环形凸缘,所述电极端子引出柱穿过防漏圆盘,且环形凸缘顶住防漏圆盘向下的挡环并形成环形空间,该环形空间设有密封圈。
作为优选,所述防漏圆盘的向上的挡环直径是电极端子引出柱的1.5~2倍,且该挡环的高度为1.5~3cm。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明结构简单,装配方便;所述圆盘的2个挡环均形成电解液容纳缓冲空间,避免电解液的漏液风险。
