本发明主要涉及蓄电池的装配技术。
背景技术
在蓄电池半成品生产过程中,中盖为非铅圈的蓄电池半成品极柱放入胶圈倒入密封胶进行密封时,由于在操作时不能保证密封圈100%密封,导致密封胶漏到半成品电池内部,密封胶被蓄电池隔板吸收,密封胶固化后隔板的孔径、空率、吸酸量等指标都发生了变化,影响电池品质;中盖为铅圈的蓄电池半成品在极柱焊接端子密封时,由于操作的原因,焊接时有少量蓄电池中盖的铅圈熔化后流动的铅液会沿着蓄电池的极柱漏入电池内部,漏入电池内部的铅块对电池后续的使用带来了影响,电池在运输的过程中会引起蓄电池短路,中盖的铅圈为铅锑合金,漏入电池内部的铅块会释放出的锑离子影响电池寿命(针对铅钙合金电池)。因此,现有技术中电池盒通常采用密封胶密封,造成装配工序多,效率低。
发明内容
发明目的:针对上述现有存在的问题和不足,本发明的目的是提供了一种蓄电池中盖,使得蓄电池装配快捷方便,具有更高的防逸漏效果。
技术方案:为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种蓄电池中盖,包括中盖本体,所述中盖本体为注塑一体成型的方形,所述中盖本体的四周设有用于收纳密封圈的环形嵌入槽,所述中盖本体的上表面设有两个电极端子通孔、两个排气阀孔和一个手提带收纳凹槽,所述中盖本体的下表面设有多条加强筋,且每条加强筋嵌有圆环。
作为优选,所述电极端子通孔为内陷式通孔。
作为优选,所述排气阀孔包括螺纹孔和与该螺纹孔匹配的螺栓,所述螺栓与螺纹孔的接触面设置阀片。阀片设在螺纹孔的上表面,螺栓旋入压紧,当需要排气时,适当旋松排气,避免了一次旋松排气过大。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明生产成本低,装配简单方便,且具有优秀的防漏排气效果。
