本实用新型主要涉及蓄电池的装配技术。
背景技术
在蓄电池半成品生产过程中,中盖为非铅圈的蓄电池半成品极柱放入胶圈倒入密封胶进行密封时,由于在操作时不能保证密封圈100%密封,导致密封胶漏到半成品电池内部,密封胶被蓄电池隔板吸收,密封胶固化后隔板的孔径、空率、吸酸量等指标都发生了变化,影响电池品质;中盖为铅圈的蓄电池半成品在极柱焊接端子密封时,由于操作的原因,焊接时有少量蓄电池中盖的铅圈熔化后流动的铅液会沿着蓄电池的极柱漏入电池内部,漏入电池内部的铅块对电池后续的使用带来了影响,电池在运输的过程中会引起蓄电池短路,中盖的铅圈为铅锑合金,漏入电池内部的铅块会释放出的锑离子影响电池寿命(针对铅钙合金电池)。因此,现有技术中电池盒通常采用密封胶密封,造成装配工序多,效率低。
发明内容
发明目的:针对上述现有存在的问题和不足,本实用新型的目的是提供了一种便携式胶体蓄电池箱盒,使得蓄电池装配快捷方便,具有更高的防逸漏效果。
技术方案:为实现上述发明目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:一种便携式胶体蓄电池箱盒,包括箱体和盖板,所述箱体为一体注塑而成,所述箱体外侧设有托板;所述盖板的下表面设有与箱体上端沿相匹配的环形凹槽,所述环形凹槽内设有密封圈,所述盖板通过环形凹槽与箱体上端沿扣合安装,所述盖板的上表面设有用于收纳提手带的条形凹槽,且盖板的端部设有电极端子引出口。
作为优选,所述提手带为多节提手组成,且相邻两节提手为铰接。
作为优选,所述提手带为3节提手组成。
作为优选,所述盖板的上表面四周设有围挡。
作为优选,所示箱体的侧面设有竖直的加强筋。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本实用新型安装方便快捷,并通过扣合密封方式密封并结合多节提手,提高了装配效率和便携程度。

如图1~3所示,一种便携式胶体蓄电池箱盒,包括箱体和盖板,所述箱体为一体注塑而成,所述箱体外侧设有托板;所述盖板的下表面设有与箱体上端沿相匹配的环形凹槽,所述环形凹槽内设有密封圈,所述盖板通过环形凹槽与箱体上端沿扣合安装,所述盖板的上表面设有用于收纳提手带的条形凹槽,且盖板的端部设有电极端子引出口。其中,提手带为3节组成,每节之间通过错位铰链连接,不用时可以完全收纳进入凹槽,同时两侧的托板也便于搬运。
