Abstract

本发明公开了一种气动多级加压装置,包括驱动气缸、设置在驱动气缸内的驱动活塞、与所述驱动活塞连接的多级加压装置以及连接在所述多级加压装置后端的过滤器,所述驱动气缸包括驱动气缸套以及设置在气缸套两端的增压气缸盖和气缸座,所述增压气缸盖和气缸座与一换向阀连接,在所述换向阀上设置有排气口、换向气管进气口、正向气管出气口、反向气管出气口、高压气管接头以及气体输入接头。驱动活塞移动到气缸盖位置,触动减压阀。减压阀卸掉换向气缸里的压力,换向阀芯移动,反向气管气体转换到排气管排出,正向气管打开。通过以上动作实现往复工作。驱动活塞驱动二级管和高压杆,带动一级活塞和高压活塞进行往复工作。

气动多级加压装置
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种高压气泵的加压装置,具体是用于该高压气泵的气动多级加压装置。
背景技术:
现有的用于高压气泵的多级加压装置,包括多级气缸,并通过多级气缸实现多级加压。气缸在缸体内运动时,有往复的过程,在回复到初始位置的过程中不做功,且需要消耗气体推动气缸运动,造成损耗。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术的不足,而提供一种气动多级加压装置。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种气动多级加压装置,包括驱动气缸、设置在驱动气缸内的驱动活塞、与所述驱动活塞连接的多级加压装置以及连接在所述多级加压装置后端的过滤器,其特征在于:所述驱动气缸包括驱动气缸套以及设置在气缸套两端的增压气缸盖和气缸座,所述增压气缸盖和气缸座与一换向阀连接,在所述增压气缸盖上设置有正向气管进气口和高压气管第一出气口,在所述气缸座上设置有反向气管进气口、高压气管第二出气口和换向气管出气口,在所述换向阀上设置有排气口、换向气管进气口、正向气管出气口、反向气管出气口、高压气管接头以及气体输入接头,所述正向气管进气口与所述正向气管出气口连接,所述高压气管第一出气口和高压气管第二出气口均连接在所述高压气管接头上,所述反向气管进气口与所述反向气管出气口连接,所述换向气管进气口与所述换向气管出气口连接,所述换向阀包括换向阀体以及换向阀芯,所述气体输入接头和高压气管接头连接在所述阀体的两端,所述阀芯设置在所述阀体内并可在所述阀体内水平移动使所述气体输入接头择一与所述正向气管出气口和反向气管出气口导通。
所述排气管出气口、换向气管出气口、正向气管出气口、反向气管出气口均设置在所述阀体上。
在所述增压气缸盖上设置有用于将所述加压气管第一出气口与高压气管接头导通的减压阀,在所述阀座上设置有用于将所述换向气管出气口与换向气管进气口导通的增压阀。
所述多级增压装置为三级,包括一级气缸、二级气缸以及三级气缸,在所述一级气缸内设置有一级活塞,所述二级气缸连接在所述一级活塞上,在所述二级气缸内设置有二级活塞,所述三级气缸连接在所述二级活塞上,在所述三级气缸内设置有三级活塞。
本发明气动多级加压装置,将0.6MPA压力气体通过气体输入接头,接入换向阀。气体推动换向阀芯移动,气体通过正向气管进入正向驱动缸。正向驱动缸开始工作,驱动活塞向正方向移动。驱动活塞移动到气缸座位置,触动加压阀,气体通过加压气管进入换向气缸。气体推动换向阀芯,换向阀芯移动,正向气管气体转换到排气口通过排气管排出,反向气管打开。气通过反向气管进入反向驱动缸,反向驱动缸工作,驱动活塞向反向移动。驱动活塞移动到气缸盖位置,触动减压阀。减压阀卸掉换向气缸里的压力,换向阀芯移动,反向气管气体转换到排气管排出,正向气管打开。通过以上动作实现往复工作。驱动活塞驱动二级管和高压杆,带动一级活塞和高压活塞进行往复工作。反向驱动缸工作时,气体通过进气道进入一级气缸,气缸正向工作,一级气缸压缩气体进入二级气缸,气缸反向工作,二级气缸压缩气体进入三级气缸。三级气缸压缩气体通过单向阀,进过连接座高压气管进入过滤器,高压气体经过过滤后输出。
排气管排出的气体,快速排出时通过散热通道,会产生低温,低温气体通过连接座上的散热孔排出,可以给增压泵和高压气体散热。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本发明作详细说明:
如图1、图2所示,本发明气动多级加压装置,包括驱动气缸1、设置在驱动气缸内的驱动活塞2、与驱动活塞2连接的多级加压装置3以及连接在多级加压装置3后端的采用高压气管62连接的过滤器4。驱动气缸1包括驱动气缸套11以及设置在气缸套两端的增压气缸盖12和气缸座13。增压气缸盖12和气缸座13与一换向阀5连接。在增压气缸盖12上设置有正向气管进气口121和高压气管第一出气口122,在气缸座13上设置有反向气管进气口131、高压气管第二出气口132和换向气管出气口133。在换向阀5上设置有排气口、换向气管进气口、正向气管出气口、反向气管出气口、高压气管接头53以及气体输入接头8。正向气管进气口121与正向气管出气口连接,高压气管第一出气口122和高压气管第二出气口132均连接在高压气管接头53上,反向气管进气口131与反向气管出气口连接,换向气管进气口133与换向气管出气口连接。换向阀5包括换向阀体51以及换向阀芯52,气体输入接头和高压气管接头连接在阀体的两端,阀芯设置在阀体内并可在所述阀体内水平移动使所述气体输入接头择一与正向气管出气口和反向气管出气口导通。
排气管出气口、换向气管出气口、正向气管出气口、反向气管出气口均设置在换向阀体上。
在增压气缸盖上设置有用于将所述加压气管第一出气口与高压气管接头导通的减压阀,在所述阀座上设置有用于将所述换向气管出气口与换向气管进气口导通的增压阀。
多级增压装置为三级,包括一级气缸31、二级气缸33以及三级气缸35,在一级气缸31内设置有一级活塞32。二级气缸33连接在一级活塞31上,在二级气缸33内设置有二级活塞34。三级气缸35连接在二级活塞34上,在三级气缸35内设置有三级活塞36。
正向气管进气口121与正向气管出气口采用正向气管65连接,高压气管第一出气口122和高压气管第二出气口132采用加压气管62连接在高压气管接头53上,反向气管进气口131与反向气管出气口采用反向气管66连接,换向气管进气口133与换向气管出气口采用换向气管64连接。

Claims (4)

1.一种气动多级加压装置,包括驱动气缸、设置在驱动气缸内的驱动活塞、与所述驱动活塞连接的多级加压装置以及连接在所述多级加压装置后端的过滤器,其特征在于:所述驱动气缸包括驱动气缸套以及设置在气缸套两端的增压气缸盖和气缸座,所述增压气缸盖和气缸座与一换向阀连接,在所述增压气缸盖上设置有正向气管进气口和高压气管第一出气口,在所述气缸座上设置有反向气管进气口、高压气管第二出气口和换向气管出气口,在所述换向阀上设置有排气口、换向气管进气口、正向气管出气口、反向气管出气口、高压气管接头以及气体输入接头,所述正向气管进气口与所述正向气管出气口连接,所述高压气管第一出气口和高压气管第二出气口均连接在所述高压气管接头上,所述反向气管进气口与所述反向气管出气口连接,所述换向气管进气口与所述换向气管出气口连接,所述换向阀包括换向阀体以及换向阀芯,所述气体输入接头和高压气管接头连接在所述阀体的两端,所述阀芯设置在所述阀体内并可在所述阀体内水平移动使所述气体输入接头择一与所述正向气管出气口和反向气管出气口导通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的气动多级加压装置,其特征在于:所述排气管出气口、换向气管出气口、正向气管出气口、反向气管出气口均设置在所述阀体上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的气动多级加压装置,其特征在于:在所述增压气缸盖上设置有用于将所述加压气管第一出气口与高压气管接头导通的减压阀,在所述阀座上设置有用于将所述换向气管出气口与换向气管进气口导通的增压阀。
4.根据权利要求1所述的气动多级加压装置,其特征在于:所述多级增压装置为三级,包括一级气缸、二级气缸以及三级气缸,在所述一级气缸内设置有一级活塞,所述二级气缸连接在所述一级活塞上,在所述二级气缸内设置有二级活塞,所述三级气缸连接在所述二级活塞上,在所述三级气缸内设置有三级活塞。
