本实用新型涉及压缩机技术领域，具体涉及一种空气压缩机气路系统。
背景技术
空气压缩机的种类很多，按工作原理可分为容积式压缩机、速度式压缩机；容积式压缩机的工作原理是压缩气体的体积，使单位体积内气体分子的密度增加以提高压缩空气的压力；速度式压缩机的工作原理是提高气体分子的运动速度，使气体分子具有的动能转化为气体的压力能，从而提高压缩空气的压力。现在常用的空气压缩机有活塞式空气压缩机、螺杆式空气压缩机(螺杆空气压缩机又分为双螺杆空气压缩机和单螺杆空气压缩机)、离心式压缩机以及滑片式空气压缩机和涡旋式空气压缩机。基本上都是由电动机直接驱动压缩机，使曲轴产生旋转运动，带动连杆使活塞产生往复运动，引起气缸容积变化，由于气缸内压力的变化，通过进气阀使空气经过空气滤清器(消声器)进入气缸，在压缩行程中，由于气缸容积的缩小，压缩空气经过排气阀的作用，经排气管、单向阀(止回阀)进入储气罐，当排气压力达到额定压力0.7MPa时由压力开关控制而自动停机，当储气罐压力降至0.5～0.6MPa时压力开关自动联接启动。传统压缩机的气路系统结构复杂，使用过程中不太稳定。

一种空气压缩机气路系统，包括空气滤清器，所述空气滤清器与螺杆进气控制阀连接，所述的螺杆进气控制阀安装在螺杆机进口处，所述螺杆机的排气口通过金属软管连接螺杆机的油气分离器，所述的油气分离器连接螺杆后冷却器，所述的螺杆后冷却器连接活塞机一级气缸，所述活塞机一级气缸的排气口连接活塞机一级冷却器，所述的活塞机一级冷却器连接活塞机一级分离器，所述的活塞机一级分离器连接活塞机二级气缸，所述的活塞机二级气缸的排气口连接活塞机冷却器，所述的活塞机冷却器连接活塞机二级分离器，所述的活塞机二级分离器通过单向阀连接到送气口。
所述的空气滤清器通过橡胶弯管与螺杆机进气控制阀连接。
所述螺杆机油气分离器与螺杆后冷却器之间设有最小压力阀。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型结构简单，气路设计合理，保证了系统工作的稳定性。

如图1所示，本实用新型的气路系统为三级压缩，即螺杆机完成一级压缩，活塞机完成二、三级压缩。压缩机的气路是从进气空气滤清器开始的，空气滤清器通过橡胶弯管与螺杆进气控制阀连接，螺杆进气控制阀直接安装在螺杆主机进口，螺杆机的排气通过金属软管进入螺杆机的油气分离器，分离后的一级排气体经最小压力阀进入螺杆后冷却器，然后进入气水分离器，将水分离后，进入活塞机φ115气缸(一级)，从一级排气出来的气体进入活塞机一级冷却器，然后进入与活塞机一级冷却器相连的活塞机油气分离器，将油水分离后，进入二级进气活塞机φ105气缸(二级)，从二级排气出来的气体进入活塞机二级冷却器，最后进入与活塞机二级冷却器相连的活塞机油气分离器，将油水分离后，进入单向阀，可防止气体回流，此端为整个压缩机组的最终端，接下去是送到用户处。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种空气压缩机气路系统，其特征在于：所述的空气滤清器通过橡胶弯管与螺杆机进气控制阀连接。
