Abstract
本发明公开了一种汽车双排气管路系统,包括发动机、三元催化器和消声器,所述发动机的废气经排气歧管进入三元催化器,消声器的进气端与三元催化器相连,在消声器的出气端连接有第一排气总管,在三元催化器和消声器间还连接有第二排气总管,所述第二排气总管与车辆的冷却液以及机油形成热交换。本系统能够减小排气背压,加快冷启动时暖机速度,改善燃油消耗。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车热管理技术领域,具体为一种汽车双排气管路系统。
背景技术
传统汽车都只有一根排气总管,排气背压较大,并且废气的热量基本上不能被利用,浪费了大量的热能。而在另一方面,现有汽车冷启动时都只能利用燃烧室传给冷却液的热量来暖机,汽车在刚启动后基本上处于低速运行,燃烧室传给冷却液的热量有限,这就导致暖机速度较慢,油耗量增加。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车双排气管路系统,以减小排气背压,加快冷启动时暖机速度,改善燃油消耗。
本发明所述的汽车双排气管路系统,包括发动机、三元催化器和消声器,所述发动机的废气经排气歧管进入三元催化器,消声器的进气端与三元催化器相连,在消声器的出气端连接有第一排气总管,在三元催化器和消声器间还连接有第二排气总管,在所述第二排气总管上设有控制第二排气总管开闭的电磁阀,所述第二排气总管与车辆的冷却液以及机油形成热交换。
优选的,在第二排气总管外缠绕设置有冷却液管路,冷却液由该冷却液管路流通与第二排气总管内的废气形成热量交换。
优选的,所述第二排气总管与油底壳串接,所述油底壳包括内、外两层壳体,第二排气总管的废气由内外层壳体间所形成的隔层的一端进入并从另一端排出。
优选的,经排气歧管排出的废气经增压器后进入三元催化器。
优选的,所述电磁阀根据冷却液、机油以及废气的温度控制开闭。
优选的,第二排气总管长度远小于第一排气总管长度。
本技术方案采用并联式双排气管路方案,减小了排气背压,尤其是发动机处于低速时的背压,并通过废气对冷却液和机油进行加热,有效利用了废气能量,加快了冷启动时暖机速度,改善了燃油消耗。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的详细阐述,以下实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
如图1所示的汽车双排气管路系统,包括发动机1、排气歧管2、增压器3、三元催化器4、消声器5和电磁阀6。
所述发动机1的废气依次经排气歧管2、增压器3进入三元催化器4,三元催化器的排气分为并联的两条支路,一路为现有常规的方式,经消声器5后由第一排气总管7排出。另一路则通过第二排气总管8与冷却液和机油进行热交换,对冷却液和机油升温。并且,第二排气总管长度远小于第一排气总管长度,目的在于低速时有更多的废气流向第二排气总管,从而提高暖机效率。
其中第二排气总管8从三元催化器4后引出,未经过消声器,目的在于缩短排气管长度,减小此支路的排气背压。所述电磁阀6在车辆冷启动时开启,降低系统排气背压,并使废气通过第二排气总管8对冷却液和机油进行加热。在冷却液和机油温度达到设定值或者废气温度达到油底壳所能承受的最高温度时,电磁阀关闭,阻断废气流经第二排气总管。
图2为第二排气总管对冷却液和机油的加热方式,在第二排气总管外缠绕设置有螺旋状的冷却液管路9,冷却液由该冷却液管路进口10流入,经过第二排气总管加热后,从冷却液管路出口11流出。
所述油底壳包括内层壳体13和外层壳体14,内层壳体内储存机油12,所述内外两层壳体间在油底壳底部形成废气流通的隔层空间,废气流过油底壳时,第二排气总管的废气由隔层的一端进入并从另一端排出,油底壳中的机油由废气中吸收热量升温。
第一排气总管通过消声器降低排气噪声,第二排气总管则通过油底壳空腔来降低排气噪声。
Claims (6)
1.一种汽车双排气管路系统,包括发动机、三元催化器和消声器,所述发动机的废气经排气歧管进入三元催化器,消声器的进气端与三元催化器相连,在消声器的出气端连接有第一排气总管,其特征在于:在三元催化器和消声器间还连接有第二排气总管,在所述第二排气总管上设有控制第二排气总管开闭的电磁阀,所述第二排气总管与车辆的冷却液以及机油形成热交换。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车双排气管路系统,其特征在于:在第二排气总管外缠绕设置有冷却液管路,冷却液由该冷却液管路流通与第二排气总管内的废气形成热量交换。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的汽车双排气管路系统,其特征在于:所述第二排气总管与油底壳串接,所述油底壳包括内、外两层壳体,第二排气总管的废气由内外层壳体间所形成的隔层的一端进入并从另一端排出。
4.根据权利要求1所述的汽车双排气管路系统,其特征在于:经排气歧管排出的废气经增压器后进入三元催化器。
5.根据权利要求1所述的汽车双排气管路系统,其特征在于:所述电磁阀根据冷却液、机油以及废气的温度控制开闭。
6.根据权利要求1所述的汽车双排气管路系统,其特征在于:第二排气总管长度远小于第一排气总管长度。
