本发明涉及一种防霉变橡胶的制备方法,该方法包括:称取氯丁橡胶600克、(S)-5-氯-2-(2-甲基哌嗪-1-基)-7-(吡啶-2-基)-4-(三氟甲基)苯并噁唑150克、炭黑150克、碳酸钙80克、N-苯基-α-苯胺150克、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯30克、二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌20克、2-硫醇基咪唑啉20克、过氧化二异丙苯50克,将双辊开炼机的前辊温控制在140℃,后辊温控制在120℃,将上述材料加入双辊开炼机中,薄通5次,然后静置5小时,转移到QLB-D400X 400X 2型平板硫化机中压制片材,平板硫化机模板温度为130℃,模压力为0.5Mpa,模压时间10分钟。

技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶领域,具体的说,本发明涉及一种防霉变橡胶的制备方法。
背景技术
橡胶行业是化学工业的重要组成部分,轮胎、胶管、胶带、胶辊、橡胶密封圈、胶布制品等橡胶制品被广泛的应用于汽车生产、飞机制造、原油输送、电子通讯、医院等国民经济的各个行业,已成为重要的基础产业之一。众所周知,橡胶行业的基本原材料就是天然橡胶和合成橡胶,不论是从自然界获取的天然橡胶,还是人类通过工业化手段得到的合成橡胶,虽然它们有宝贵的高弹性和其它一系列的优良性能,但其本身在性能上仍有许多的缺点引起霉变的主要物质是霉菌或真菌,由于它们没有叶绿素,不能在阳光下通过外界的水分、二氧化碳及无机物来制造食物,只能靠从其它物体里吸收有机质作为养分,物质的霉变,腐败过程,就是各种霉菌不断的系列,积累的过程,在生物学上也称为“代谢”。因此现在急需防霉变的橡胶。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防霉变橡胶的制备方法。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明提供一种防霉变橡胶的制备方法,该方法包括:称取氯丁橡胶600克、(S)-5-氯-2-(2-甲基哌嗪-1-基)-7-(吡啶-2-基)-4-(三氟甲基)苯并噁唑150克、炭黑150克、碳酸钙80克、N-苯基-α-苯胺150克、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯30克、二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌20克、2-硫醇基咪唑啉20克、过氧化二异丙苯50克,将双辊开炼机的前辊温控制在140℃,后辊温控制在120℃,将上述材料加入双辊开炼机中,薄通5次,然后静置5小时,转移到QLB-D400X400X2型平板硫化机中压制片材,平板硫化机模板温度为130℃,模压力为0.5Mpa,模压时间10分钟。
本发明所述的防霉变橡胶具有很好的防霉效果,同时该橡胶还具有抗拉强度高,耐火、耐腐蚀等优点。

以下通过具体实施方式的描述对本发明作进一步说明,但这并非是对本发明的限制,本领域技术人员根据本发明的基本思想,可以做出各种修改或改进,但是只要不脱离本发明的基本思想,均在本发明的范围之内。
实施例1
称取氯丁橡胶600克、(S)-5-氯-2-(2-甲基哌嗪-1-基)-7-(吡啶-2-基)-4-(三氟甲基)苯并噁唑150克、炭黑150克、碳酸钙80克、N-苯基-α-苯胺150克、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯30克、二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌20克、2-硫醇基咪唑啉20克、过氧化二异丙苯50克,
将双辊开炼机的前辊温控制在140℃,后辊温控制在120℃,将上述材料加入双辊开炼机中,薄通5次,然后静置5小时,转移到QLB-D400X400X2型平板硫化机中压制片材,平板硫化机模板温度为130℃,模压力为0.5Mpa,模压时间10分钟。
实施例2
按照和实施例1相同的方式制备防霉变橡胶,不同之处在于不使用(S)-5-氯-2-(2-甲基哌嗪-1-基)-7-(吡啶-2-基)-4-(三氟甲基)苯并噁唑。
实验例
性能测试
(1)ASTMD412-1998(2002)来测定橡胶的拉伸强度;
(2)HG/T4301-2012来测定橡胶防霉性能。
结果
实施例1的样品:拉伸强度为18.9Mpa,防霉等级为一级,无任何霉斑出现;
实施例2的样品:拉伸强度为10.6Mpa,防霉等级为三级,稍微有霉斑出现。
由上述结果可见,在加入防霉剂之后,橡胶的强度和防霉性能得到显著增强,并且加入前和加入后结果进行比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。

1.一种防霉变橡胶的制备方法,其特征在于,该方法可以包括:称取氯丁橡胶600克、(S)-5-氯-2-(2-甲基哌嗪-1-基)-7-(吡啶-2-基)-4-(三氟甲基)苯并噁唑150克、炭黑150克、碳酸钙80克、N-苯基-α-苯胺150克、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯30克、二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌20克、2-硫醇基咪唑啉20克、过氧化二异丙苯50克,
将双辊开炼机的前辊温控制在140℃,后辊温控制在120℃,将上述材料加入双辊开炼机中,薄通5次,然后静置5小时,转移到QLB-D400X400X2型平板硫化机中压制片材,平板硫化机模板温度为130℃,模压力为0.5Mpa,模压时间10分钟。
