技术领域:
本发明涉及混凝土生产技术领域,具体涉及一种地下混凝土预制场。
背景技术:
混凝土预制场即混凝土搅拌站,是用来集中搅拌混凝土的联合装置。由于它的机械化、自动化程度较高,所以生产率也很高,并能保证混凝土的质量和节省水泥,常用于混凝土工程量大、工期长、工地集中的大、中型水利、电力、桥梁等工程。随着市政建设的发展,采用集中搅拌、提供商品混凝土的搅拌站具有很大的优越性,因而得到迅速发展,并为推广混凝土泵送施工,实现搅拌、输送、浇筑机械联合作业创造条件。
目前,在混凝土生产行业中,混凝土预制场通常是建在地上,不仅会占用较大的地上面积,开放式的混凝土预制场还会造成粉尘污染和噪音污染,影响施工人员的身心健康。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供一种地下混凝土预制场,该地下混凝土预制场为建在地下的封闭式混凝土预制场,不仅节约了地上空间,还会避免混凝土生产过程中的粉尘污染和噪音污染。
本发明的技术解决措施如下:
一种地下混凝土预制场,包括原材料送料系统、混凝土预制池、称量系统、输送系统以及控制系统,原材料送料系统包括并排设置的第一筒仓、第二筒仓以及第三筒仓,第一筒仓、第二筒仓以及第三筒仓分别装有砂石、水泥和黄沙,三个筒仓的上部均设置有高位料位计,下部均设置有低位料位计,高位料位计和低位料位计均与控制系统电连接,三个筒仓的下部开口处均设置有电动阀门,三个电动阀门的下部设置有各自的称量系统,称量系统上砂石、水泥和黄沙均被输送系统送入混凝土预制池侧面设置的输送溜槽内,继而进入混凝土预制池,混凝土预制池包括土建基础,土建基础上固定有支撑立柱,支撑立柱上密封安装有密封盖,密封盖上安装有通气阀,支撑立柱的侧面还设置有加水漏斗,混凝土预制池内设置有输出装置,输送装置包括横移输送机构和纵移输送机构,纵移输送机构包括纵移轨道、纵移架体和皮带输送机,纵移架体在纵移电机的驱动下沿着纵移轨道在沼气发酵池内纵向移动,皮带输送机安装在纵移架体上,横移输送机构包括横移小车和螺旋输送机,横移小车能够在纵移架体上横向移动,螺旋输送机安装在横移小车上,并由螺旋电机驱动,螺旋输送机的出料口与皮带输送机正对,制成的混凝土经螺旋输送机提升至皮带输送机上,并由皮带输送机运送至输送车辆。
作为上述技术方案的优选,密封盖为透明盖体,通气阀外部连接有袋式除尘器,输送系统为带式输送机,带式输送机的输送距离为2-3千米。
作为上述技术方案的优选,纵移架体上还设置有两个搅拌器,搅拌器由搅拌电机驱动,搅拌器包括搅拌框和搅拌轴,搅拌框固定在搅拌轴上,搅拌轴与搅拌电机的输出轴通过联轴器连接。
作为上述技术方案的优选,输送溜槽上覆盖有耐磨材料,第一筒仓、第二筒仓以及第三筒仓的结构和尺寸相同,均包括筒状主体和下部锥形斗,筒状主体的高度为4-5米,筒状主体的直径为1.2米,三个筒仓通过筒仓支架支撑在地面之上,地面上具有固定筒仓支架的建筑基础。
作为上述技术方案的优选,电动阀门包括阀门主体和阀瓣,阀门主体两端焊接有连接法兰,连接法兰上开设有螺栓孔,阀瓣中间开设有容纳旋转轴的空腔,阀瓣与旋转轴焊接成一体。
作为上述技术方案的优选,旋转轴与外部齿轮通过键连接,旋转轴露出的部分套设有套筒,外部齿轮通过连接皮带与主动齿轮连接,主动齿轮由阀门电机驱动,阀门电机的输出轴通过联轴器与主动轴连接,主动轴通过连接键与主动齿轮连接。
本发明的有益效果在于:该地下混凝土预制场为建在地下的封闭式混凝土预制场,不仅节约了地上空间,还会避免混凝土生产过程中的粉尘污染和噪音污染。

具体实施方式:
如图1所示,地下混凝土预制场包括原材料送料系统、混凝土预制池、称量系统2、输送系统以及控制系统20,原材料送料系统包括并排设置的第一筒仓11、第二筒仓12以及第三筒仓13,第一筒仓11、第二筒仓12以及第三筒仓13分别装有砂石、水泥和黄沙,三个筒仓的上部均设置有高位料位计16,下部均设置有低位料位计,高位料位计16和低位料位计均与控制系统电连接,三个筒仓的下部开口处均设置有电动阀门15,三个电动阀门15的下部设置有各自的称量系统2,称量系统2上砂石、水泥和黄沙均被输送系统30送入混凝土预制池侧面设置的输送溜槽31内,继而进入混凝土预制池,混凝土预制池包括土建基础43,土建基础43上固定有支撑立柱44,支撑立柱44上密封安装有密封盖45,密封盖45上安装有通气阀46,支撑立柱44的侧面还设置有加水漏斗32,混凝土预制池内设置有输出装置,输送装置包括横移输送机构和纵移输送机构,纵移输送机构包括纵移轨道41、纵移架体42和皮带输送机6,纵移架体42在纵移电机的驱动下沿着纵移轨道41在沼气发酵池内纵向移动,皮带输送机6安装在纵移架体42上,横移输送机构包括横移小车51和螺旋输送机53,横移小车51能够在纵移架体42上横向移动,螺旋输送机53安装在横移小车51上,并由螺旋电机52驱动,螺旋输送机53的出料口与皮带输送机6正对,制成的混凝土经螺旋输送机53提升至皮带输送机6上,并由皮带输送机6运送至输送车辆7。
密封盖45为透明盖体,通气阀46外部连接有袋式除尘器,输送系统30为带式输送机,带式输送机的输送距离为2-3千米。
纵移架体42上还设置有两个搅拌器55,搅拌器55由搅拌电机54驱动,搅拌器55包括搅拌框和搅拌轴,搅拌框固定在搅拌轴上,搅拌轴与搅拌电机54的输出轴通过联轴器连接。
输送溜槽31上覆盖有耐磨材料,第一筒仓11、第二筒仓12以及第三筒仓13的结构和尺寸相同,均包括筒状主体和下部锥形斗,筒状主体的高度为4-5米,筒状主体的直径为1.2米,三个筒仓通过筒仓支架支撑在地面之上,地面上具有固定筒仓支架的建筑基础。
如图2-3所示,电动阀门15包括阀门主体155和阀瓣153,阀门主体155两端焊接有连接法兰151,连接法兰151上开设有螺栓孔154,阀瓣153中间开设有容纳旋转轴158的空腔152,阀瓣153与旋转轴158焊接成一体,旋转轴158与外部齿轮141通过键143连接,旋转轴158露出的部分套设有套筒159,外部齿轮141通过连接皮带145与主动齿轮142连接,主动齿轮由阀门电机150驱动,阀门电机150的输出轴通过联轴器156与主动轴157连接,主动轴157通过连接键144与主动齿轮142连接。
如图4-5所示,称量系统2为与控制系统20电连接的皮带秤,皮带秤包括称量支架23、皮带24和带轮22,皮带24缠绕带轮22,皮带24为带有挡边的橡胶皮带,两个带轮22之间还设置有张紧轮21,称量支架23支撑皮带24位于上部的部分,称量支架23包括U型座235,U型座235上设置有第一肋板231、第二肋板232、第三肋板233以及第四肋板234,第一肋板231和第三肋板233之间形成第一侧部安装部,第二肋板232和第四肋板234之间形成第二侧部安装部,第三肋板233和第四肋板234之间形成水平安装部,第一侧部安装部和第二侧部安装部上均安装有侧向支撑辊238,水平安装部上通过转轴236安装有水平支撑辊237,侧向支撑辊238和水平支撑辊237上设置有重量传感器。

1.一种地下混凝土预制场,其特征在于,包括原材料送料系统、混凝土预制池、称量系统(2)、输送系统以及控制系统(20),原材料送料系统包括并排设置的第一筒仓(11)、第二筒仓(12)以及第三筒仓(13),第一筒仓(11)、第二筒仓(12)以及第三筒仓(13)分别装有砂石、水泥和黄沙,三个筒仓的上部均设置有高位料位计(16),下部均设置有低位料位计,高位料位计(16)和低位料位计均与控制系统电连接,三个筒仓的下部开口处均设置有电动阀门(15),三个电动阀门(15)的下部设置有各自的称量系统(2),称量系统(2)上砂石、水泥和黄沙均被输送系统(30)送入混凝土预制池侧面设置的输送溜槽(31)内,继而进入混凝土预制池,混凝土预制池包括土建基础(43),土建基础(43)上固定有支撑立柱(44),支撑立柱(44)上密封安装有密封盖(45),密封盖(45)上安装有通气阀(46),支撑立柱(44)的侧面还设置有加水漏斗(32),混凝土预制池内设置有输出装置,输送装置包括横移输送机构和纵移输送机构,纵移输送机构包括纵移轨道(41)、纵移架体(42)和皮带输送机(6),纵移架体(42)在纵移电机的驱动下沿着纵移轨道(41)在沼气发酵池内纵向移动,皮带输送机(6)安装在纵移架体(42)上,横移输送机构包括横移小车(51)和螺旋输送机(53),横移小车(51)能够在纵移架体(42)上横向移动,螺旋输送机(53)安装在横移小车(51)上,并由螺旋电机(52)驱动,螺旋输送机(53)的出料口与皮带输送机(6)正对,制成的混凝土经螺旋输送机(53)提升至皮带输送机(6)上,并由皮带输送机(6)运送至输送车辆(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的地下混凝土预制场,其特征在于:密封盖(45)为透明盖体,通气阀(46)外部连接有袋式除尘器,输送系统(30)为带式输送机,带式输送机的输送距离为2-3千米。
3.根据权利要求1所述的地下混凝土预制场,其特征在于:纵移架体(42)上还设置有两个搅拌器(55),搅拌器(55)由搅拌电机(54)驱动,搅拌器(55)包括搅拌框和搅拌轴,搅拌框固定在搅拌轴上,搅拌轴与搅拌电机(54)的输出轴通过联轴器连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的地下混凝土预制场,其特征在于:输送溜槽(31)上覆盖有耐磨材料,第一筒仓(11)、第二筒仓(12)以及第三筒仓(13)的结构和尺寸相同,均包括筒状主体和下部锥形斗,筒状主体的高度为4-5米,筒状主体的直径为1.2米,三个筒仓通过筒仓支架支撑在地面之上,地面上具有固定筒仓支架的建筑基础。
5.根据权利要求1所述的地下混凝土预制场,其特征在于:电动阀门(15)包括阀门主体(155)和阀瓣(153),阀门主体(155)两端焊接有连接法兰(151),连接法兰(151)上开设有螺栓孔(154),阀瓣(153)中间开设有容纳旋转轴(158)的空腔(152),阀瓣(153)与旋转轴(158)焊接成一体。
6.根据权利要求5所述的地下混凝土预制场,其特征在于:旋转轴(158)与外部齿轮(141)通过键(143)连接,旋转轴(158)露出的部分套设有套筒(159),外部齿轮(141)通过连接皮带(145)与主动齿轮(142)连接,主动齿轮由阀门电机(150)驱动,阀门电机(150)的输出轴通过联轴器(156)与主动轴157连接,主动轴(157)通过连接键(144)与主动齿轮(142)连接。
