技术领域

背景技术

具体实施方式
仅仅为了描述和说明本发明的某些实施方式而提供了以下详细描述以及其中包含的示例,而不期望以任何方式限制本发明的范围。
在图1中,示意性地示出了现有技术敷抹器设备的侧视图。在图2中,示出了根据本发明的敷抹器设备的相应侧视图,其中相同的附图标记用于相应的部分/元件。如可以看出的,与现有技术设备相比,由于其有益的设计,图2所示的根据本发明的设备占据的空间大幅减少,这将在下面更详细地解释。
现在将主要参照图2-6来描述敷抹器设备。根据一个实施方式,根据本发明的敷抹器设备1包括底座支承设备8、9、用于供给涂覆液/浆料4的供给单元6、敷抹器装置5和计量装置7。所述供给单元6包括分配管62,其形成了对敷抹器装置5和计量装置7的支承,这是由于所述敷抹器装置5和/或计量装置7中的至少一个直接或间接地附接至所述分配管62,使得在操作涂覆机时,至少有50%的来自敷抹器装置5和/或计量装置7的力由分配管62的主体接收。
此外,分配管62借助支撑设备31由支承体3支承,支撑设备31布置成能够使所述分配管62沿轴向膨胀和收缩。支承体3安装在保持支架上,保持支架包括枢转轴81的枢转臂8,枢转臂8绕枢转轴80可枢转地布置,由此所述供给单元6可朝向或远离支持辊2移动。气缸9布置成使保持支架8可动。所述保持支架8和所述气缸9一起形成所述底座支承设备8、9。气缸9可以以许多不同的方式固定。枢转臂8布置成能够在敷抹器设备1的活动位置和无效位置之间枢转,并且所述枢转臂8的活动枢转轴80定位在由辊(敷抹器设备1固定在其上)的垂直切线所限定的区域内。由于将支架8的枢转轴80布置在优选地位于辊2下面的地带中,杆设备和整个可移动单元的占用空间变得更小。
在图2的示例中,支持辊2支承着运行幅片W的背侧。优选地,支持辊2的长度至少对应于运行幅片W的宽度,优选地长于所述运行幅片W的长度。相邻支持辊2布置有根据本发明的供给单元6和敷抹器装置5。在横跨机器方向延伸支持辊2整个宽度的所述供给单元6经由供给和分配管62为运行幅片W提供涂覆介质膜4,这将在稍后更详细地描述。未保留在幅片上的所施加涂料可以收集在涂料盘设备35中,并且例如经由出口管36再循环。
在图3A-B中,从右手侧示出涂覆机,涂覆机包括如图2所示的供给单元6,以将涂覆介质直接施加到运行幅片W上。图3A示出了涂覆机的配备有涂料盘设备35和出口管36的端部;而在图3B中,显示了在底座支承设备3和供给单元6之间布置的支撑件31。供给单元6包括分配管62,涂覆介质4通过分配管62进行供给和分配,其中涂覆介质经由包括喷嘴唇部54、56(另请参见图4)的敷抹器装置5从管62分配到例如幅片W,喷嘴唇部54、56形成用于排出涂覆介质4的间隙55。
支承分配管62的支承体3连同分配管62一起形成了固定的稳定结构,这意味着没必要存在温度控制设备来消除因温度变化导致的不希望的张紧(否则这可以导致弯曲=不均匀的涂覆)。例如取决于是否希望使从喷嘴间隙55喷出的涂料的脱落最小化(这通过使涂料4在高压下供给而实现),由于因极致要求必需的本身极为昂贵的材料,可能无法通过使分配管62“自支持”而去除支承结构3。然而,由于此新颖性构思,支承体可以以任何合适的材料/形式制成,其满足所希望的对提供稳定支承的需要,例如标准的低合金钢管,这有利于低成本生产。低合金钢可定义为具有的总合金元素例如镍、铬和锰低于10%,优选地低于8%且更优选地低于5%的钢。
根据一个实施方式,例如通过使支承底座30设置有支撑件31,分配管62相对于支承结构3可滑动地布置,该支撑件31布置有在支承底座30上布置的第一低摩擦接口310以及位于供给管件62底部的相配合的第二低摩擦接口311,以允许分配管62因热膨胀/收缩而自由滑动,从而以容易的、成本效益和安全的方式保障供给管件62无张紧,即消除了对冷却设备的需要,并且消除了复杂的支承结构3。
如图3A所示,也称为“计量元件”的细长的计量装置7附接至所述供给单元6,其中计量元件7的长度优选地至少对应于运行幅片W的宽度。所述计量元件7的结构及其功能将在稍后更详细地描述(例如参见图4和图7-8)。优选地,分配管62形成对计量元件7的支承,并且计量元件7直接或间接地附接至供给单元6。在一个实施方式中,计量元件7附接至敷抹器装置5的一部分并由该部分保持,它反过来固定到分配管62上。据此,将计量元件7定位得非常接近间隙55(参见图4),间隙55由敷抹器装置5限定并由喷嘴唇部54、56形成,涂覆介质/浆料4从管62供给通过间隙55,导致可以借助一个集成单元(即,敷抹器装置5和计量元件7)进行过量浆料的涂覆和计量,由此可以实现有益的对敷抹器设备的紧凑化。
所述敷抹器装置5和/或计量元件7直接或间接地附接至供给单元6,这意味着在计量元件7接触到下层运行表面时产生的力的至少主要部分被传递到和分散于分配管62的主体内。这导致承受所施加应力的能力得以提高,从而还导致装备的寿命时间延长。
图4示出了根据本发明的供给单元6的第一实施方式的横截面横向视图。供给单元6包括优选地由金属制成的分配管62,其具有内部腔室60。所述管62沿辊2平行地延伸,并在布置有流入物的至少一侧进一步延续。涂覆介质4从所述管62的一端(或两端)供给到管62的内部空腔60中,并流过位于分配管62的壁中的多个径向通孔61。在管件62的外侧,通孔61定位成排,其中一个通孔61在分配管62的轴向方向上,将介质4从内部空腔60引导到均衡腔室53中。所述均衡腔室53在一侧由形成固定的喷嘴唇部54的基本固体元件界定,它由螺钉542牢固地安装到分配管62上。在另一侧,腔室53由保持体56界定。固定的喷嘴唇部54和保持体56一起形成使涂覆介质4供给通过的间隙55。在本示例性描述中,所述固定的喷嘴唇部54、保持体56、均衡腔室53和间隙55限定出敷抹器装置5。当从管62供给到下层运行表面(例如,幅片W或辊2)上时,通过敷抹器装置5施加涂覆介质4。保持体56设置有脚部59,脚部59装入到位于分配管62表面处的一匹配的凹槽63中。保持体56借助柔性压力管件57牢固地附着到分配管62上。该设备提供了快速更换所述保持体56的方式,这是有利的,因为这样的更换往往需要进行得相当频繁,而各部分的迅速替换意味着停机时间减少。
附接保持体56的其它方式也是可以的,例如借助固定地布置在管62上的互连构件(未示出),这反过来提供了对所述脚部59的紧固定位。这样的互连构件例如可借助螺旋连接而附接到管62上,从而取代了生产所述凹槽63的需要。
涂覆介质4经由间隙55离开均衡腔室53,并被施加于幅片W或传送辊或凹版辊22(将稍后描述)的表面上。喷嘴唇部54、56形成间隙55,用于排出涂覆介质。借助柔性压力构件561和铰链部560,可连续地控制间隙55的大小。根据一个实施方式,保持体56制成一件,并且由弹性材料制成,这导致例如借助所述柔性压力构件561将它制成可以绕铰链部560朝向或远离下层表面而弯曲。
保持体56设置有在所述保持体56的上部上布置的计量元件7(参见WO 2007/061378,其中描述了计量元件7的应用)。所述计量元件7包括绕其长度轴线可枢转地布置的环状体。计量元件7还设置有脊状的计量部70,其具有第一汇合侧71和后侧73,所述汇合侧71是连续弯曲的,后侧73包括直立的边缘,从而在汇合侧71和后侧73之间形成边缘72。
在使用这种计量元件7的设备中,此优点在计量元件7与转动计量元件7的幅片或辊之间不需要接触时得以获得,使得计量部70与幅片或辊1之间的接触不再存在。这意味着,可将供给单元6整体上保持就位。
图4所示的实施方式包括冷却设备,其中分配管62的圆周区域由设置有下降边缘666的板662围绕。所述板662绕分配管62的周界延伸约270°。间距663布置在板662和分配管62之间,其绕分配管62周界的延伸量与板662的延伸量大致对应。该间距可填充冷却介质,例如冷却水。为了避免冷却介质泄漏出间距663,所述间距663的每端设置有紧缩材料65、66。
在图5中,示出了涂覆机的透视图,该涂覆机包括根据本发明的供给单元6,用于将涂覆介质间接施加到运行幅片W上。传送辊21放置在运行幅片W的每一侧。相邻于传送辊21,布置有所述供给单元6,为传送辊21提供涂覆介质膜4,该膜以所谓的涂覆介质4向运行幅片W上的间接施加工序而施加到运行幅片W上。本文中还示出了位于支承结构3和分配管62之间的支撑件31,所述支撑件31包括布置在支承底座30上的第一低摩擦接口310以及位于供给管件62底部上的相配合的第二低摩擦接口311。借助支撑件31,所述分配管62相对于支承结构3可滑动地布置。
支承结构3借助主体32(例如,内管件构件)而界定,主体32定位在支承底座30的内部,以在支承底座管件30的内表面和内部主体32的外表面之间形成空间38,所述空间38用于提供调和液体流,以沿支承底座30并在支承底座30周围获取均匀的温度。在一个实施方式中,所述被界定的空间38可设置有密封构件37,在支承体3内能够实现螺旋式循环,这进一步有助于在没有任何温度梯度的情况下获得均匀的温度。例如,密封构件37可在支承底座管件30的内表面和内部主体32的外表面之间形成一用来引导调和液体流通过被界定的空间38的结构。例如,这样的结构可以采用沿支承底座30表面延伸的螺旋的形式,布置为能够实现所述螺旋式循环。根据一个实施方式,密封构件37包括O形环构件,所述O形环构件布置在支承底座管件30的圆周内表面周围,以形成所述螺旋表面结构,导致通过的调和介质流将促使在管件30周围循环同时通过支承单元3。
另外,在图6中,示出了使用根据本发明的敷抹器设备的间接施加过程的示例。本文中凹版辊22沿传送辊21定位,使得各辊的纵轴分别大致相互平行。凹版辊22的长度对应于传送辊21的长度,各辊的所述长度至少长达运行幅片W的宽度,优选地长于所述运行幅片W的长度。相邻凹版辊22处布置有所述供给单元6。在横跨机器方向上延伸凹版辊22整个宽度的所述供给单元6为凹版辊22提供涂覆介质膜4,所述膜4施加到传送辊21,最终进一步施加到运行幅片W。
图7描绘了本发明的供给单元6的另一实施方式,其中压力管件561由多个分布式压力波纹管569替换。所述压力波纹管569以合适的间距定位,以便或者在保持体56的包封面上施加均匀的压力,或者施加在某些情况下所希望的沿包封面变化的压力。
图8示出了根据本发明的供给单元6的优选实施方式的横截面横向视图,其中不使用冷却设备。类似于之前描述的实施方式,包括固定的喷嘴唇部54和保持体56的敷抹器装置5以分配管62的形式被附接到供给单元6上。涂覆介质4布置为流过分配管62,并经过位于分配管62的壁中的通孔61,以进一步在固定的喷嘴唇部54和敷抹器装置5的保持体56之间通过,此后,经由间隙55供给到运行辊2上。
在图8所示的实施方式中,固定的喷嘴唇部54与弹性刮刀540共同作用,弹性刮刀540在固定的喷嘴唇部54一侧附接到在固定的喷嘴唇部54旁边的分配管62上,其面向用于涂覆介质和间隙55的通道。
优选地,分配管62壁的厚度t在管圆周的周围是均匀的,优选地介于5-30mm之间,甚至更优选地介于10-20mm之间。在优选实施方式中,壁厚t至少足够大,以允许所述保持体56的紧固,如之前所述,保持体56可借助位于分配管62的表面处的凹槽63而附接到供给单元6上。
涂覆介质
精细板状矿物的混合物,典型的是粘土或颗粒状碳酸钙;着色剂,典型的是用于白色片材的二氧化钛;以及粘合剂,可以是有机类型的或合成的组合物。另一类型的涂覆介质可以是水溶液,其包括例如在胶料应用中使用的淀粉。
如本领域技术人员将要理解的,在不脱离如所附权利要求中所限定的范围的情况下,对于本发明的上述和其它实施方式可做出各种变更和修改。例如,计量杆可以用来代替计量元件7。
应理解,通过详细描述显而易见,本发明在上面阐述的各目的应被解释为说明性的而不具有限制意义。在以下权利要求的范围内,本发明的各种改变的构建是可能的,例如,所述保持体56例如借助螺旋连接可经由互连构件(未示出)而附接到供给单元6上,互连构件可附接到分配管62表面上。此外,对本领域技术人员显而易见的是,例如,采用常规的梁的形式,例如,工字钢等,以及通过使用其它材料,例如碳素钢(带或不带内衬)、聚合材料(例如,带有加固)、混凝土(例如,带有钢筋)等,许多其它形式(除了管状)和材料(除了低合金钢)可用于设计支承体3。
Claims (21)
1.敷抹器设备,包括用于供给涂覆液/浆料的供给单元(6)、敷抹器装置(5)以及计量装置(7),所述供给单元(6)包括分配装置,所述分配装置由支承结构(3)来支承,其中所述分配装置形成用于计量装置(7)的支承体,并且计量装置(7)间接地附接至所述分配装置,并且其中所述敷抹器装置(5)包括形成用于供给涂覆液/浆料的间隙(55)的第一和第二喷嘴唇部,其特征在于,所述分配装置为分配管(62)的形式,而且所述计量装置(7)借助直接附接到所述分配管(62)的保持体(56)而定位得接近所述间隙(55),其中该保持体(56)也构成其中一个所述喷嘴唇部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的敷抹器设备,其特征在于,所述分配管(62)至少具有使其外表面暴露于环境空气的基本部分。
3.根据权利要求2所述的敷抹器设备,其特征在于,所述分配管(62)具有使其外表面暴露于环境空气的主要部分。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的敷抹器设备,其特征在于,所述分配管(62)布置成在没有任何冷却结构相连时起作用。
5.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的敷抹器设备,其特征在于,所述支承结构(3)采用管件的形式。
6.根据权利要求5所述的敷抹器设备,其特征在于,所述支承结构(3)由低合金钢材料制成。
7.根据权利要求5所述的敷抹器设备,其特征在于,所述支承结构(3)布置成包含循环的调和液体。
8.根据权利要求7所述的敷抹器设备,其特征在于,在支承结构(3)内用于循环液体的空间(38)借助定位于支承结构(3)内部内的主体(32)来界定,以在支承结构(3)的内表面和内部主体(32)的外表面之间形成所述空间(38)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的敷抹器设备,其特征在于,被界定的所述空间(38)设置有能够在支承结构(3)内实现螺旋式循环的密封构件(37)。
10.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的敷抹器设备,其特征在于,所述支承结构(3)由低合金钢材料制成。
11.根据权利要求10所述的敷抹器设备,其特征在于,所述支承结构(3)具有管状形式。
12.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的敷抹器设备,其特征在于,所述分配管(62)相对于所述支承结构(3)构成单独的单元。
13.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的敷抹器设备,其特征在于,所述保持体(56)包括铰链部(560)。
14.根据权利要求13所述的敷抹器设备,其特征在于,所述保持体(56)由弹性材料一体制成。
15.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的敷抹器设备,其特征在于,所述敷抹器设备包括布置成使所述分配管(62)能够沿轴向膨胀和收缩的支撑设备(31)。
16.根据权利要求1所述的敷抹器设备,其特征在于,所述分配管(62)采用金属非焊接设计的圆形管件的形式。
17.根据权利要求16所述的敷抹器设备,其特征在于,所述分配管(62)采用标准管件的形式。
18.根据权利要求1所述的敷抹器设备,其特征在于,包括底座支承设备(8、9),所述底座支承设备包括布置成能够在敷抹器设备(1)的活动位置和无效位置之间枢转的枢转臂(8),并且其中所述枢转臂的活动枢转轴(80)定位在由固定有敷抹器设备(1)的辊的竖向切线所限定的区域内。
19.根据权利要求1所述的敷抹器设备,其特征在于,所述分配管(62)的厚度(t)介于5-30mm之间。
20.根据权利要求19所述的敷抹器设备,其特征在于,所述分配管(62)的厚度(t)介于10-20mm之间。
21.一种用于将涂覆液/浆料供给到运行表面上的方法,包括提供一种敷抹器设备(1),所述敷抹器设备包括:底座支承设备(8、9);供给单元(6),所述供给单元包括用于供给涂覆液/浆料的分配装置,所述分配装置由支承结构(3)来支承;敷抹器装置(5);以及计量装置(7),并且所述方法包括布置分配装置,以形成用于计量装置(7)的支承体,其中计量装置(7)间接地附接至所述分配装置,并且其中所述敷抹器装置(5)包括形成用于供给涂覆液/浆料的间隙(55)的第一和第二喷嘴唇部,其特征在于,所述分配装置为分配管(62)的形式,而且所述计量装置(7)借助直接附接到所述分配管(62)的保持体(56)而定位得接近所述间隙(55),其中该保持体(56)也形成其中一个所述喷嘴唇部。
