本发明涉及一种耐油橡胶的制备方法,该方法包括:称取丁腈橡胶、硬脂酸锌、2-硫醇基苯并噻唑、柠檬酸三丁酯、防老剂4010NA、白炭黑和7-(2-羟基丙-2-基)-4-(3-(7-甲氧基-1,3-二氧代-1H-吡啶并[1,2-c]嘧啶-2(3H)-基)-2-甲基苯基)-9H-咔唑-1-甲酰胺,置于烘箱中100℃下干燥3小时后倒入高速混合机中,在600rpm下搅拌10分钟,然后移至双螺杆挤出机中在180℃、螺杆转速为800r/min条件下熔融挤出,得到基料,将所述基料放入QLB-D400X?400X?2型平板硫化机中压制片材即得,其中:平板硫化机模板温度为150℃,模压力为2Mpa,模压时间10分钟。

技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶领域,具体的说,本发明涉及一种耐油橡胶的制备方法。
背景技术
这些年随着经济的发展,在石油勘探中对于橡胶产品的需求越来越旺盛,然而由于石油勘探的特殊性,其使用过程中不可避免地接触油性物质,如果橡胶产品的耐油性不足,则操作者容易出现打滑等现象,危及生产、甚至操作者的人身安全。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐油橡胶的制备方法。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明提供一种耐油橡胶的制备方法,其特征在于,该方法包括下列方法:称取丁腈橡胶150千克、硬脂酸锌25千克、2-硫醇基苯并噻唑40千克、柠檬酸三丁酯20千克、防老剂4010NA20千克、白炭黑20千克和7-(2-羟基丙-2-基)-4-(3-(7-甲氧基-1,3-二氧代-1H-吡啶并[1,2-c]嘧啶-2(3H)-基)-2-甲基苯基)-9H-咔唑-1-甲酰胺15千克,置于烘箱中100℃下干燥3小时后倒入高速混合机中,在600rpm下搅拌10分钟,然后移至双螺杆挤出机中在180℃、螺杆转速为800r/min条件下熔融挤出,得到基料,将所述基料放入QLB-D400X400X2型平板硫化机中压制片材即得,其中:平板硫化机模板温度为150℃,模压力为2Mpa,模压时间10分钟。
本发明提供一种配方科学,材料易得,具有优异的耐油性能和力学性能,并且加工性能好的耐油橡胶。同时在生产过程中,不会产生粘辊、粘膜的现象,易加工,大大提高了其加工性能。

以下通过具体实施方式的描述对本发明作进一步说明,但这并非是对本发明的限制,本领域技术人员根据本发明的基本思想,可以做出各种修改或改进,但是只要不脱离本发明的基本思想,均在本发明的范围之内。
实施例1
称取丁腈橡胶150千克、硬脂酸锌25千克、2-硫醇基苯并噻唑40千克、柠檬酸三丁酯20千克、防老剂4010NA20千克、白炭黑20千克和7-(2-羟基丙-2-基)-4-(3-(7-甲氧基-1,3-二氧代-1H-吡啶并[1,2-c]嘧啶-2(3H)-基)-2-甲基苯基)-9H-咔唑-1-甲酰胺15千克,置于烘箱中100℃下干燥3小时后倒入高速混合机中,在600rpm下搅拌10分钟,然后移至双螺杆挤出机中在180℃、螺杆转速为800r/min条件下熔融挤出,得到基料,将所述基料放入QLB-D400X400X2型平板硫化机中压制片材即得,其中:平板硫化机模板温度为150℃,模压力为2Mpa,模压时间10分钟。
实施例2
按照和实施例1相同的方式制备耐油橡胶,不同之处在于不使用7-(2-羟基丙-2-基)-4-(3-(7-甲氧基-1,3-二氧代-1H-吡啶并[1,2-c]嘧啶-2(3H)-基)-2-甲基苯基)-9H-咔唑-1-甲酰胺。
实验例
性能测试
(1)力学性能:拉伸强度、撕裂强度、邵尔A型硬度测试分别按相应国家标准(GB/T528-1998、GB/T529-1999、GB/T531-1999)测定。
(2)耐油性能按照ASTMD471-2006标准进行检测,单位为%。
结果
实施例1的样品:硬度(邵A)为106,拉伸强度为15.3Mpa,撕裂强度为53.8Mpa,耐油性能(油浸泡后的膨胀率)为4.6%。
实施例2的样品:硬度(邵A)为103,拉伸强度为14.8Mpa,撕裂强度为50.2Mpa,耐油性能(油浸泡后的膨胀率)为8.8%。
由上述结果可见,在加入耐油助剂之后,油浸泡后的膨胀率更低,说明耐油性更好。实施例1的样品和实施例2的样品的耐油性能结果进行比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。
