眼疲劳是一种眼科常见病,它所引起的眼干、眼涩、眼酸胀、视物模糊甚至视力下降直接影响着人的工作与生活质量。眼疲劳主要是由于人们平时全神贯注看电脑屏幕或其他用眼过度时,眼睛眨眼次数减少,造成眼泪分泌相应减少,同时闪烁荧屏强烈刺激眼睛而引起的,眼疲劳会导致人的颈、肩等相应部位出现疼痛,还会引发和加重各种眼病。近些年来,随着电子设备的普遍使用,不同阶层、不同年龄段的人群由于长时间使用电子设备、开车,造成视觉疲劳,眼部酸涩肿胀,视觉模糊,视力下降,目前,克服这些现象的方法大多采用向眼部滴加眼药水的方式缓解这些症状,但是眼药水大多含有化学成分,长期使用对眼睛损伤很大,而且人们易对眼药水形成依赖,久而久之,眼疲劳会更加严重。造成视觉疲劳和眼疾的原因除了用眼不卫生、不科学外,人们更重要的是忽视了补充有关视觉能力的营养物质,现有对于眼部保护的食品仅限于原材食料或中药,尚没有对视力保护的科学性食品。现有的缓解眼疲劳的食品或饮料也有报道,如中国专利201510606578.6公开了一种含有叶黄素可缓解眼疲劳糖片及制备方法,其组成包括糖类物质、万寿菊叶黄素酯、胶凝剂、酸味剂、提取物、浓缩果汁、食用香精、蓝莓粉、枸杞粉、胡萝卜粉和乳清蛋白粉;中国专利201510606368.7公开了一种木糖醇叶黄素可缓解眼疲劳粒剂,其组成包括木糖醇、叶黄素、麦芽糖醇、维生素C、维生素E、甜菊糖、香精、莓粉、枸杞粉、胡萝卜粉、乳清蛋白粉、β-胡萝卜素和酸味剂;中国专利201510273983.0公开了一种用于缓解眼疲劳的药物组合物及其制备方法,所述药物组合物的质量份组成如下:冰片6-12份、枸杞子120-180份、人参二醇苷2-6份、桑葚子50-80份、菊花20-60份、维生素A0.06-0.08份、乳酸锌1.0-1.6份、银杏叶10-30份、叶黄素8-16份、紫金龙总生物碱0.3-0.8份等等,但是上述公开的食品或中药的缓解疲劳效果有限,而且不能从根本上消除或缓解疲劳。因此,开发一种视觉营养饮料及其制备方法具有重要的社会应用价值。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的缺点,寻求设计提供一种视觉营养饮料及其制备方法,其制备的能够缓解视觉疲劳和视力下降的新型食品用于青少年服用,具有明显的视力保健作用。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所述每千克视觉营养饮料中组分的含量为:叶黄素为20-90mg,花青素为60-150mg,维生素b2为0.36-1.2mg,胡萝卜汁为50-100mL,液态可溶性纤维为50-100mL,锌为1-15mg,白砂糖为70g,柠檬酸为6.5g,其余为水。
本发明制备视觉营养饮料的具体工艺过程为:
(1)、先将新鲜胡萝卜依次进行洗净、去除杂质后切成小块备用;
(2)、再将胡萝卜小块放入打浆机中,加入与胡萝卜小块相同重量的水在600-800转/分的转速下打浆3-5分钟,得到胡萝卜浆液;
(3)、采用80-120目的过滤网将胡萝卜浆液进行过滤,得到胡萝卜汁备用;
(4)、将步骤(3)过滤得到的滤渣用胶体磨进行超细粉碎,得到液态可溶性纤维;
(5)、在40-50摄氏度下在胡萝卜汁中依次加入叶黄素、花青素、维生素b2、锌、白砂糖、柠檬酸、液态可溶性纤维和水,并一起倒入均质机中搅拌30-50分钟得到均质液;
(6)、将步骤(4)得到的均质液在120-135℃下消毒3-8秒得到饮料;
(7)、将步骤(5)得到的饮料进行密封包装,制备得到视觉营养饮料;青少年学生每天饮用100-500克,坚持1个月以上,可有效保护视力下降。
本发明所述叶黄素是人类视网膜中重要的营养成份之一,在眼睛视网膜的黄斑部(视力中心)和晶状体中含有,特别是黄斑部含高浓度的叶黄素,而叶黄素无法由人体自行合成,必须来源于食物吸收或母乳,最终进入晶状体和视网膜黄斑部,发挥抗氧化功效,中和有害的自由基,过滤对眼睛有害的蓝光,避免蓝光对眼睛造成氧化伤害;花青素可以清除自由基,具有强大的抗氧化功能,改善视网膜血管状态,保护视力;维生素b2增进视力,减轻眼睛的疲劳;胡萝卜汁含有β-胡萝卜素,可以很好的保护上皮组织防止眼部干涩,预防夜盲症;葡萄糖酸锌中的锌有助于保护视力,人眼中的锌含量较高,眼中又以视网膜、脉络膜含锌量最高;锌有促进维生素A吸收的作用,维生素A平时储存在肝脏中,当人体需要时,将维生素A输送到血液中,这个过程是靠锌完成“动员”工作的;维生素A是一种不饱和的一元醇,一种含锌的金属酶可使维生素A氧化为视黄醛,视黄醛与视蛋白结合形成视紫红质,视紫红质在暗处视物时起作用。所以锌缺乏和维生素A缺乏一样会造成夜盲症和视力低下,严重时会造成角膜炎。另外,锌对维持视乳头及视神经的功能是不可缺少的;锌缺乏时神经轴突功能降低,从而引起视神经疾病和视神经萎缩。
本发明与现有技术相比,其配方简单,原理科学,原料选用天然产品,不含人工合成成分,原料利用率高,无浪费,采用天然增稠剂,制备工艺简便,采用制得的视觉营养饮料口感好,营养全面,缓解眼疲劳效果明显,能有效防止视力下降。
具体实施方式:
下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1:
本实施例所述每千克视觉营养饮料中组分的含量为:叶黄素20mg,花青素100mg,维生素b21.2mg,胡萝卜汁60mL,锌5mg,白砂糖70g/kg,柠檬酸6.5g/kg,液态可溶性纤维为50mL,其余为水;具体工艺过程为:
(1)、先将新鲜胡萝卜依次进行洗净、去除杂质后切成小块备用;
(2)、再将胡萝卜小块放入打浆机中,加入与胡萝卜小块相同重量的水在600-800转/分的转速下打浆3-5分钟,得到胡萝卜浆液;
(3)、采用80-120目的过滤网将胡萝卜浆液进行过滤,得到胡萝卜汁备用;
(4)、将步骤(3)过滤得到的滤渣用胶体磨进行超细粉碎,得到液态可溶性纤维;
(5)、在40-50摄氏度下在胡萝卜汁中依次加入叶黄素、花青素、维生素b2、锌、白砂糖、柠檬酸、液态可溶性纤维和水,并一起倒入均质机中搅拌30-50分钟得到均质液;
(6)、将步骤(4)得到的均质液在120-135℃下消毒3-8秒得到饮料;
(7)、将步骤(5)得到的饮料进行密封包装,制备得到视觉营养饮料。
实施例2:
本实施例所述每千克视觉营养饮料中组分的含量为:叶黄素90mg/kg,花青素80mg/kg,维生素b21.2mg/kg,胡萝卜汁100mL/kg,锌10mg/kg,白砂糖70g/kg,柠檬酸6.5g/kg,液态可溶性纤维为60mL,其余为水,制备过程与实施例1相同。
实施例3:
本实施例所述每千克视觉营养饮料中组分的含量为:叶黄素70mg/kg,花青素100mg/kg,维生素b20.8mg/kg,胡萝卜汁70mL/kg,锌8mg/kg,白砂糖70g/kg,柠檬酸6.5g/kg,液态可溶性纤维为70mL,其余为水,制备过程与实施例1相同。
实施例4:
本实施例所述每千克视觉营养饮料中组分的含量为:叶黄素60mg/kg,花青素120mg/kg,维生素b20.9mg/kg,胡萝卜汁90mL/kg,锌9mg/kg,白砂糖70g/kg,柠檬酸6.5g/kg,液态可溶性纤维为80mL,其余为水,制备过程与实施例1相同。
实施例5:
本实施例所述每千克视觉营养饮料中组分的含量为:叶黄素50mg/kg,花青素110mg/kg,维生素b21.0mg/kg,胡萝卜汁100mL/kg,锌12mg/kg,白砂糖70g/kg,柠檬酸6.5g/kg,液态可溶性纤维为100mL,其余为水,制备过程与实施例1相同。
实施例6:
本实施例所述每千克视觉营养饮料中组分的含量为:叶黄素:75mg/kg,花青素140mg/kg,维生素b20.85mg/kg,胡萝卜汁80mL/kg,锌8.5mg/kg,白砂糖70g/kg,柠檬酸6.5g/kg,液态可溶性纤维为100mL,其余为水,制备过程与实施例1相同。
本实施例将制备的视觉营养饮料给具有眼疲劳症状的人群饮用,每天饮用100-500ml,连续饮用一周后,眼疲劳症状消失,说明本实施例制备的视觉营养饮料对缓解视觉疲劳,解除眼部干涩酸胀有明显效果。
Claims (2)
1.一种视觉营养饮料,其特征在于每千克视觉营养饮料中各组分的含量为:叶黄素为20-90mg,花青素为60-150mg,维生素b2为0.36-1.2mg,胡萝卜汁为50-100mL,液态可溶性纤维为50-100mL,锌为1-15mg,白砂糖为70g,柠檬酸为6.5g,其余为水。
2.一种如权利要求1所述视觉营养饮料的制备方法,其特征在于具体工艺过程为:
(1)、先将新鲜胡萝卜依次进行洗净、去除杂质后切成小块备用;
(2)、再将胡萝卜小块放入打浆机中,加入与胡萝卜小块相同重量的水在600-800转/分的转速下打浆3-5分钟,得到胡萝卜浆液;
(3)、采用80-120目的过滤网将胡萝卜浆液进行过滤,得到胡萝卜汁备用;
(4)、将步骤(3)过滤得到的滤渣用胶体磨进行超细粉碎,得到液态可溶性纤维;
(5)、在40-50摄氏度下在胡萝卜汁中依次加入叶黄素、花青素、维生素b2、锌、白砂糖、柠檬酸、液态可溶性纤维和水,并一起倒入均质机中搅拌30-50分钟得到均质液;
(6)、将步骤(4)得到的均质液在120-135℃下消毒3-8秒得到饮料;
(7)、将步骤(5)得到的饮料进行密封包装,制备得到视觉营养饮料。
