随着现代科技的高速发展,一种看不见、摸不着的污染源日益受到各界的关注,这就是被人们称为“隐形杀手”的电磁辐射。电磁辐射已被公认为排在大气污染、水质污染、噪音污染之后的第四大公害。其实辐射无处不在,我们生活空间的辐射源越来越多,电磁环境越来越复杂。对于人体这一良导体,电磁波不可避免地会构成一定程度的危害。眼睛属于人体对电磁辐射及紫外线和蓝光的光辐射的敏感器官,过高的电磁辐射污染还会对视觉系统造成影响。联合国人类环境大会将电磁辐射列入必须控制的主要污染物之一。电磁辐射既包括电器设备如电视塔、手机、电磁波发射塔等运行时产生的高强度电磁波,也包括电脑、变电站、电视机、微波炉等家用电器使用时产生的电磁辐射。这些电磁辐射充斥空间,无色无味无形,可以穿透包括人体在内的多种物质。据国外资料显示,电磁辐射已成为当今危害人类健康的致病源之一。电磁波磁场中,人群白血病发病为正常环境中的2.93倍,肌肉肿瘤发病为正常环境中的3.26倍。国内外多数专家认为,电磁辐射是造成儿童白血病的原因之一,并能诱发人体癌细胞增殖,影响人的生殖系统,导致儿童智力残缺,影响人的心血管系统,且对人们的视觉系统有不良影响。并且现代人的信息大多数约占90%是用眼睛获取。用眼过度和辐射导致视力下降,感到眼睛不适,眼干涩,引起白内障等。青少年的视力越来越下降,戴眼镜从小学生开始增加,严重影响中华子孙后代的身体健康。辐射易有疲劳的感觉,脸上长出了色斑、痘痘,很多人出现头晕,头痛,头胀,失眠,乏力;心悸、失眠,部分女性经期紊乱;电脑辐射还会影响男性生殖系统,主要表现为男子精子质量降低,孕妇发生自然流产和胎儿畸形等。另外紫外线和蓝光的光辐射也对眼睛和肌肤均有损伤。蓝光照射视网膜会产生自由基,而这些自由基会导致视网膜色素上皮细胞衰亡,上皮细胞的衰亡会导致光敏细胞缺少养分从而引起视力损伤,这些“不适当的光”是很大一部分老年失盲-黄斑病的罪魁祸首。护眼抗辐射是我们现代人必需解决的课题,护眼抗辐射已经是社会问题也是家庭问题,关系千家百户。抗辐射作用:自由基学说是辐射损伤的基础理论,机体受辐照后查可产生内源性自由基,引了脂质过氧化等损伤。而原花青素具有清除自由基,抑制氧化损伤的功效。目前国际上公认的清除人体内自由基最有效的天然抗氧化剂。是目前为止所发现的最强效的自由基清除剂和抗辐射作用,具有非常强的体内活性。原花青素有视力保护作用。口服20分钟即可达到最高血液浓度,代谢半衰期达7小时之久。维生素PP有治疗辐射引起皮肤粘膜物理性损伤作用。维生素C和β-胡罗卜素都有阻抑自由基活动,护眼抗辐射作用和保护肌肤完整,增加机体抗辐射能力。维生素C还具有抗氧化、β-胡萝卜素摄入人体消化器官后,可以转化成维生素A,是目前最安全补充维生素A的产品 (单纯补充化学合成维生素A,过量时会使人中毒)。它可以维持眼睛和皮肤的健康,改善夜盲症,视力下降,眼干涩等症状,保护视力,改善皮肤粗糙的状况,增加肌肤完整性,有助于身体免受自由基的伤害。葡萄糖酸锌:影响维生素A的代谢和正常视觉 ,锌在临床上表现为对眼睛有益,就是因为锌有促进维生素A吸收的作用。维生素A的吸收离不开锌。维生素A平时储存在肝脏中,当人体需要时,将维生素A输送到血液中,这个过程是靠锌来完成“动员”工作的,锌保护皮肤健康,动物和人都可因缺锌而影响皮肤健康,出现皮肤粗糙、干燥等现象。能增强视神经敏感度。维生素A的吸收离不开锌。叶黄素: 是眼睛视网膜,黄斑不可缺失的营养素;具有强效的抗氧化性,抗辐射;具有吸收紫外线,蓝光的功能;改善眼底血液微循环,促进营养物质供应,保护视力。牛磺酸保护视网膜,牛磺酸占视网膜中游离氨基酸总量的50%,动物实验证明,缺乏牛磺酸的猫其视网膜电图显示杆细胞与锥细胞广泛变性;抗氧化作用,牛磺酸有维护许多细胞,特别是血细胞抗氧化活性,使组织免受氧化基与自由基的损伤,因此对抗辐射有一定作用。竹叶黄酮具有优良的清除活性氧自由基的能力,因此有很强的抗辐射作用。原花青素,维生素C,维生素P,β-胡罗卜素,叶黄素,牛磺酸,竹叶黄酮,葡萄糖酸锌组合有共同有协同增效作用。其中原花青素,维生素C,β-胡罗卜素,叶黄素,牛磺酸,竹叶黄酮都具有优良的清除活性氧自由基的能力,有很强的抗辐射作用和保护肌肤完整增加机体抗辐射的作用。葡萄糖酸锌有间接抗辐射护眼作用。原花青素,维生素C和β-胡罗卜素,叶黄素,牛磺酸,竹叶黄酮,葡萄糖酸锌组合大大增强了抗辐射护眼作用,是一种新型营养保健饮品。此外它们共同还有改善血液循环,降血脂,保护心脏,增进记忆力,减缓衰老,消除水肿,防癌,滋润亮化皮肤,防晒美白,抗皱保湿,促进毛发生长和再生,增加免疫力,抗过敏,清热、解渴、利咽、防腐,消炎,抗病毒等功效。并且是无毒、不致癌、没抗原性、不致胎儿畸形。此发明为了解决中国人普遍遭受不同程度的辐射和用眼不卫生引起的视力下降和辐射引起的多种疾病,明显提高中华儿女身体素质。经多年试验,反复验证,疗效显著。普遍反映,方便,价廉,饮水同时,强壮身体,防病治病。
发明内容
本发明目的之一是提供一种抗辐射护眼饮品;本发明另一目的是提供一种抗辐射护眼饮品的生产工艺。
本发明抗辐射护眼饮品每100毫升中含原花青素10~300mg,维生素C10~300mg,维生素PP 0.2~150mg,β-胡罗卜素1~150mg,叶黄素0.1~10mg,牛磺酸20~400mg,竹叶黄酮2~20mg,葡萄糖酸锌0.5~20mg;其余为纯净水或者矿泉水。
本发明抗辐射护眼饮品不添加防腐剂、色素、香精等。
本发明抗辐射护眼饮品产工艺包括如下步骤:
①制备水溶性原花青素、维生素C、牛磺酸、竹叶黄酮、葡萄糖酸锌液:称取原花青素、维生素C、维生素PP、牛磺酸、竹叶黄酮、葡萄糖酸锌,加90毫升纯净水或者矿泉水浸泡5~30min,浸泡温度 10~100℃,充分搅拌;将原花青素、维生素C、牛磺酸、竹叶黄酮、葡萄糖酸锌完全溶解后的溶液115℃~125℃,杀菌15~30min;杀菌后的液体静置,备用。
②制备脂溶性β-胡罗卜素、叶黄素液:称取β-胡罗卜素、叶黄素,加10毫升纯净水或者矿泉水充分搅拌10~30min,浸泡温度 20~100℃;将制备脂溶性β-胡罗卜素、叶黄素液入①溶液中115℃~125℃,杀菌15~30min。
③灌装;封口。
④杀菌:紫外线照射。
⑤检验;包装。
Claims (3)
1.一种抗辐射护眼饮品:其特征在于,每100毫升中含原花青素10~300mg,维生素C10~300mg,维生素PP 0.2~150mg,β-胡罗卜素1~150mg,叶黄素0.1~10mg,牛磺酸20~400mg,竹叶黄酮2~20mg,葡萄糖酸锌0.5~20mg;其余为纯净水或者矿泉水。
2. 本发明抗辐射护眼饮品不添加防腐剂、色素、香精等。
