本发明设计一种田间除草剂,具体涉及一种田间大豆种植早期除草剂及其制备方法。
背景技术:
化学除草是现代农业的发展趋势,我国农田目前大部分已经广泛使用化学除草剂,产生了很大的经济效益,但是,通过对河南、河北、山东等农田化学除草的调查,发现在防除效果和除草剂品种上存在缺点,经过多年的除草剂的使用,大部分杂草均已经出现不同程度的抗性,同时现有的除草剂并非由针对初期,中期,晚期农作物长势进行相对应的除草,除草效果一般。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种田间大豆种植早期除草剂及其制备方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现。
一种田间大豆种植早期除草剂,其特征在于:其各组分含量重量份为:乙草胺35-45份、莠去津35-45份、炙款冬花15-19份、炒桔梗6-9份、炙僵蚕15-18份、川贝母12-14份、炙罂粟壳5-7份、梨皮9-14份、罗汉果30-50份、醋50-60份、花生50-60份、麦芽糖50-60份、绿茶1000-1200份、橙汁70-80份、番茄汁50-70份、玉竹5-10份、黄豆200-220份、秸秆50-56份、草木灰10-15份、糖厂滤泥10-20份、1份-2份益生菌、丁醚脲10-15份、灭多威10-15份、哒螨灵10-15份、麦宝素10-15份。
其制备方法包括:
1)选取优质黄豆,脱皮;
2)取脱皮的黄豆浸泡在橙汁内,浸泡时长1-2小时,其中浸泡过程分为三段,前段浸泡温度50℃,中段浸泡温度为30℃,后段浸泡温度为50℃,且在三步浸泡过程中分别加入1/5、3/5、1/5番茄汁;
3)去浸泡后的黄豆与花生磨成浆;
4)经过100目筛过滤,得到豆浆;
5)将豆浆加热到100℃,保持20分钟,然后把豆浆放入到盛满绿茶的起皮锅内,保持温度80-90℃,加入玉竹、麦芽糖,每隔2-5分钟器豆腐皮一张,直至豆浆取完为止;
6)取步骤1)中的黄豆皮磨成粉,
7)将步骤5)中的豆腐皮放置在冰块上,冷却1-2分钟,冷却至60℃,在冷却的同时将6)中粉洒在豆腐皮上;
8)将秸秆粉碎,长度1-3厘米,与草木灰和益生菌液翻到混合,堆成宽2米,高1米,长度不限的条形锥,用塑料布盖好,经过2-3星期高温发酵,至秸秆变成褐色或黑褐色即可,然后捣碎过筛,加入糖厂滤泥混合搅拌,干燥,过筛;
9)将炙款冬花、炒桔梗、炙僵蚕、川贝母、炙罂粟壳、梨皮放置在醋中,加温浸泡30分钟,醋温度控制在80℃以上;
10)捞出浸泡后的药材,烘干,研磨;
11)放入蒸馏器中,加入500ml水进行蒸馏,收集水蒸气,得到药液;
12)将药液置于加热罐中,利用超声波加热罐体,加热,加热过程中收集水蒸气,将药液浓缩至加热罐中的药液蒸发殆尽;
13)选取新鲜的罗汉果,压榨成汁,与收集的水蒸气混合;
14)微波加热10分钟得到液体;
15)取步骤7中的豆腐皮浸泡在上步骤中的液体中,蒸馏,收集蒸馏的气体,与步骤8)中的搅拌物混合,混合静止1天;
16)将步骤15)静止后的混合料至于压榨机中,压榨出水,取水与丁醚脲、灭多威、哒螨灵、麦宝素混合;
17)加热至75℃,加入乙草胺、莠去津,搅拌10分钟,冷却,即得到除草剂。
本发明的有益效果是:本法制备的除草剂专业用于除去田间大豆早期的杂草,不影响大豆涨势,同时除草剂溶于水后渗入地下,还可对早期大豆起到营养供给,本方法减少病虫害,优质高产,大幅提高大豆的产量,本方法所产的大豆颗粒饱满,营养丰富,适于推广。

具体实施例1:一种田间大豆种植早期除草剂,其各组分含量重量份为:乙草胺35份、莠去津35份、炙款冬花15份、炒桔梗6份、炙僵蚕15份、川贝母12份、炙罂粟壳5份、梨皮9份、罗汉果30份、醋50份、花生50份、麦芽糖50份、绿茶1000份、橙汁70份、番茄汁50份、玉竹5份、黄豆200份、秸秆50份、草木灰10份、糖厂滤泥10份、1份益生菌、丁醚脲10份、灭多威10份、哒螨灵10份、麦宝素10份。
具体实施例2:一种田间大豆种植早期除草剂,其各组分含量重量份为:乙草胺45份、莠去津45份、炙款冬花19份、炒桔梗9份、炙僵蚕18份、川贝母14份、炙罂粟壳7份、梨皮14份、罗汉果50份、醋60份、花生60份、麦芽糖60份、绿茶1200份、橙汁80份、番茄汁70份、玉竹10份、黄豆220份、秸秆56份、草木灰15份、糖厂滤泥20份、2份益生菌、丁醚脲15份、灭多威15份、哒螨灵15份、麦宝素15份。
其制备方法包括:
1)选取优质黄豆,脱皮;
2)取脱皮的黄豆浸泡在橙汁内,浸泡时长1-2小时,其中浸泡过程分为三段,前段浸泡温度50℃,中段浸泡温度为30℃,后段浸泡温度为50℃,且在三步浸泡过程中分别加入1/5、3/5、1/5番茄汁;

1)选取优质黄豆,脱皮;
2)取脱皮的黄豆浸泡在橙汁内,浸泡时长1-2小时,其中浸泡过程分为三段,前段浸泡温度50℃,中段浸泡温度为30℃,后段浸泡温度为50℃,且在三步浸泡过程中分别加入1/5、3/5、1/5番茄汁;

9)将炙款冬花、炒桔梗、炙僵蚕、川贝母、炙罂粟壳、梨皮放置在醋中,加温浸泡30分钟,醋温度控制在80℃以上;
10)捞出浸泡后的药材,烘干,研磨;
11)放入蒸馏器中,加入500ml水进行蒸馏,收集水蒸气,得到药液;
12)将药液置于加热罐中,利用超声波加热罐体,加热,加热过程中收集水蒸气,将药液浓缩至加热罐中的药液蒸发殆尽;
13)选取新鲜的罗汉果,压榨成汁,与收集的水蒸气混合;
14)微波加热10分钟得到液体;
15)取步骤7中的豆腐皮浸泡在上步骤中的液体中,蒸馏,收集蒸馏的气体,与步骤8)中的搅拌物混合,混合静止1天;
16)将步骤15)静止后的混合料至于压榨机中,压榨出水,取水与丁醚脲、灭多威、哒螨灵、麦宝素混合;
17)加热至75℃,加入乙草胺、莠去津,搅拌10分钟,冷却,即得到除草剂。
