技术领域
本发明涉及以一种织物整理工艺,尤其是一种棉/蚕丝混纺织物的抗菌防臭及抗皱整理工艺。
背景技术
棉与蚕丝都是天然的纤维素纤维,其中棉的微观结构是由数十根链状的纤维素大分子聚集形成的微原纤,微原纤再聚集成横向尺寸约10-25nm的原纤,再由原纤排列成日轮层,最后形成的纤维。棉纤维的微观内部是一种多孔材料。由于它本身的特性,决定了它具有良好的透气、透湿以及突出的舒适性,因而受到广大消费者的厚爱。蚕丝纤维也因具备良好的透气、吸湿性能而受消费者喜爱。棉/蚕丝混纺织物由于其透气、轻薄的特征受到了消费的青睐,市场前景广阔。但是在穿着过程中,由于棉纤维自身特性,棉纤维面料易出现褶皱、变形等问题,不但影响织物外观,而且不耐用。且棉/蚕丝混纺织物多用于夏季穿着,夏季气候闷热,易出汗,在这样环境下的面/蚕丝混纺面料易产生臭味并且滋生细菌,不利于穿着者的形象及健康。
为解决上述问题,人们开始对棉/蚕丝混纺织物进行抗菌除臭及抗皱整理,目前市场上多采用的是N-羟基类整理剂,该类整理剂可有效提高棉织物的抗皱性能,但是其整理后的纺织品在服用过程中会产生游离甲醛,对人体健康不利。无法推广使用。
因此,研究出一种抗菌除臭效果好又能够有效保证棉/蚕丝混纺织物抗皱性能且绿色环保的棉棉/蚕丝混纺织物的整理工艺是目前需要解决的重要为题之一。
发明内容
发明目的:针对上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种棉/蚕丝混纺织物的抗菌防臭及抗皱整理工艺。
技术方案:为实现以上目的,本发明提供的一种棉/蚕丝混纺织物的抗菌防臭及抗皱整理工艺,包括步骤
(a)烧毛:将棉/蚕丝混纺织物送入烧毛机进行双面烧毛处理,烧毛速度为95-100m/min;
(b)退煮漂一浴:将烧毛后的棉/蚕丝混纺织物进行退煮漂一浴法进行处理,具体是将棉/蚕丝混纺织物浸入13-15%(体积分数)的羊毛角蛋白溶液中,所述溶液中还包括净棉酶GX12-3g/L,双氧水15-20ml/L,络氨酸酶0.3-0.5g/L,精炼剂3-5g/L,浴比为1:30;PH值为8-9,处理温度为70-80℃,处理时间为55-65min;
(c)抗菌防臭及抗皱整理:将经过退煮漂的棉/蚕丝混纺织物放入抗菌防臭及抗皱整理工作液中通过轧车进行二浸二轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度150-180℃,二浸二轧时轧车的转速为12-15r/min,轧余率85-90%,所述浸轧工作液包含以下重量:
柠檬酸:50-60g/L;
聚乙二醇(100):5-15g/L;
柔软剂:2-5g/L;
抗菌剂:1-3g/L;
β-环糊精:50-60g/L;
次亚磷酸钠:4-6g/L;
渗透剂JFC:1-2g/L;
水性聚氨酯:1.2-2.8g/L;
甲醇:2-5g/L;
三乙醇胺:3-4g/L;
纳米二氧化钛:5-6g/L;
丝素:20-30g/L;
戊二醛:9-11g/L;
(d)预烘:将经过抗菌防臭及抗皱处理的棉/蚕丝混纺织物放入烘干机中进行烘干处理,烘干温度为90-100℃,机车速为10-12m/min;
(e)焙烘:将预烘过的棉/蚕丝混纺织物放入焙烘机中进行焙烘处理,焙烘温度为130-160℃,机车速度为13-15m/min;
(f)水洗:将焙烘过的棉/蚕丝混纺织物在20-30℃的清水中进行水洗;
(g)烘干。

有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
1.整理步骤简化:本发明通过采用退煮漂一浴法代替原来的退浆、煮练、漂白步骤,又将抗菌、防臭、防皱三重效果合一与整理液中,有效缩短整理时间,节约成本30—40%;
2.白度及强度好:本发明通过在退煮漂一浴法工艺中采用酶氧退煮漂,有效减少对棉纤维及蚕丝纤维的伤害,保证棉纤维及蚕丝纤维的柔软手感及强度;又由于本发明在退煮漂工作液中加入了羊毛角蛋白,可进一步保证棉/蚕丝混纺织物的白度,便于织物的后续整理;
3.绿色环保:本发明通过将柠檬酸、聚乙二醇、水性聚氨酯、β-环糊精等组分的的合理配比形成抗菌防臭抗皱整理剂,绿色环保,不会释放甲醛等有毒有害物质,安全放心;且本发明通过在整理剂中柔软剂可进一步保证棉织物的棉/蚕丝混纺织物保持柔软不变形,实用性提高;
4.本发明通过对预烘、焙烘温度以及烘干速度的严格控制,进一步保证棉/蚕丝混纺织物的抗菌防臭及抗皱整理效果,有益效果明显。

实施例1
一种棉/蚕丝混纺织物的抗菌防臭及抗皱整理工艺,包括步骤
(a)烧毛:将棉/蚕丝混纺织物送入烧毛机进行双面烧毛处理,烧毛速度为95m/min;
(b)退煮漂一浴:将烧毛后的棉/蚕丝混纺织物进行退煮漂一浴法进行处理,具体是将棉/蚕丝混纺织物浸入13%(体积分数)的羊毛角蛋白溶液中,所述溶液中还包括净棉酶GX12g/L,双氧水15ml/L,络氨酸酶0.3g/L,精炼剂3g/L,浴比为1:30;PH值为8,处理温度为70℃,处理时间为55min;
(c)抗菌防臭及抗皱整理:将经过退煮漂的棉/蚕丝混纺织物放入抗菌防臭及抗皱整理工作液中通过轧车进行二浸二轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度150℃,二浸二轧时轧车的转速为12r/min,轧余率85%,所述浸轧工作液包含以下重量:
柠檬酸:50g/L;
聚乙二醇(100):5g/L;
Gemini阳离子柔软剂:2g/L;
甲壳素:1g/L;
β-环糊精:50g/L;
次亚磷酸钠:4g/L;
渗透剂JFC:1g/L;
水性聚氨酯:1.2g/L;
甲醇:2g/L;
三乙醇胺:3g/L;
纳米二氧化钛:5g/L;
丝素:20g/L;
戊二醛:9g/L;
(d)预烘:将经过抗菌防臭及抗皱处理的棉/蚕丝混纺织物放入烘干机中进行烘干处理,烘干温度为90℃,机车速为10m/min;
(e)焙烘:将预烘过的棉/蚕丝混纺织物放入焙烘机中进行焙烘处理,焙烘温度为130-160℃,机车速度为13m/min;
(f)水洗:将焙烘过的棉/蚕丝混纺织物在20-30℃的清水中进行水洗;
(g)烘干。
步骤b中所述的精炼剂包括以下重量:纤维素酶1g/L,酸性果胶酶2.1g/L,三羟甲基丙烷1.1g/L、聚乙二醇1g/L、双脂肪酰基乙二胺二丙酸钠0.7g/L、氢氧化钠2g/L、氯化钙1g/L、烷基苯磺酸盐1.2g/L,油酰甲基牛磺酸钠0.2g/L,亚甲基双荼磺酸钠0.1g/L,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚聚氧丙烯醚0.3g/L,羧乙基硫代丁二酸0.5g/L,皂片1g/L,其余部分为去离子水。
实施例2
一种棉/蚕丝混纺织物的抗菌防臭及抗皱整理工艺,包括步骤
(a)烧毛:将棉/蚕丝混纺织物送入烧毛机进行双面烧毛处理,烧毛速度为98m/min;
(b)退煮漂一浴:将烧毛后的棉/蚕丝混纺织物进行退煮漂一浴法进行处理,具体是将棉/蚕丝混纺织物浸入14%(体积分数)的羊毛角蛋白溶液中,所述溶液中还包括净棉酶GX12.5g/L,双氧水18ml/L,络氨酸酶0.4g/L,精炼剂4g/L,浴比为1:30;PH值为8.5,处理温度为75℃,处理时间为60min;
(c)抗菌防臭及抗皱整理:将经过退煮漂的棉/蚕丝混纺织物放入抗菌防臭及抗皱整理工作液中通过轧车进行二浸二轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度165℃,二浸二轧时轧车的转速为13r/min,轧余率88%,所述浸轧工作液包含以下重量:
柠檬酸:55g/L;
聚乙二醇(100):10g/L;
Gemini阳离子柔软剂:3g/L;
甲壳素:2.2g/L;
β-环糊精:54g/L;
次亚磷酸钠:5g/L;
渗透剂JFC:1.4g/L;
水性聚氨酯:1.2-2.8g/L;
甲醇:3.1g/L;
三乙醇胺:3.5g/L;
纳米二氧化钛:5.6g/L;
丝素:25g/L;
戊二醛:10g/L;
(d)预烘:将经过抗菌防臭及抗皱处理的棉/蚕丝混纺织物放入烘干机中进行烘干处理,烘干温度为95℃,机车速为11m/min;
(e)焙烘:将预烘过的棉/蚕丝混纺织物放入焙烘机中进行焙烘处理,焙烘温度为150℃,机车速度为14m/min;
(f)水洗:将焙烘过的棉/蚕丝混纺织物在26℃的清水中进行水洗;
(g)烘干。
步骤b中所述的精炼剂包括以下重量:纤维素酶2g/L,酸性果胶酶2.3g/L,三羟甲基丙烷1.2g/L、聚乙二醇1.5g/L、双脂肪酰基乙二胺二丙酸钠0.75g/L、氢氧化钠3g/L、氯化钙1.3g/L、烷基苯磺酸盐1.5g/L,油酰甲基牛磺酸钠0.4g/L,亚甲基双荼磺酸钠0.3g/L,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚聚氧丙烯醚0.4g/L,羧乙基硫代丁二酸0.6g/L,皂片1.4g/L,其余部分为去离子水。
实施例3
一种棉/蚕丝混纺织物的抗菌防臭及抗皱整理工艺,包括步骤
(a)烧毛:将棉/蚕丝混纺织物送入烧毛机进行双面烧毛处理,烧毛速度为100m/min;
(b)退煮漂一浴:将烧毛后的棉/蚕丝混纺织物进行退煮漂一浴法进行处理,具体是将棉/蚕丝混纺织物浸入15%(体积分数)的羊毛角蛋白溶液中,所述溶液中还包括净棉酶GX13g/L,双氧水20ml/L,络氨酸酶0.5g/L,精炼剂3-5g/L,浴比为1:30;PH值为9,处理温度为80℃,处理时间为65min;
(c)抗菌防臭及抗皱整理:将经过退煮漂的棉/蚕丝混纺织物放入抗菌防臭及抗皱整理工作液中通过轧车进行二浸二轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度180℃,二浸二轧时轧车的转速为15r/min,轧余率90%,所述浸轧工作液包含以下重量:
柠檬酸:60g/L;
聚乙二醇(100):15g/L;
Gemini阳离子柔软剂:5g/L;
甲壳素:3g/L;
β-环糊精:60g/L;
次亚磷酸钠:6g/L;
渗透剂JFC:2g/L;
水性聚氨酯:2.8g/L;
甲醇:5g/L;
三乙醇胺:4g/L;
纳米二氧化钛:6g/L;
丝素:30g/L;
戊二醛:11g/L;
(d)预烘:将经过抗菌防臭及抗皱处理的棉/蚕丝混纺织物放入烘干机中进行烘干处理,烘干温度为100℃,机车速为12m/min;
(e)焙烘:将预烘过的棉/蚕丝混纺织物放入焙烘机中进行焙烘处理,焙烘温度为160℃,机车速度为15m/min;
(f)水洗:将焙烘过的棉/蚕丝混纺织物在30℃的清水中进行水洗;
(g)烘干。
步骤b中所述的精炼剂包括以下重量:纤维素酶3g/L,酸性果胶酶2.5g/L,三羟甲基丙烷1.3g/L、聚乙二醇2g/L、双脂肪酰基乙二胺二丙酸钠0.8g/L、氢氧化钠5g/L、氯化钙2g/L、烷基苯磺酸盐1.6g/L,油酰甲基牛磺酸钠0.6g/L,亚甲基双荼磺酸钠0.4g/L,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚聚氧丙烯醚0.5g/L,羧乙基硫代丁二酸0.7g/L,皂片2g/L,其余部分为去离子水。

Claims (4)

1.一种棉/蚕丝混纺织物的抗菌防臭及抗皱整理工艺,其特征在于:包括步骤
(a)烧毛:将棉/蚕丝混纺织物送入烧毛机进行双面烧毛处理,烧毛速度为95-100m/min;
(b)退煮漂一浴:将烧毛后的棉/蚕丝混纺织物进行退煮漂一浴法进行处理,具体是将棉/蚕丝混纺织物浸入13-15%(体积分数)的羊毛角蛋白溶液中,所述溶液中还包括净棉酶GX12-3g/L,双氧水15-20ml/L,络氨酸酶0.3-0.5g/L,精炼剂3-5g/L,浴比为1:30;PH值为8-9,处理温度为70-80℃,处理时间为55-65min;
(c)抗菌防臭及抗皱整理:将经过退煮漂的棉/蚕丝混纺织物放入抗菌防臭及抗皱整理工作液中通过轧车进行二浸二轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度150-180℃,二浸二轧时轧车的转速为12-15r/min,轧余率85-90%,所述浸轧工作液包含以下重量:
柠檬酸:50-60g/L;
聚乙二醇(100):5-15g/L;
柔软剂:2-5g/L;
抗菌剂:1-3g/L;
β-环糊精:50-60g/L;
次亚磷酸钠:4-6g/L;
渗透剂JFC:1-2g/L;
水性聚氨酯:1.2-2.8g/L;
甲醇:2-5g/L;
三乙醇胺:3-4g/L;
纳米二氧化钛:5-6g/L;
丝素:20-30g/L;
戊二醛:9-11g/L;
(d)预烘:将经过抗菌防臭及抗皱处理的棉/蚕丝混纺织物放入烘干机中进行烘干处理,烘干温度为90-100℃,机车速为10-12m/min;
(e)焙烘:将预烘过的棉/蚕丝混纺织物放入焙烘机中进行焙烘处理,焙烘温度为130-160℃,机车速度为13-15m/min;
(f)水洗:将焙烘过的棉/蚕丝混纺织物在20-30℃的清水中进行水洗;
(g)烘干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的棉/蚕丝混纺织物的抗菌防臭及抗皱整理工艺:其特征在于:步骤b中所述的精炼剂包括以下重量:纤维素酶1-3g/L,酸性果胶酶2.1-2.5g/L,三羟甲基丙烷1.1-1.3g/L、聚乙二醇1-2g/L、双脂肪酰基乙二胺二丙酸钠0.7-0.8g/L、氢氧化钠2-5g/L、氯化钙1-2g/L、烷基苯磺酸盐1.2-1.6g/L,油酰甲基牛磺酸钠0.2-0.6g/L,亚甲基双荼磺酸钠0.1-0.4g/L,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚聚氧丙烯醚0.3-0.5g/L,羧乙基硫代丁二酸0.5-0.7g/L,皂片1-2g/L,其余部分为去离子水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的棉/蚕丝混纺织物的抗菌防臭及抗皱整理工艺,其特征在于:步骤c中所述的柔软剂为Gemini阳离子柔软剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的棉/蚕丝混纺织物的抗菌防臭及抗皱整理工艺,其特征在于:步骤c中所述的抗菌剂为甲壳素。
