背景技术
高密仿蜡花布透气性好,色泽浓艳,采用特殊工艺印制而成,图案精细,气泡腊纹活泼,具有跳跃感。蜡纹层次清晰,精细度高,正反面渗透一致,立体感强。成品富有丝鸣感,风格独特,仿真效果好,深受广大消费者的青睐。
为了使得高密仿蜡花布产品能够手感滑爽、细腻,后整理工艺起到了至关重要的作用。
然而在后整理过程中所采用的后整理剂对人体和环境的影响取决于它的安全性和生物降解性。安全性是使用前需考虑的首要问题, 包括急性和慢性毒性、致癌性、致畸性、致变异性、皮肤刺激性, 对水生物毒性和激素生理效应等。近年来生物降解性受到重视,生物降解性差的后整理剂积聚后,对环境会产生严重影响。
因此如何在使得高密仿蜡花布产品能够手感滑爽、细腻的同时,还可以兼顾安全性和生物降解性是亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述存在的缺陷而提供一种高密仿蜡花布的后整理工艺。该后整理工艺不仅使得高密仿蜡花布手感蓬松滑爽,光泽明亮,显得雍荣华贵,别具一格;同时整个后整理工艺具有可靠的安全性以及生物可降解性。
本发明的技术方案为:一种高密仿蜡花布的后整理工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)浸轧整理液:将高密仿蜡花布浸泡在整理液中进行整理,其中所述整理液包括以下重量份原料:松油2-5份、蕺菜粉7-10份、硬脂酸2-7份、三乙醇胺1-5份、氯乙酸2-6份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1.5-3.5份、硅酸钠3-8份、钠质蒙脱石粉1.5-3.5份、野菊花粉4-8份、聚乙二醇2-7份、过硫酸钾1-3.5份、环氧树脂0.5-2.5份、椰油基葡萄苷4.5-7份、甲壳质1.5-3.5份、沙棘2-6份、无水乙醇10-15份、硼酸2.0-4.0份、双牛脂酰胺乙基羟乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵4-7份、丝素粉1.5-4.5份;
(2)退浆:将整理后的高密仿蜡花布浸渍于复合酶液中,在温度40-45℃、pH值4.5-6条件下处理10-15分钟;然后采用50-55℃的热水冲洗一次;最后采用20-25℃的冷水再冲洗一次;其中复合酶液包括枯草杆菌淀粉酶和胰淀粉酶;
(3)脱水:轧水率为90-95%;
(4)烘干。
所述步骤(1)中蕺菜粉为100-150目。
所述步骤(1)中钠质蒙脱石粉为200-250目。
所述步骤(1)中钠质蒙脱石粉为220目。
所述步骤(1)中野菊花粉为250-300目。
所述步骤(1)中浸轧采用两浸两轧,浴比为1:(30-40);轧余率为96-98%;温度为
30-50℃;浸渍时间为10-15分钟。
所述步骤(2)中复合酶液浓度为0.8-1.2 g/L;退浆浴比为1:(10-15)。
所述步骤(2)中按照质量比枯草杆菌淀粉酶:胰淀粉酶为0.5:1.2。
所述步骤(4)中烘干温度为85-95℃;烘干时间为10-20分钟。
本发明的有益效果为:采用本发明所述高密仿蜡花布的后整理工艺,使得高密仿蜡花布不仅具有芳香,而且具有抗菌、柔软抗静电的功效。在经过所述后整理工艺处理后,高密仿蜡花布的界面剪切强度提高了45.01-45.2%,并且具有良好的浸润性。同时防水达到7级,防油达到5级。
采用所述高密仿蜡花布的后整理工艺后的花布纤维界面张力降低了15.8-20.3%,界面扩展了5-10%,使织物变得蓬松、丰满。透气率为提高了15-20%,顶破强力为增强了15-25%;毛球数降低了5.33-7.12%,抗皱性提高了25.14-30.05%。
所述高密仿蜡花布的后整理工艺中所采用的整理液的平均生物降解度在95-98%,初始生物降解度在90-95%。整理液中游离的和部分能水解产生的甲醛含量≤15mg/kg。
综上所述,该后整理工艺不仅使得高密仿蜡花布手感蓬松滑爽,光泽明亮,显得雍荣华贵,别具一格;同时整个后整理工艺具有可靠的安全性以及生物可降解性。

下面通过实施例对本发明进行详细的说明。
实施例1
所述高密仿蜡花布的后整理工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)浸轧整理液:将高密仿蜡花布浸泡在整理液中进行整理,浸轧采用两浸两轧,浴比为1:35;轧余率为97%;温度为45℃;浸渍时间为12分钟。其中所述整理液包括以下重量份原料:松油3份、蕺菜粉8份、硬脂酸4份、三乙醇胺2份、氯乙酸3份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱2份、硅酸钠5份、钠质蒙脱石粉2份、野菊花粉5份、聚乙二醇4份、过硫酸钾2份、环氧树脂1.5份、椰油基葡萄苷5份、甲壳质2份、沙棘5份、无水乙醇12份、硼酸3.5份、双牛脂酰胺乙基羟乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵5份、丝素粉2.0份;
(2)退浆:将整理后的高密仿蜡花布浸渍于复合酶液中,在温度43℃、pH值5条件下处理12分钟;然后采用52℃的热水冲洗一次;最后采用22℃的冷水再冲洗一次;其中复合酶液包括枯草杆菌淀粉酶和胰淀粉酶;
(3)脱水:轧水率为94%;
(4)烘干:烘干温度为90℃;烘干时间为15分钟。

(1)浸轧整理液:将高密仿蜡花布浸泡在整理液中进行整理,浸轧采用两浸两轧,浴比为1: 40;轧余率为98%;温度为50℃;浸渍时间为15分钟。其中所述整理液包括以下重量份原料:松油5份、蕺菜粉10份、硬脂酸7份、三乙醇胺5份、氯乙酸6份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱3.5份、硅酸钠8份、钠质蒙脱石粉3.5份、野菊花粉8份、聚乙二醇7份、过硫酸钾3.5份、环氧树脂2.5份、椰油基葡萄苷7份、甲壳质3.5份、沙棘6份、无水乙醇15份、硼酸4.0份、双牛脂酰胺乙基羟乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵7份、丝素粉4.5份;
(2)退浆:将整理后的高密仿蜡花布浸渍于复合酶液中,在温度45℃、pH值6条件下处理15分钟;然后采用55℃的热水冲洗一次;最后采用25℃的冷水再冲洗一次;其中复合酶液包括枯草杆菌淀粉酶和胰淀粉酶;
(3)脱水:轧水率为95%;
(4)烘干:烘干温度为95℃;烘干时间为20分钟。
所述步骤(1)中蕺菜粉为150目。
所述步骤(1)中钠质蒙脱石粉为250目。
所述步骤(1)中野菊花粉为300目。
所述步骤(2)中复合酶液浓度为1.2 g/L;退浆浴比为1: 15。
所述步骤(2)中按照质量比枯草杆菌淀粉酶:胰淀粉酶为0.5:1.2。
Claims (9)
1.一种高密仿蜡花布的后整理工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)浸轧整理液:将高密仿蜡花布浸泡在整理液中进行整理,其中所述整理液包括以下重量份原料:松油2-5份、蕺菜粉7-10份、硬脂酸2-7份、三乙醇胺1-5份、氯乙酸2-6份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1.5-3.5份、硅酸钠3-8份、钠质蒙脱石粉1.5-3.5份、野菊花粉4-8份、聚乙二醇2-7份、过硫酸钾1-3.5份、环氧树脂0.5-2.5份、椰油基葡萄苷4.5-7份、甲壳质1.5-3.5份、沙棘2-6份、无水乙醇10-15份、硼酸2.0-4.0份、双牛脂酰胺乙基羟乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵4-7份、丝素粉1.5-4.5份;
(2)退浆:将整理后的高密仿蜡花布浸渍于复合酶液中,在温度40-45℃、pH值4.5-6条件下处理10-15分钟;然后采用50-55℃的热水冲洗一次;最后采用20-25℃的冷水再冲洗一次;其中复合酶液包括枯草杆菌淀粉酶和胰淀粉酶;
(3)脱水:轧水率为90-95%;
(4)烘干。
2.根据权利要求1所述高密仿蜡花布的后整理工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中蕺菜粉为100-150目。
3.根据权利要求2所述高密仿蜡花布的后整理工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中钠质蒙脱石粉为200-250目。
4.根据权利要求3所述高密仿蜡花布的后整理工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中钠质蒙脱石粉为220目。
5.根据权利要求1所述高密仿蜡花布的后整理工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中野菊花粉为250-300目。
6.根据权利要求1所述高密仿蜡花布的后整理工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中浸轧采用两浸两轧,浴比为1:(30-40);轧余率为96-98%;温度为30-50℃;浸渍时间为10-15分钟。
7.根据权利要求1所述高密仿蜡花布的后整理工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中复合酶液浓度为0.8-1.2 g/L;退浆浴比为1:(10-15)。
8.根据权利要求7所述高密仿蜡花布的后整理工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中按照质量比枯草杆菌淀粉酶:胰淀粉酶为0.5:1.2。
9.根据权利要求1所述高密仿蜡花布的后整理工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中烘干温度为85-95℃;烘干时间为10-20分钟。
