针对现有技术中存在的以上技术问题,本发明提供了一种保温抗菌织物整理剂及其制备方法,该整理剂具有良好的蓄热保温作用和抗菌作用,以满足特定场合人们的需求。
技术方案:一种保温抗菌织物整理剂,包括如下重量百分比的各组分:碳酸锌5-10份、氧氯化锆6-15份、硅化镁3-9份、铁锂云母7-12份、二乙醚15-25份、磷酸组胺8-16份、磷酸铵2-8份、氨基甲酸乙酯3-10份、甘油磷酸酯20-30份、蒸馏水80-120份。
进一步的,所述碳酸锌6-9份、氧氯化锆8-12份、硅化镁5-8份、铁锂云母9-11份、二乙醚17-20份、磷酸组胺10-13份、磷酸铵4-7份、氨基甲酸乙酯5-9份、甘油磷酸酯22-25份、蒸馏水90-100份。
进一步的,所述碳酸锌8份、氧氯化锆10份、硅化镁6份、铁锂云母10份、二乙醚18份、磷酸组胺12份、磷酸铵5份、氨基甲酸乙酯8份、甘油磷酸酯23份、蒸馏水95份。
一种保温抗菌织物整理剂的制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:
(1)将碳酸锌5-10份、氧氯化锆6-15份、硅化镁3-9份和铁锂云母7-12份混合并粉碎至80-120目,得到混合料;
(2)将二乙醚15-25份、甘油磷酸酯20-30份、磷酸铵2-8份和蒸馏水80-120份加入反应器中,将温度升至70-85℃,搅拌30-40min;
(3)将磷酸组胺8-16份滴加至步骤(2)中反应器中,滴加过程中不断搅拌;随后加入氨基甲酸乙酯3-10份,将温度升至100-120℃回流反应1-2h,随后待反应冷却后即可得到所述保温抗菌织物整理剂。
进一步的,步骤(1)中所述目数为100目。
进一步的,步骤(2)中所述温度为78℃,搅拌速率为200-350r/min,搅拌时间35min。
进一步的,步骤(3)中所述滴加时间为10min,温度为115℃,回流反应1.5h。
有益效果:
本发明所述保温抗菌织物整理剂的制备方法,将铁锂云母、磷酸组胺和氧氯化锆通过混合、加热、搅拌等工艺加入制备过程中,得到蓄热保温效果良好且抗菌性能良好的多功能型整理剂;该整理剂可广泛应用于汽车内饰物、医疗卫生用品、服装鞋帽等行业;该制备工艺简便,易操作。
具体实施方式
实施例1
(1)将碳酸锌5份、氧氯化锆6份、硅化镁3份和铁锂云母7份混合并粉碎至80目,得到混合料;
(2)将二乙醚15份、甘油磷酸酯20份、磷酸铵2份和蒸馏水80份加入反应器中,将温度升至70℃,以速率200r/min搅拌30min;
(3)将磷酸组胺8份滴加至步骤(2)中反应器中,滴加过程中不断搅拌,滴加时间为10min;随后加入氨基甲酸乙酯3份,将温度升至100℃回流反应1h,随后待反应冷却后即可得到所述保温抗菌织物整理剂。
对比例1
(1)将碳酸锌5份和硅化镁3份混合并粉碎至80目,得到混合料;
(2)将二乙醚15份、甘油磷酸酯20份、磷酸铵2份和蒸馏水80份加入反应器中,将温度升至70℃,以速率200r/min搅拌30min;
(3)将氨基甲酸乙酯3份加至步骤(2)中反应器中,将温度升至100℃回流反应1h,随后待反应冷却后即可得到整理剂。
实施例2
(1)将碳酸锌10份、氧氯化锆15份、硅化镁9份和铁锂云母12份混合并粉碎至120目,得到混合料;
(2)将二乙醚25份、甘油磷酸酯30份、磷酸铵8份和蒸馏水120份加入反应器中,将温度升至85℃,以速率350r/min搅拌40min;
(3)将磷酸组胺16份滴加至步骤(2)中反应器中,滴加过程中不断搅拌,滴加时间为10min;随后加入氨基甲酸乙酯10份,将温度升至120℃回流反应2h,随后待反应冷却后即可得到所述保温抗菌织物整理剂。
对比例2
(1)将碳酸锌10份和硅化镁9份混合并粉碎至120目,得到混合料;
(2)将二乙醚25份、甘油磷酸酯30份、磷酸铵8份和蒸馏水120份加入反应器中,将温度升至85℃,以速率350r/min搅拌40min;
(3)将氨基甲酸乙酯10份加至步骤(2)中反应器中,将温度升至120℃回流反应2h,随后待反应冷却后即可得到整理剂。
实施例3
(1)将碳酸锌6份、氧氯化锆8份、硅化镁5份和铁锂云母9份混合并粉碎至80目,得到混合料;
(2)将二乙醚17份、甘油磷酸酯22份、磷酸铵4份和蒸馏水90份加入反应器中,将温度升至70℃,以速率200r/min搅拌30min;
(3)将磷酸组胺10份滴加至步骤(2)中反应器中,滴加过程中不断搅拌,滴加时间为10min;随后加入氨基甲酸乙酯5份,将温度升至100℃回流反应2h,随后待反应冷却后即可得到所述保温抗菌织物整理剂。

(1)将碳酸锌9份、氧氯化锆12份、硅化镁8份和铁锂云母11份混合并粉碎至120目,得到混合料;
(2)将二乙醚20份、甘油磷酸酯25份、磷酸铵7份和蒸馏水100份加入反应器中,将温度升至85℃,以速率350r/min搅拌40min;
(3)将磷酸组胺13份滴加至步骤(2)中反应器中,滴加过程中不断搅拌,滴加时间为10min;随后加入氨基甲酸乙酯9份,将温度升至120℃回流反应1h,随后待反应冷却后即可得到所述保温抗菌织物整理剂。

(1)将碳酸锌8份、氧氯化锆10份、硅化镁6份和铁锂云母10份混合并粉碎至100目,得到混合料;
(2)将二乙醚18份、甘油磷酸酯23份、磷酸铵5份和蒸馏水95份加入反应器中,将温度升至78℃,以速率300r/min搅拌35min;
(3)将磷酸组胺12份滴加至步骤(2)中反应器中,滴加过程中不断搅拌,滴加时间为10min;随后加入氨基甲酸乙酯8份,将温度升至115℃回流反应1.5h,随后待反应冷却后即可得到所述保温抗菌织物整理剂。

1.一种保温抗菌织物整理剂,其特征在于,包括如下重量百分比的各组分:碳酸锌5-10份、氧氯化锆6-15份、硅化镁3-9份、铁锂云母7-12份、二乙醚15-25份、磷酸组胺8-16份、磷酸铵2-8份、氨基甲酸乙酯3-10份、甘油磷酸酯20-30份、蒸馏水80-120份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温抗菌织物整理剂,其特征在于,所述碳酸锌6-9份、氧氯化锆8-12份、硅化镁5-8份、铁锂云母9-11份、二乙醚17-20份、磷酸组胺10-13份、磷酸铵4-7份、氨基甲酸乙酯5-9份、甘油磷酸酯22-25份、蒸馏水90-100份。

4.一种保温抗菌织物整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,具体包括如下步骤:
(1)将碳酸锌5-10份、氧氯化锆6-15份、硅化镁3-9份和铁锂云母7-12份混合并粉碎至80-120目,得到混合料;
(2)将二乙醚15-25份、甘油磷酸酯20-30份、磷酸铵2-8份和蒸馏水80-120份加入反应器中,将温度升至70-85℃,搅拌30-40min;
(3)将磷酸组胺8-16份滴加至步骤(2)中反应器中,滴加过程中不断搅拌;随后加入氨基甲酸乙酯3-10份,将温度升至100-120℃回流反应1-2h,随后待反应冷却后即可得到所述保温抗菌织物整理剂。

6.根据权利要求4所述一种保温抗菌织物整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中所述温度为78℃,搅拌速率为200-350r/min,搅拌时间35min。
7.根据权利要求4所述一种保温抗菌织物整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中所述滴加时间为10min,温度为115℃,回流反应1.5h。
