Abstract

本发明公开了一种抗菌防臭型整理剂,包括如下重量份数的成分:柠檬酸锆6~11份,硬脂醇甘草亭酸酯12~25份,聚乙二醇15~20份,2甲基5庚烯4酮5~10份,磺化琥珀二辛酯钠盐9~18份,聚氧乙烯醚失水山梨醇酯12~17份,2氯4甲氧基6氨基1,3,5三嗪6~14份,羟丙基纤维素14~20份,二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵7~13份,去离子水50~60份。将本发明的整理剂应用于织物整理中,使得现有织物抗菌防臭效果大幅度提升,且织物的抗菌持久性显著提高,能够更好满足人们对于卫生安全的需求。

技术领域
本发明属于整理剂领域,具体涉及一种抗菌防臭型整理剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
棉织物、真丝织物等产品越来越受到消费者的青睐,尤其是夏天时,人们常常作为贴身衣物穿着,因而对于衣物的卫生方面提出了更高的要求。夏季炎热的天气会导致人体产生大量汗液,汗臭味则是由皮肤表面的微生物消化汗液中的有机物质的分解排泄物散发出。现如今,随着人们对抗菌织物的逐渐研究,市面上出现了一些抗菌整理剂,但大多数是天然或有机抗菌剂,其存在抗菌效果一般、抗菌持久性较差等不足。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的以上技术问题,本发明提供一种抗菌防臭型整理剂及其制备方法,以提高现有织物抗菌效果,延长织物的抗菌持久性。
技术方案:一种抗菌防臭型整理剂,包括如下重量份数的成分:柠檬酸锆6~11份,硬脂醇甘草亭酸酯12~25份,聚乙二醇15~20份,2-甲基-5-庚烯-4-酮5~10份,磺化琥珀二辛酯钠盐9~18份,聚氧乙烯醚失水山梨醇酯12~17份,2-氯-4-甲氧基-6-氨基-1,3,5-三嗪6~14份,羟丙基纤维素14~20份,二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵7~13份,去离子水50~60份。
优选的,所述柠檬酸锆7~10份,硬脂醇甘草亭酸酯18~22份,聚乙二醇16~19份,2-甲基-5-庚烯-4-酮7~9份,磺化琥珀二辛酯钠盐12~14份,聚氧乙烯醚失水山梨醇酯13~15份,2-氯-4-甲氧基-6-氨基-1,3,5-三嗪9~12份,羟丙基纤维素17~19份,二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵10~12份,去离子水55~60份。
优选的,所述柠檬酸锆8份,硬脂醇甘草亭酸酯20份,聚乙二醇18份,2-甲基-5-庚烯-4-酮8份,磺化琥珀二辛酯钠盐13份,聚氧乙烯醚失水山梨醇酯14份,2-氯-4-甲氧基-6-氨基-1,3,5-三嗪10份,羟丙基纤维素18份,二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵11份,去离子水58份。
一种抗菌防臭型整理剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:将硬脂醇甘草亭酸酯12~25份、聚乙二醇15~20份、磺化琥珀二辛酯钠盐9~18份和羟丙基纤维素14~20份加入反应器中,以3-5℃/min的速率升温至60-80℃,保温反应20-30min,得到反应液A;
S2:将2-甲基-5-庚烯-4-酮5~10份、聚氧乙烯醚失水山梨醇酯12~17份、去离子水50~60份和二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵7~13份混合搅拌15-20min,随后升温至40-50℃保温反应30-40min,得到反应液B;
S3:将步骤S1中所述反应液A和反应液B混合,并向其中加入柠檬酸锆6~11份、2-氯-4-甲氧基-6-氨基-1,3,5-三嗪6~14份,在温度70-80℃下反应1-2h,经冷却后即可得到所述抗菌防臭型整理剂。
优选的,步骤S1中所述速率为4℃/min,升温至72℃,保温反应25min。
优选的,步骤S2中所述混合搅拌的时间为18min,升温至46℃,保温反应35min。
优选的,步骤S3中所述温度为75℃,反应的时间为1.5h。
有益效果:本发明所述一种抗菌防臭型整理剂的制备方法,通过采用硬脂醇甘草亭酸酯、2-甲基-5-庚烯-4-酮和2-氯-4-甲氧基-6-氨基-1,3,5-三嗪等原料,以搅拌、加热等工艺制备得到抗菌防臭型整理剂;将制得的抗菌防臭型整理剂应用于织物中,使织物的抗菌、防臭性能大幅度提高,能够更好满足人们对于卫生安全的需求。
具体实施方式
实施例1
S1:将硬脂醇甘草亭酸酯12份、聚乙二醇15份、磺化琥珀二辛酯钠盐9份和羟丙基纤维素14份加入反应器中,以3℃/min的速率升温至60℃,保温反应20min,得到反应液A;
S2:将2-甲基-5-庚烯-4-酮5份、聚氧乙烯醚失水山梨醇酯12份、去离子水50份和二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵7份混合搅拌15min,随后升温至40℃保温反应30min,得到反应液B;
S3:将步骤S1中所述反应液A和反应液B混合,并向其中加入柠檬酸锆6份、2-氯-4-甲氧基-6-氨基-1,3,5-三嗪6份,在温度70℃下反应1h,经冷却后即可得到所述抗菌防臭型整理剂。
对比例1
S1:将聚乙二醇15份、磺化琥珀二辛酯钠盐9份和羟丙基纤维素14份加入反应器中,以3℃/min的速率升温至60℃,保温反应20min,得到反应液A;
S2:将聚氧乙烯醚失水山梨醇酯12份、去离子水50份和二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵7份混合搅拌15min,随后升温至40℃保温反应30min,得到反应液B;
S3:将步骤S1中所述反应液A和反应液B混合,并向其中加入柠檬酸锆6份,在温度70℃下反应1h,经冷却后即可得到整理剂。
实施例2
S1:将硬脂醇甘草亭酸酯25份、聚乙二醇20份、磺化琥珀二辛酯钠盐18份和羟丙基纤维素20份加入反应器中,以5℃/min的速率升温至80℃,保温反应30min,得到反应液A;
S2:将2-甲基-5-庚烯-4-酮10份、聚氧乙烯醚失水山梨醇酯17份、去离子水60份和二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵13份混合搅拌20min,随后升温至50℃保温反应40min,得到反应液B;
S3:将步骤S1中所述反应液A和反应液B混合,并向其中加入柠檬酸锆11份、2-氯-4-甲氧基-6-氨基-1,3,5-三嗪14份,在温度80℃下反应2h,经冷却后即可得到所述抗菌防臭型整理剂。
对比例2
S1:将聚乙二醇20份、磺化琥珀二辛酯钠盐18份和羟丙基纤维素20份加入反应器中,以5℃/min的速率升温至80℃,保温反应30min,得到反应液A;
S2:将聚氧乙烯醚失水山梨醇酯17份、去离子水60份和二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵13份混合搅拌20min,随后升温至50℃保温反应40min,得到反应液B;
S3:将步骤S1中所述反应液A和反应液B混合,并向其中加入柠檬酸锆11份,在温度80℃下反应2h,经冷却后即可得到所述整理剂。
实施例3
S1:将硬脂醇甘草亭酸酯18份、聚乙二醇16份、磺化琥珀二辛酯钠盐12份和羟丙基纤维素17份加入反应器中,以5℃/min的速率升温至80℃,保温反应30min,得到反应液A;
S2:将2-甲基-5-庚烯-4-酮9份、聚氧乙烯醚失水山梨醇酯13份、去离子水60份和二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵10份混合搅拌15min,随后升温至50℃保温反应30min,得到反应液B;
S3:将步骤S1中所述反应液A和反应液B混合,并向其中加入柠檬酸锆11份、2-氯-4-甲氧基-6-氨基-1,3,5-三嗪9份,在温度80℃下反应1h,经冷却后即可得到所述抗菌防臭型整理剂。
实施例4
S1:将硬脂醇甘草亭酸酯22份、聚乙二醇19份、磺化琥珀二辛酯钠盐14份和羟丙基纤维素19份加入反应器中,以3℃/min的速率升温至60℃,保温反应20min,得到反应液A;
S2:将2-甲基-5-庚烯-4-酮7份、聚氧乙烯醚失水山梨醇酯15份、去离子水55份和二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵12份混合搅拌20min,随后升温至40℃保温反应40min,得到反应液B;
S3:将步骤S1中所述反应液A和反应液B混合,并向其中加入柠檬酸锆7份、2-氯-4-甲氧基-6-氨基-1,3,5-三嗪12份,在温度70℃下反应2h,经冷却后即可得到所述抗菌防臭型整理剂。
实施例5
S1:将硬脂醇甘草亭酸酯20份、聚乙二醇18份、磺化琥珀二辛酯钠盐13份和羟丙基纤维素14份加入反应器中,以4℃/min的速率升温至72℃,保温反应25min,得到反应液A;
S2:将2-甲基-5-庚烯-4-酮8份、聚氧乙烯醚失水山梨醇酯14份、去离子水58份和二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵11份混合搅拌18min,随后升温至46℃保温反应35min,得到反应液B;
S3:将步骤S1中所述反应液A和反应液B混合,并向其中加入柠檬酸锆8份、2-氯-4-甲氧基-6-氨基-1,3,5-三嗪10份,在温度75℃下反应1.5h,经冷却后即可得到所述抗菌防臭型整理剂。
将各个实施例和对比例所得到的整理剂,应用于纺织衣物中考察其抗菌防臭性能,表1为未清洗状态下的抗菌结果:

1.一种抗菌防臭型整理剂,其特征在于,包括如下重量份数的成分:柠檬酸锆6~11份,硬脂醇甘草亭酸酯12~25份,聚乙二醇15~20份,2-甲基-5-庚烯-4-酮5~10份,磺化琥珀二辛酯钠盐9~18份,聚氧乙烯醚失水山梨醇酯12~17份,2-氯-4-甲氧基-6-氨基-1,3,5-三嗪6~14份,羟丙基纤维素14~20份,二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵7~13份,去离子水50~60份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌防臭型整理剂,其特征在于,所述柠檬酸锆7~10份,硬脂醇甘草亭酸酯18~22份,聚乙二醇16~19份,2-甲基-5-庚烯-4-酮7~9份,磺化琥珀二辛酯钠盐12~14份,聚氧乙烯醚失水山梨醇酯13~15份,2-氯-4-甲氧基-6-氨基-1,3,5-三嗪9~12份,羟丙基纤维素17~19份,二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵10~12份,去离子水55~60份。

4.一种抗菌防臭型整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1:将硬脂醇甘草亭酸酯12~25份、聚乙二醇15~20份、磺化琥珀二辛酯钠盐9~18份和羟丙基纤维素14~20份加入反应器中,以3-5℃/min的速率升温至60-80℃,保温反应20-30min,得到反应液A;
S2:将2-甲基-5-庚烯-4-酮5~10份、聚氧乙烯醚失水山梨醇酯12~17份、去离子水50~60份和二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵7~13份混合搅拌15-20min,随后升温至40-50℃保温反应30-40min,得到反应液B;
S3:将步骤S1中所述反应液A和反应液B混合,并向其中加入柠檬酸锆6~11份、2-氯-4-甲氧基-6-氨基-1,3,5-三嗪6~14份,在温度70-80℃下反应1-2h,经冷却后即可得到所述抗菌防臭型整理剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种抗菌防臭型整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S1中所述速率为4℃/min,升温至72℃,保温反应25min。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种抗菌防臭型整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S2中所述混合搅拌的时间为18min,升温至46℃,保温反应35min。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种抗菌防臭型整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S3中所述温度为75℃,反应的时间为1.5h。
