技术领域
本发明涉及一种片材贴合方法和片材贴合装置,尤其涉及一种在将填充有输液的袋主体的周缘部和功能性片材进行密封并贴合时,由所希望的气体(例如,惰性气体)置换密封空间的空气的技术。
背景技术
通常,药液、粉末药剂、食品、对湿气较弱的粉末(糖等)、以及检测特定气体的检查芯片等被包装在包装体(包装容器)中。作为这种包装体的一种,已熟知填充有包含例如糖、电解液、氨基酸、维生素等的输液的输液袋。由良好的处理性、轻量化、垃圾的减少等考虑,使用将树脂薄膜(塑料薄膜)作成袋状的输液袋。
在构成该输液袋的袋状体中,作为直接接触于药液的袋主体的材料而使用的树脂薄膜的阻气性等功能较低。其理由在于,为了防止改善薄膜的阻气性等的添加剂在输液中溶出而未使用这种添加剂。
然而,填充于输液袋中的糖、氨基酸、电解液等药液因氧而容易显著变质,因此若将袋主体放置在大气中,则导致大气中的氧透过输液袋使药液的品质变质。
于是,在由树脂薄膜等形成的袋主体的两面贴合具有阻气性较高的功能层的2张功能性片材而构成输液袋,从而确保了阻气性(例如,专利文献1、专利文献2)。
使阻气性片材重合于袋主体,并通过热熔敷等而密封袋主体的周缘部,从而进行功能性片材的贴合。
然而,在将袋主体和阻气性薄膜进行贴合时,存在导致空气进入到袋主体与阻气性薄膜之间的密封空间,并导致所进入的空气中的氧透过袋主体而使药液变质的问题。
在此,密封空间是指袋主体与阻气性薄膜之间的密封部分的内侧部分的空间。
从而,在将阻气性薄膜贴合于袋主体的情况下,需要将进入到袋主体与阻气性薄膜之间的密封空间的空气气体置换成所希望的气体例如惰性气体,或者进行除气。
如此,将密封空间的空气气体置换成所希望的气体或者进行除气的必要性并不限定于输液袋,因氧等而容易变质的食品的塑料薄膜制袋体、容器等包装体、或者检查芯片等也相同。并且,作为所希望的气体,并不限定于惰性气体,只要对被包装于包装体中的物品无害或有益的气体即可。
以往,作为将密封空间的空气置换为气体的气体置换方法,例如有专利文献3及4。该方法为如下,即,将气体喷嘴插入到密封空间中,对密封空间进行气体吹扫,在拔出气体喷嘴之后,通过热熔敷等对密封空间的开口进行密封。
并且,作为对密封空间的空气进行除气的除气方法,例如有专利文献5。该方法为如下,即,准备真空包装用真空腔室,在真空腔室内,对密封空间的空气进行除气,并通过热熔敷等对开口进行密封。

发明要解决的技术课题
然而,以往的气体置换中需要将气体喷嘴对密封空间进行插入和拔出,因此,在从密封空间拔出气体喷嘴时,存在空气容易再次进入到密封空间的问题,无法充分地降低密封空间的氧浓度。为了防止空气的再次进入,如专利文献3及4,在包装体一侧或气体喷嘴一侧必须具备用于防止空气进入的特殊的设备,存在导致运行成本或装置成本增加的缺陷。
并且,如专利文献5,由于通过真空腔室进行真空除气的方法中需要腔室,因此存在着装置成为大型化的缺陷。
本发明的目的在于提供一种在将被贴合物与功能性片材进行重合而密封被贴合物的周缘部,从而将功能性片材贴合于被贴合物时,能够以极其简单的结构将密封空间的空气有效地置换成所希望的气体的片材贴合方法和片材贴合装置及输液袋。

用于实现本发明的目的的片材贴合方法,将被贴合物和功能性片材进行重合而密封被贴合物的周缘部,从而将功能性片材贴合于被贴合物,所述片材贴合方法具备:准备工序,关于在重合的被贴合物和功能性片材中配置于上侧的被贴合物或功能性片材,将彼此不重合的面积扩大部分预先形成于密封部分的外侧;重合工序,将被贴合物和功能性片材以面积扩大部分不重合的状态进行定位的同时进行重合;气体置换工序,在重合工序之后,从下方对面积扩大部分喷吹气体,从而由所希望的气体来置换形成于被贴合物与功能性片材之间的密封空间的空气;及密封工序,在进行气体置换工序的同时密封被贴合物的周缘部。
本发明的片材贴合方法中,在将被贴合物与功能性片材重合的情况下,可以将被贴合物和功能性片材中的任意的片材配置于上侧。
在将功能性片材配置于上侧的情况下,首先,准备将不与被贴合物重合的面积扩大部分形成于密封部分的外侧的功能性片材。而且,以该功能性片材的面积扩大部分不与被贴合物重合的方式,对被贴合物和功能性片材进行定位的同时进行重合。
另一方面,在将被贴合物配置于上侧的情况下,首先,准备将不与功能性片材重合的面积扩大部分形成于密封部分的外侧的被贴合物。而且,以该被贴合物的面积扩大部分不与功能性片材重合的方式,对被贴合物和功能性片材进行定位的同时进行重合。
接着,从下方对功能性片材(或被贴合物)的面积扩大部分喷吹气体,从而由气体来置换被贴合物与功能性片材之间的密封空间的空气。
如此,在将功能性片材配置于上侧的情况下,形成由具有面积比被贴合物大的面积扩大部分的功能性片材来盖住被贴合物的上侧的状态,该状态下,通过对功能性片材的面积扩大部分喷吹气体,气体滞留在功能性片材的下侧空间。其结果,在功能性片材的下侧空间形成气体的气氛空间。
同样地,在将被贴合物配置于上侧的情况下,形成由具有面积比功能性片材大的面积扩大部分的被贴合物来盖住功能性片材的上侧的状态,该状态下,通过对被贴合物的面积扩大部分喷吹气体,气体滞留在被贴合物的下侧空间。其结果,在被贴合物的下侧空间形成气体的气氛空间。
由此,气体逐渐流入到被贴合物与功能性片材之间的密封空间,密封空间的空气被置换为气体。并且,通过在功能性片材(或被贴合物)的下侧空间形成气体的气氛空间,在密封空间形成气体的气体层,因此能够防止空气再次进入到密封空间。
该情况下,优选对面积扩大部分喷吹气体,以使功能性片材(或被贴合物)从被贴合物(或功能性片材)稍微悬浮(例如1~5mm左右)。由此,容易抽出滞留在密封空间的空气,并且气体容易流入到密封空间内,能够迅速且有效地将密封空间的空气置换为气体。
另外,并不限定于通过喷吹气体而使功能性片材(或被贴合物)从被贴合物(或功能性片材)稍微悬浮,也可以设置以在被贴合物与功能性片材之间形成空间的方式支撑功能性片材(或被贴合物)的构件,或者通过在被贴合物的表面附加凹凸,从而在被贴合物与功能性片材形成空间。
最后,在密封工序中,在进行上述气体置换工序的同时,对被贴合物的周缘部与功能性片材进行密封。
如上所述,本发明不像以往那样进行气体喷嘴对密封空间的插入和拔出,因此在包装体一侧或气体喷嘴一侧不需要用于防止空气再次进入的特殊的设备,并且也不需要如真空腔室那样大型的装置。
从而,在本发明的片材贴合方法中,在将被贴合物与功能性片材重合而密封被贴合物的周缘部,从而将功能性片材贴合于被贴合物时,以对功能性片材的面积扩大部分喷吹所希望的气体的极其简单的结构,能够有效地将密封空间的空气置换为气体。
在本发明的片材贴合方法中,通过在被贴合物或功能性片材上形成缺口部而形成面积扩大部分。或者,优选通过在被贴合物上形成贯通孔而形成面积扩大部分。另外,在被贴合物上形成缺口部的情况下,有时将功能性片材配置于上侧,在功能性片材上形成缺口部的情况下,有时将被贴合物配置于上侧。
该实施方式表示用于在被贴合物或功能性片材上形成面积扩大部分的优选的方式,通过改变被贴合物与功能性片材的相对的形状而能够形成面积扩大部分。
在本发明的片材贴合方法中,优选在气体置换工序中,在对面积扩大部分喷吹气体的同时,从密封空间的横向也喷吹气体。
由此,气体容易流入到密封空间,因此能够将密封空间的空气可靠且迅速地置换成气体。
在本发明的片材贴合方法中,优选在重合工序中,使设置于进行密封工序的压模上的多个支撑销贯通被贴合物与功能性片材的密封部分或密封部分的外侧部分,从而对被贴合物和功能性片材进行定位。
如此,使设置于进行密封工序的压模上的多个支撑销贯通被贴合物的密封部分和功能性片材的密封部分而进行定位,因此在气体置换工序中,能够对面积扩大部分可靠地喷吹气体。并且,作为定位构件而使用支撑销,因此在通过喷吹气体而功能性片材悬浮的情况下,支撑销能够发挥悬浮导向件的作用。
该情况下,优选在被贴合物及功能性片材上预先形成支撑销所插入贯通的贯通孔。
由此,仅通过使支撑销通过形成于被贴合物及功能性片材上的贯通孔,能够简单地对被贴合物与功能性片材的关系进行定位。并且,支撑销与贯通孔的接触阻力与支撑销穿刺于功能性片材时相比变小,因此在气体置换工序中容易使功能性片材悬浮。
在本发明的片材贴合方法中,优选多个支撑销在进行密封工序时没入压模的内部。由此,无需考虑密封工序而确定支撑销的位置,因此能够将支撑销配置于适当的位置。此时的“没入”包括如下两种情况:通过在压模上形成收纳支撑销的收纳孔而没入的情况;及通过设置出没机构而支撑销本身没入的情况。
用于实现本发明的目的的片材贴合装置将被贴合物和功能性片材进行重合而密封被贴合物的周缘部,从而将功能性片材贴合于被贴合物,所述片材贴合装置具备:压模,由上模和下模构成,并由上模的按压面与下模的按压面夹持被贴合物的密封部分和功能性片材的密封部分进行加热,从而进行密封;多个支撑销,设置于压模,并贯通被贴合物和功能性片材的密封部分或密封部分的外侧部分,从而以面积扩大部分不重合的状态对被贴合物和功能性片材进行定位,所述面积扩大部分预先形成于在重合的被贴合物和功能性片材中配置于上侧的被贴合物或功能性片材的密封外侧部分;及气体喷吹构件,从下方对面积扩大部分喷吹气体。
根据本发明的片材贴合装置,通过上述结构将被贴合物和功能性片材进行重合而密封被贴合物的周缘部,从而将功能性片材贴合于被贴合物时,能够以极其简单的结构,将密封空间的空气有效地置换成气体。
在本发明的片材贴合装置中,优选在气体喷吹构件中具备防扩散板,其用于使喷吹到面积扩大部分的气体不向面积扩大部分的外侧扩散。由此,能够以较少的气体的量有效地将密封空间的空气置换成气体。
并且,在本发明的片材贴合装置中,优选在所述气体喷吹构件中具备:第1喷吹构件,对面积扩大部分喷吹气体;及第2喷吹构件,朝向形成于被贴合物与功能性片材之间的密封空间喷吹气体。由此,能够将密封空间的空气更迅速且可靠地置换成气体。
在本发明的片材贴合装置中,优选气体喷吹构件具备收纳下模的壳体,在该壳体的侧壁与下模的侧壁之间至少对置地设置一对作为气体的吹出流路的气体流路。
这是气体喷吹构件的优选的另一方式,通过形成为上述结构,能够将被贴合物与功能性片材之间的密封空间的空气容易且可靠地置换成气体。
用于实现本发明的目的的输液袋包括上述片材贴合方法而形成。由此,能够有效地防止收纳于输液袋中的药液通过氧而变质。
发明效果
根据本发明的片材贴合方法和片材贴合装置及输液袋,在通过使被贴合物和功能性片材重合而密封被贴合物的周缘部,从而将功能性片材贴合于被贴合物时,能够以极其简单的结构将密封空间的空气有效地置换成所希望的气体。

具体实施方式
以下,对本发明的片材贴合方法和贴合装置及输液袋的优选实施方式的详细内容进行说明。另外,本发明的片材贴合方法和贴合装置除了适用于输液袋之外,能够适用于食品等各种塑料制袋体或容器等包装体,还能够适用于检查芯片等,在本实施方式中,以输液袋为例进行如下说明。
[输液袋的整体结构]
首先,对通过本发明的片材贴合方法和贴合装置形成的输液袋10的整体结构进行说明。
如图1所示,输液袋10通过在四边形袋主体(被贴合物)11的表里两面分别贴合四边形阻气性功能片材(功能性片材)12、13而形成。另外,在本实施方式中,以四边形输液袋10为例进行说明,但并不限定于四边形。
阻气性功能片材12、13具有包含基体片材(省略图示)和1层或多层密封功能层(省略图示)的片材主体18(参考图3)、及可以粘接于袋主体11的粘接层19(参考图3)。
密封功能层是例如形成于基体片材上的无机氧化物的蒸镀层,具有对氧等气体的阻气性以及对水分等的防潮性。并且,粘接层19在一定温度以上时熔融,之后冷固或者直接热固而粘接于袋主体11。
另外,阻气性功能片材12的种类及结构并无特别限定,可以使用具有公知的阻气性的片材。
并且,在本实施方式中,以在袋主体11的一面(上侧面)首先贴合阻气性功能片材12,接着在袋主体11的另一面贴合另一张阻气性功能片材13为例进行。
袋主体11例如通过在将软性树脂片材折叠的状态,或者将2张重合的状态下将四边进行密封而形成。在袋主体11中,通过对周缘部11a进行四边密封而形成填充及密封药液15(参考图3)的药液室16。并且,袋主体11的周缘部11a中的一端部,通过熔敷等一体设置有与药液室16的内部连通的筒状的口部17。另外,虽然省略了图示,但是口部17的开孔通过口栓而被密封。
阻气性功能片材12通过粘接而贴合于袋主体11的一面(在此,图1的上表面)。更具体而言,阻气性功能片材12的四边密封部分(例如,双点划线与外周之间的区域12a,相当于密封部分)以包围药液室16的方式粘接于袋主体11的周缘部11a。在此,图1的阻气性功能片材13的符号13a是对应于阻气性功能片材12的符号12a的部分。
[片材贴合装置]
图2及图3表示使用片材贴合装置20在袋主体11的上表面贴合阻气性功能片材12的情况。即,以将作为阻气性功能片材12的功能性片材配置于上侧为例进行说明。
如图2及图3所示,本发明的实施方式的片材贴合装置20主要由以下部分构成:压模25(也称作模具),将阻气性功能片材12按压于袋主体11的周缘部,并通过进行热熔敷而粘接;气体喷吹构件29,对阻气性功能片材12的面积扩大部分12S(参考图10,后面将叙述详细内容)喷吹气体;及多个支撑销30、30……,将贴合的阻气性功能片材12和袋主体11进行定位支撑。
另外,在本实施方式中,作为所希望的气体,以作为惰性气体的一种的氮气(N2气体)为例进行说明。并且,在本实施方式中,在填充药液15之后的袋主体11上贴合有阻气性功能片材12,但也可以在填充药液15之前的袋主体11上贴合阻气性功能片材12。
<压模>
如图2及图3所示,压模25由四边形上模27和四边形下模28构成,上模27的四边形按压面27a与下模28的四边形按压面28a对置配置。另外,在本实施方式中,由于在四边形袋主体11上贴合有四边形阻气性功能片材12,因此使用了四边形压模25,但压模25并未限定于四边形。
在上模27上开口有由按压面27a包围的四边形开孔(也称作模穴)27b,在下模28上开口有由按压面28a包围的四边形开孔28b。上模27及下模28的按压面27a、28a的宽度D(参考图3)大致相当于将袋主体11的周缘部进行四边密封的宽度,优选为3~10mm左右,更优选为3~5mm左右。
并且,在上模27内的按压面27a附近内置有加热按压面27a的加热器等加热部31(参考图3)。另外,在上模27上设置有未图示的按压机构(例如气缸装置),并相对于下模28进行升降,从而由上模27的按压面27a来按压下模28的按压面28a。
而且,在袋主体11的上表面贴合阻气性功能片材12时,使按压机构进行动作,在上模27的按压面27a与下模28的按压面28a之间夹持袋主体11的周缘部(四边密封部分)和阻气性功能片材12的四边密封部分。在进行该夹持时,因填充有药液15而具有膨胀部的袋主体11的药液室16被收纳于上模27和下模28的开孔27b、28b中。
通常,上模27由金属形成,下模28由软性或硬性橡胶形成,但并不限定于该结构。并且,加热部31并不限定于设置于上模27,也可以设置于下模28,或者也可以设置于上模27和下模28两者。另外,按压机构并不限定于设置于上模27,也可以设置于下模28,或者设置于上模27和下模28两者。
<气体喷吹构件>
图2及图3为气体喷吹构件29的第1实施方式。
如图2及图3所示,气体喷吹构件29由以下部分构成:在下模28的左右两肋对置配置的一对气体喷射器29A、29A;对一对气体喷射器29A、29A供给氮气的气体供给构件29B;将从气体供给构件29B供给的氮气分别对一对气体喷射器29A、29A送气的气体配管29C。
气体喷射器29A形成为沿下模28的左右侧面配设的长条状的装置,在气体喷射器29A的上表面形成狭缝状气体喷出口29D。并且,在气体配管29C上设置有分别调整从一对气体喷射器29A、29A喷出的气体量的气体流量调整阀29E、29E。由此,从下模28的左右侧面位置朝上方呈带状吹出被调整喷出量的氮气。
另外,在图2中,将气体喷射器29A表示成形成有狭缝状气体喷出口29D的长条状的装置,但也可以将气体喷出喷嘴配置成单体,或者也可以将气体喷出喷嘴排列成行列状进行配置。
并且,在本实施方式中,在下模28的左右侧面分别设置气体喷射器29A、29A(共计2个),但也可以在下模28的4个所有侧面设置气体喷射器(共计4个)。
图4是第1实施方式的气体喷吹构件29的变形例,还设置有防止从气体喷射器29A向上方喷出的氮气向外侧(在阻气性功能片材12的宽度方向外侧,且图3中用虚线箭头表示的方向)扩散的防扩散板32。防扩散板32形成为被支撑于气体喷射器29A的侧面上部的剖面成倒L字的板,其为沿气体喷射器29A(图4的表里方向)延伸的长条状板。防扩散板32的前端部优选以位于阻气性功能片材12的宽度的外侧的方式形成。
图5是第1实施方式的气体喷吹构件29的另一变形例,除了对阻气性功能片材12的面积扩大部分喷吹气体的上述一对气体喷射器29A、29A(第1喷吹构件)之外,还将朝向形成于袋主体11与阻气性功能片材12之间的密封空间36喷吹气体的一对气体喷出辅助器34(第2喷吹构件)隔着密封空间36彼此对置配置。气体喷出辅助器34能够经由支撑板34B支撑于气体喷射器29A。
气体喷出辅助器34为具有狭缝状气体喷出口34A并在横向上配置的装置,具有与上述气体喷射器29A相同的结构。并且,在气体喷出辅助器34上连结有从气体配管29C分支的气体分支配管29F,并且在气体分支配管29F上设置有调整所喷出的气体量的气体量调整阀29G。由此,从密封空间36的两侧朝向密封空间36呈带状吹出被调整喷出量的氮气。从而,从一对气体喷射器29A、29A朝向阻气性功能片材12的面积扩大部分12S喷出氮气,而且从一对气体喷出辅助器34朝向密封空间36喷出氮气,因此能够将密封空间36的空气进一步可靠且迅速地置换成氮气。
图6及图7是气体喷吹构件29的第2实施方式。
图6及图7的气体喷吹构件29在上表面开放的箱状壳体38中收纳压模25的下模28,从而在壳体38与下模28之间形成氮气的吹出流路。即,壳体38的左右壁的内侧面40、42(图7的左右方向)与下模28的左右壁的外侧面44、46(图7的左右方向)之间形成作为气体的吹出流路的左流路48和右流路50。另外,在壳体38的底壁的内侧面52与下模28的底壁的外侧面54之间形成将左流路48和右流路50进行连通的连通路56。图6中示出在壳体38的左右方向上对置地设置左流路48和右流路50,而在与左右方向正交的壳体38的位置上未设置流路的例子。
而且,壳体38的左右壁的一端壁上设置有用于使氮气扩流并供给到连通路56的歧管58。歧管58经由气体配管29C连接于气体供给构件29B,并且在气体配管29C的中途设置有气体流量调整阀29E。
并且,如图7所示,壳体38的上侧的开放面的面积与阻气性功能片材12的面积相同或稍大。换言之,优选在阻气性功能片材12的面积扩大部分12S,以能够大致堵塞左流路48与右流路50的方式,调整壳体38的上侧的开放面的面积与阻气性功能片材12的尺寸之间的关系。由此,在袋主体11上重合阻气性功能片材12时,能够将壳体38本身利用于阻气性功能片材12的定位中。从而,在图6及图7中,虽然图示有4个支撑销30,但能够将支撑销30全部取消,或者能够减少为1个或2个。并且,若使氮气从左流路48和右流路50喷出,则氮气自动地喷吹到阻气性功能片材12的面积扩大部分12S。
另外,在图6及图7的第2实施方式的气体喷吹构件29中,在壳体38的左右壁与下模28的左右壁40、42之间形成有左流路48和右流路50,但也能够在壳体38的4个侧壁一侧形成吹出氮气的流路(横截面为四边形的流路)。
<支撑销>
在图2及图3所示的片材贴合装置的情况下,支撑销30在下模28的按压面28a的4个角朝上方突出形成。另外,支撑销30的个数优选配置于下模28的按压面28a的至少对置的2个角,更优选为3个角,尤其优选为4个角。并且,也可以在4个角之间还配置支撑销30。另外,在图6及图7所示的片材贴合装置中,以设置支撑销30为例进行图示。但是,在图6及图7所示的片材贴合装置的情况下,阻气性功能片材12的四边由被壳体38的4个侧壁包围而自然地被定位,因此也可以是完全不使用支撑销的方式。
而且,在袋主体11上贴合阻气性功能片材12时,以袋主体11的四边密封部分(周缘部)与阻气性功能片材12的四边密封部分对齐的方式对袋主体11及阻气性功能片材12进行定位,并使支撑销30贯通支撑(参考图3)。
由于支撑销30在上模27的按压面27a按压下模28的按压面28a时构成阻碍,因此如图8所示从上模27的按压面27a穿设有收纳支撑销30的收纳孔27A。
并且,也可以设置出没机构来代替收纳孔27A,所述出没机构中,在上模27的按压面27a未按压下模28的按压面28a时,支撑销30从下模28突出,在上模27的按压面27a按压下模28的按压面28a时,支撑销30没入下模28内。
作为出没机构,如图9所示,可以采用如下结构,例如在下模28中形成用于使支撑销30没入的孔60,在该孔60的内部设置压缩弹簧62,并将压缩弹簧62的上端与支撑销30的下端进行连结的结构。由此,在上模27的按压面27a未按压下模28的按压面28a时,压缩弹簧62进行延伸动作,因此支撑销30从下模28的按压面28a突出。并且,在上模27的按压面27a按压下模28的按压面28a时,压缩弹簧62进行收缩动作,因此支撑销30没入下模28的按压面28a内。从而利用上模27和下模28夹持袋主体11和阻气性功能片材12进行热熔敷时,支撑销30不会构成阻碍。
另外,也可以用如下方法来代替支撑销30,即利用夹子等把持袋主体11和阻气性功能片材12,将阻气性功能片材12定位于袋主体11等方法。然而,如结构的简单性和后述内容,在对阻气性功能片材12的面积扩大部分12S喷吹氮气时,若考虑支撑销30引导阻气性功能片材12悬浮的一点,则优选支撑销30的方式。
[片材贴合方法]
接着,使用如上所述构成的片材贴合装置20对本实施方式的片材贴合方法进行说明。在本实施方式中,以袋主体11的上表面(一面)贴合阻气性功能片材12的情况进行说明。
<准备工序>
如图10所示,首先,作为贴合于袋主体11的上表面的阻气性功能片材12,准备具有比袋主体11的上表面面积扩大的面积扩大部分12S的阻气性功能片材12。
图10是以通过使阻气性功能片材12的宽度W2大于袋主体11中的上表面的宽度W1而确保面积扩大部分12S(图10的斜线部分)的方式形成的情况。例如,在袋主体11中的上表面的宽度W1为100mm的情况下,能够将阻气性功能片材12的宽度W2设为106mm左右。从而,在阻气性功能片材12的两侧分别确保3mm宽度的面积扩大部分12S。
另外,根据图11~图15对在阻气性功能片材12中确保面积扩大部分12S的优选方法进行说明,但并不限定于此。
图11表示阻气性功能片材12的尺寸。在图12~图13中黑色部分表示袋主体11的上表面,由双点划线包围的部分表示阻气性功能片材12。即,图12与图10相同,是通过使阻气性功能片材12的宽度W2大于袋主体11中的上表面的宽度W1而形成面积扩大部分12S的情况。
图13是通过在袋主体11的一面形成缺口部64而在阻气性功能片材12形成面积扩大部分12S的情况。
图14及图15为如下情况,即,袋主体11和阻气性功能片材12的纵向及横向的尺寸相同,但通过在袋主体11的四边密封的部分的外侧形成多个贯通孔66、66……,在阻气性功能片材12上确保了面积扩大部分12S。另外,袋主体11的四边密封部分成为上述缺口部64或贯通孔66的内侧。
<重合工序>
接着,如图16所示,以阻气性功能片材12的面积扩大部分12S不与袋主体11的一面重合的方式定位的同时,使设置在压模的下模28上的4个支撑销30贯通支撑袋主体11的周缘部(四边密封部分)和阻气性功能片材12的四边密封部分。阻气性功能片材12的四边密封部分为在图10的双点划线的外侧中去除面积扩大部分12S的部分。
该情况下,如图10所示,优选在袋主体11的周缘部(四边密封部分)的4个角和阻气性功能片材12的四边密封部分的4个角预先形成有使支撑销30贯通的4个贯通孔11H、12H。由此,能够将阻气性功能片材12简单地定位并重合于袋主体11上表面。并且,若在袋主体11的周缘部(四边密封部分)的4个角和阻气性功能片材12的四边密封部分的4个角预先形成贯通孔11H、12H,则无需将支撑销30的前端设为尖锐,而能够设为较细的圆柱状的支撑销30。
<气体置换工序>
接着,如图17所示,从一对气体喷射器29A对阻气性功能片材12的面积扩大部分12S喷吹氮气,从而在阻气性功能片材12的下侧空间形成氮气气氛。
即,形成由具有面积比袋主体11大的面积扩大部分12S的阻气性功能片材12来盖住袋主体11的上侧的状态,该状态下,通过对阻气性功能片材12的面积扩大部分12S喷吹氮气,氮气滞留于阻气性功能片材12的下侧空间。其结果,在阻气性功能片材12的下侧空间形成氮气的气氛空间。
由此,氮气逐渐流入到袋主体11与阻气性功能片材12之间的密封空间36,密封空间36的空气被置换成氮气。并且,由于在阻气性功能片材12的下侧空间形成氮气的气氛空间,从而在密封空间36能够形成氮气的气体层,因此能够防止空气再次进入到密封空间36。
该情况下,优选调整气体流量调整阀29E,以阻气性功能片材12从袋主体11的一面稍微悬浮(例如1~5mm左右)的程度,将氮气向面积扩大部分12S进行喷吹。由此容易抽出密封空间36的空气,并且氮气容易进入到密封空间36。
该阻气性功能片材12的悬浮中,支撑销30发挥着悬浮导向件的作用。即,支撑于支撑销30的阻气性功能片材12,其水平方向的移动受到限制,只能在上下方向上自由移动。从而,能够使氮气的喷吹力集中于阻气性功能片材12的悬浮力。
另外,在本实施方式中,通过喷吹氮气使阻气性功能片材12从袋主体11稍微悬浮,从而容易抽出密封空间36的空气,并且氮气容易进入到密封空间36。但是,并不限定于通过喷吹气体使阻气性功能片材12悬浮。例如,也可以是设置以在袋主体11与阻气性功能片材12之间形成空间的方式支撑阻气性功能片材12的构件(未图示)的方式、以及通过在袋主体11的表面附加凹凸而在袋主体11与阻气性功能片材12之间形成空间的方式。
由此,氮气容易进入到密封空间36内,并能够将密封空间36的空气迅速且有效地置换成氮气。
在本实施方式中,作为气体喷吹构件29而设置对置的一对气体喷射器29A,因此在密封空间36的4个侧方中从一方对置的侧方流入氮气,并从另一方对置的侧方流出,从而密封空间36的空气逐渐置换成氮气。
并且,在该氮气的喷吹中,在气体喷吹构件29中设置图4所示的防扩散板32,或者进而设置图5的气体喷出辅助器34,由此能够以较少的氮气的量将密封空间36的空气可靠且短时间内置换成氮气。
并且,根据图6及图7中示出的第2实施方式的气体喷吹构件29,支撑于支撑销30的阻气性功能片材12以基本上盖住壳体38开放的上表面的形式配置。该状态下,若使氮气从左流路48及右流路50喷出,则阻气性功能片材12的下侧空间的空气通过阻气性功能片材12的侧方而从壳体38上表面逐渐被去除。由此,在阻气性功能片材12的下侧空间,即由阻气性功能片材12和壳体38包围的空间形成氮气的气氛空间。其结果,能够将密封空间36的空气容易且可靠地置换成氮气。另外,如上所述,也可以是在图6及图7的片材贴合装置中完全不使用支撑销30的方式。
并且,调整气体流量调整阀29E,以使阻气性功能片材12稍微悬浮(1~5mm左右),则能够更容易地置换密封空间36的空气。另外,如上所述,并不限定于使阻气性功能片材12悬浮的方式,也可以是设置支撑阻气性功能片材12的构件的方式,或者通过在袋主体11的表面附加凹凸而在袋主体11与阻气性功能片材12之间形成空间的方式。
并且,如图14及图15所示,通过在袋主体11的周缘部开出贯通孔66而确保阻气性功能片材12的面积扩大部分12S的情况下,朝向贯通孔66喷出氮气。从而,该情况下,优选在对应于贯通孔66的位置设置管状的气体喷嘴作为气体喷射器。
<密封工序>
接着,在使氮气从气体喷射器29A喷出的同时,通过驱动压模25的按压机构而使上模27下降。而且,如图18所示,由上模27的按压面27a按压下模28的按压面28a,夹持袋主体11的周缘部(四边密封部分)和阻气性功能片材12的四边密封部分。该状态下,将上模27的加热部31设为开启。另外,也可以在将袋主体11和阻气性功能片材12夹持于压模25之前进行加热部31的开启操作。
由此,能够将阻气性功能片材12贴合于袋主体11的上表面,并且在袋主体11与阻气性功能片材12之间,能够将形成于四边密封部分的内侧的密封空间36内部设为氮气气氛。另外,在图16~图18中,在进行密封工序时,作为支撑销30没入压模25的内部的机构,图示出图9的出没机构的例子,如图8中进行的说明,当然也可以设置收纳孔27A。
如此,根据本发明的片材贴合方法,通过使阻气性功能片材12重合于袋主体11的上表面而将上表面的周缘部进行四边密封,从而将阻气性功能片材12贴合于袋主体11时,能够以极其简单的结构有效地将密封空间36的空气置换成氮气。
并且,通过如下现有的气体置换方法,将棒状的气体喷嘴插入到密封空间36进行氮气吹扫之后拔出气体喷嘴的方法来进行本发明中的气体置换工序的情况下,仅能够将密封空间36的氧浓度降低至5%。
另一方面,通过进行上述本发明的实施方式的片材贴合方法,可以将密封空间36的氧浓度降低至1%左右。
从以上说明的准备工序到密封工序为止的工序的流程为在袋主体11的一面贴合阻气性功能片材12的工序。
从而,紧接着在袋主体11的另一面贴合阻气性功能片材13的情况下,将贴合有阻气性功能片材12的袋主体11设为表里相反,并支撑于支撑销30。
而且,关于阻气性功能片材13,同样进行从上述准备工序至密封工序,从而能够在袋主体11的另一面贴合阻气性功能片材13。
该情况下,如图19所示,在准备工序中准备的阻气性功能片材13需要形成比阻气性功能片材12的宽度W2更大的宽度W3的面积扩大部分13S(图19的斜线部分)。符号13H为使支撑销30贯通的贯通孔。
由此,在通过对袋主体11的另一面侧的周缘部进行四边密封而使阻气性功能片材13贴合于袋主体11的另一面的情况下,也能够有效地将密封空间36的空气气体置换成氮气。从而,能够有效地防止收纳于通过本发明的片材贴合方法制造的输液袋10中的药液因氧而变质。
另外,在上述实施方式中,以将阻气性功能片材12重合于袋主体11的上侧并从下方对阻气性功能片材12的面积扩大部分12S喷吹氮气为例进行了说明。然而,若使具有面积扩大部分(未图示)的袋主体11重合于阻气性功能片材12上,并从下方对袋主体11的面积扩大部分喷吹氮气,则同样也能够进行本发明的片材贴合方法。
并且,在本实施方式中以输液袋为例进行了说明,但是并不限定于此,还能够适用于食品的袋状体或容器等包装体、检测特定气体的检查芯片的包装体等各种包装体。
并且,以由金属形成上模27且由橡胶材料形成下模28为例进行了说明,但是也可以由金属材料、橡胶材料、树脂材料、陶瓷材料、木材等形成上模27及下模28中的至少一方。
并且,在上述实施方式中,以在袋主体11的表里两面分别贴合阻气性功能片材12、13为例进行了说明,但也可以在袋主体11的一面贴合阻气性功能片材12,在另一面贴合耐弯曲功能片材。
耐弯曲功能片材具有包含基体片材层和铝层等的片材主体和可粘接于袋主体11的粘接层。该耐弯曲功能片材具有阻气性及防潮性,另外,与阻气性功能片材12、13相比,耐弯曲性也优异。并且,粘接层与所述粘接层19基本上相同。
并且,在上述实施方式中,以上模27及下模28形成为四边形为例进行了说明,但也可以配合药液室16的形状而适当地进行变更。

Claims (12)

1.一种片材贴合方法,将被贴合物和功能性片材进行重合而密封所述被贴合物的周缘部,从而将所述功能性片材贴合于所述被贴合物,所述片材贴合方法具备:
准备工序,关于在所述重合的被贴合物和功能性片材中配置于上侧的所述被贴合物或所述功能性片材,将未彼此重合的面积扩大部分预先形成于待密封部分的外侧;
重合工序,将所述被贴合物和所述功能性片材以所述面积扩大部分不重合的状态进行定位的同时进行重合;
气体置换工序,在所述重合工序之后,在形成于所述被贴合物与所述功能性片材之间的密封空间的两侧或四侧从下方朝向上方对所述面积扩大部分喷吹气体,从而由所希望的气体来置换所述密封空间的空气;及
密封工序,在进行所述气体置换工序的同时密封所述被贴合物的周缘部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的片材贴合方法,其中,
所述被贴合物是包装体。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的片材贴合方法,其中,
通过在所述被贴合物或所述功能性片材上形成缺口部而形成所述面积扩大部分。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的片材贴合方法,其中,
通过在所述被贴合物上形成贯通孔而形成所述面积扩大部分。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的片材贴合方法,其中,
在所述气体置换工序中,在对所述面积扩大部分喷吹所述气体的同时,从所述密封空间的横向也喷吹气体。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的片材贴合方法,其中,
在所述重合工序中,使设置于进行所述密封工序的压模上的多个支撑销贯通所述被贴合物与所述功能性片材的待密封部分或所述待密封部分的外侧部分,从而对所述被贴合物和所述功能性片材进行定位。
7.根据权利要求6所述的片材贴合方法,其中,
在所述被贴合物及所述功能性片材的所述支撑销所贯通的位置上预先形成贯通孔。
8.根据权利要求6所述的片材贴合方法,其中,
所述多个支撑销在进行所述密封工序时没入所述压模的内部。
9.一种片材贴合装置,将被贴合物和功能性片材进行重合而密封所述被贴合物的周缘部,从而将所述功能性片材贴合于所述被贴合物,所述片材贴合装置具备:
压模,由上模和下模构成,并由所述上模的按压面与所述下模的按压面夹持所述被贴合物的待密封部分和所述功能性片材的待密封部分进行加热,由此进行密封;
多个支撑销,设置于所述压模,并贯通所述被贴合物和所述功能性片材的待密封部分或所述待密封部分的外侧部分,从而以面积扩大部分不重合的状态对所述被贴合物和所述功能性片材进行定位,所述面积扩大部分预先形成于在重合的所述被贴合物和所述功能性片材中配置于上侧的所述被贴合物或所述功能性片材的待密封部分的外侧;及
气体喷吹构件,从下方对所述面积扩大部分喷吹气体。
10.根据权利要求9所述的片材贴合装置,其中,
在所述气体喷吹构件中具备防扩散板,该防扩散板用于使喷吹到所述面积扩大部分的所述气体不向所述面积扩大部分的外侧扩散。
11.根据权利要求9所述的片材贴合装置,其中,
在所述气体喷吹构件中具备:
第1喷吹构件,对所述面积扩大部分喷吹气体;及
第2喷吹构件,朝向形成于所述被贴合物与所述功能性片材之间的密封空间喷吹气体。
12.根据权利要求9所述的片材贴合装置,其中,
所述气体喷吹构件具备收纳下模的壳体,在该壳体的侧壁与下模的侧壁之间至少对置地设置一对作为气体的吹出流路的气体流路。
