Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种环保浮标,更加具体地,涉及一种既环保又能防止因波涛或风浪导致的损伤的环保浮标。
背景技术
一般的,围栏养殖是在如水库的内陆水域在一定范围内设置网并养殖特定鱼类,但是,近来,担心所用水的水质恶化,逐渐近海发展。
而且,用于围栏养殖的传统设施,利用木头或合成树脂形成梯形状的通道后,在所述通道的下部隔着间隔安装多个浮标后,在所述通道的内部设置网。

本发明的环保浮标10大体分为具有规定大小的发泡体20和形成在所述发泡体20的整个外表面的保护层30。

即,所述环保浮标10如下形成,即,向形成为半圆筒形的模具60内部注入发泡聚丙烯或发泡聚乙烯后,向所述模具60施加来自加热部70的热量,形成发泡体20后,冷却所述发泡体20,之后加热所述模具60,熔化发泡体20的外表面,形成保护层30后,熔接形成为半圆筒形的一对发泡体20的连接部分,并进行固定。
此时,对完成的发泡体20进行加热的模具60可以直接使用形成发泡体20的模具,或者可以使用其他模具。
而且,所述保护层以及发泡体完成步骤S240和组装步骤S250之间,还可以包括内部体插入步骤S260,向所述发泡体20的收纳空间22插入由发泡聚苯乙烯制造的内部体28。
即,向所述发泡体20的收纳空间22安装由发泡聚苯乙烯制造的内部体28,以吸收波涛或风浪引起的冲击的同时能够进行支撑。
此外,参照图8的(a)或图8的(b),补充说明形成在所述发泡体20上的保护层30。
首先,图8(a)示出,向形成有发泡体20的模具60的整个外部施加加热部70的热量,从而在发泡体20的外表面一次性的形成保护层30。
即,向具有所述发泡体20的模具60的整个外部,施加加热部70的热量,从而在所述模具60内部所具有的发泡体20的整个外部一次性的形成保护层30。
而且,图8(b)示出,旋转运行形成有发泡体20的模具60,并将加热部70的热量施加至到达规定区间的模具60,从而在发泡体20的外表面依次形成保护层30。
即,所述加热部70只在规定的区间对具有发泡体20的模具进行加热,从而在所述发泡体20的外表面依次形成保护层30。
说明如上所述构成的环保浮标的实施例如下。
首先,向形成为半圆筒形的模具60内部注入发泡聚丙烯(expandedpolypropylene)或发泡聚乙烯(foamedpolyethylene)。
然后,向所述模具60施加加热部70的热量,形成半圆筒形的发泡体20后,冷却所述模具60内部收纳的发泡体20,之后向收纳所述发泡体20的模具60的外部施加来自加热部70的热量,从而在所述发泡体20的外部形成保护层30。
然后,紧贴具有保护层30的半圆筒形发泡体20后,通过熔接固定所述一对发泡体20的连接部分,即完成环保浮标10。
接下来,观察如上所述构成的环保浮标的使用状态如下。
首先,利用木头或合成树脂,准备多个固定部件50和多个环保浮标10。
然后,在所述固定部件50的下部隔着间隔配置环保浮标10后,利用金属丝40固定所述环保浮标10的结合槽24和固定部件50。
接下来,将具有所述环保浮标10的固定部件50对应地配置在设置场所后,在所述固定部件50的内部设置网,即可完成操作。
在这里,所述环保浮标的设置顺序可以与上面所述的不同。
如此,本发明的环保浮标不仅环保,通过形成在发泡体外部的保护层,能够防止因波涛或风浪导致的损伤。
以上参照附图对本发明的环保浮标进行了说明,虽然以特定形状以及方向为主进行了说明,但是本领域的技术人员,可以对本发明进行各种变形以及变更,这样的变形以及变更包含在本发明的保护范围内。
Claims (6)
1.一种环保浮标,其特征在于,包括:
发泡体,呈圆柱形,在内部形成有收纳空间,在外表面周围隔着间隔形成有结合槽,从而能够通过金属丝将所述发泡体固定于固定部件;以及
保护层,形成在所述发泡体的整个外表面上,防止因波涛或风浪导致发泡体受损。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保浮标,其特征在于,
在所述发泡体的收纳空间内,隔着间隔形成有肋条。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保浮标,其特征在于,
所述环保浮标通过如下步骤制造,
发泡体形成步骤,向形成为圆筒形的模具内部注入发泡聚丙烯(expandedpolypropylene)或发泡聚乙烯(foamedpolyethylene)后,向所述模具施加来自加热部的热量,以形成发泡体;
发泡体冷却步骤,冷却所述模具,以冷却形成在所述模具内部的发泡体;
保护层形成步骤,向具有所述发泡体的模具施加来自加热部的热量,使发泡体的外表面熔化,从而形成保护层;
保护层以及发泡体完成步骤,冷却所述模具,以形成保护层以及发泡体。
4.根据权利要求1所述的环保浮标,其特征在于,
所述环保浮标通过如下步骤制造,
发泡体形成步骤,在形成为半圆筒形的模具内部注入发泡聚丙烯(expandedpolypropylene)或发泡聚乙烯(foamedpolyethylene)后,向所述模具施加来自加热部的热量,以形成发泡体;
发泡体冷却步骤,冷却所述模具,以冷却形成在所述模具内部的发泡体;
保护层形成步骤,向具有所述发泡体的模具施加来自加热部的热量,使发泡体的外表面熔化,从而形成保护层;
保护层以及发泡体形成步骤,冷却所述模具,以形成保护层以及发泡体;
组装步骤,将形成为半圆筒形的一对发泡体和保护层的连接部分紧贴后,通过熔接进行固定。
5.根据权利要求4所述的环保浮标,其特征在于,
在所述保护层以及发泡体完成步骤和组装步骤之间,还包括向所述发泡体的收纳空间插入由发泡聚苯乙烯制造的内部体的内部体插入步骤。
6.根据权利要求3或4所述的环保浮标,其特征在于,
在所述保护层形成阶段中,所述模具进行旋转,并且加热部只在规定区间向所述模具施加热量,从而在所述发泡体的外表面依次形成保护层。
