Claims (10)
- 权利要求书1、 一种可食用组合物, 其特征在于, 包括:30〜80重量%的大蒜油; 以及20-70重量%的印加果油。
- 2、 根据权利要求 1所述的可食用组合物, 其特征在于, 所述可食用组合物呈散剂、 片 剂、 硬胶囊剂、 软胶囊剂或口服液的形式。
- 3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的组合物, 其特征在于, 所述组合物为功能食品或保健食ΠΡΠ。
- 4、 一种制备权利要求 1所述的可食用组合物的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:提供大蒜油和印加果油; 以及将所述大蒜油和所述印加果油按照预定比例进行混合, 以便制备得到所述可食用组合 物。
- 5、根据权利要求 4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述大蒜油是通过下列步骤制备得到的: 将大蒜进行去皮、 捣碎, 以便制备得到大蒜泥;将所述大蒜泥进行酶解处理; 以及将经过所述酶解处理的所述大蒜泥进行水蒸气蒸馏, 以便获得所述大蒜油。
- 6、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述印加果油是通过将印加果进行物理 冷压搾而获得的。
- 7、 一种食品, 其特征在于, 所述食品包含:权利要求 1-3中任一项所述的可食用组合物; 以及食品上可接受的添加剂。
- 8、 权利要求 1-3中任一项所述的可食用组合物在制备制剂中的用途, 所述制剂用于调 节肠道菌群、 治疗肥胖、 降血糖、 降血脂、 降血压、 抗肿瘤和增强免疫力的至少之一。
- 9、权利要求 1-3中任一项所述的可食用组合物或者权利要求 7所述的食品在调节动物 肠道菌群中的用途。
- 10、 一种调节肠道菌群的方法, 其特征在于, 对动物供给权利要求 1-3 中任一项所述 的可食用组合物或者权利要求 7所述的食品。
