Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于金属精细研磨的研磨石,所述研磨石包括以下重量百分比的原料:三氧化二铝98-99%、三氧化二铁0.1-0.2%、氧化铁0.05-0.1%、氧化硅0.05-0.1%、二氧化硅0.01-0.04%、氧化钠0.01-0.04%、氧化锆0.01-0.02%,余量为氧化钙。本发明中的三氧化二铝作为常见的原料,使用时可以有效降低生产成本,通过将三氧化二铝、三氧化二铁、氧化铁、氧化硅、二氧化硅、氧化钠、氧化锆和氧化钙等原料进行混合,上述原料经过高温煅烧后得到的研磨石在进行金属表面研磨抛光时具有精度高的优点,使用过程中可以和震动抛光机、滚动抛光机配合使用,本发明有效使得金属表面具有一定的光整度,光洁度和光亮度,可以广泛应用于各种金属零件的加工。

技术领域
本发明涉及用于金属精细研磨的研磨石技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于金属精细研磨的研磨石。
背景技术
研磨石泛指用于震动抛光机,滚动抛光机,同时也可用于离心抛光机,涡流式抛光机等其它抛光机中的各类磨料。
现有的研磨石在进行金属研磨抛光时,对金属表面的抛光程度不够精细,抛光后金属表面容易产生不光滑的现象,为此我们提出了一种用于金属精细研磨的研磨石,用来解决上述问题。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种用于金属精细研磨的研磨石。
本发明提出的一种用于金属精细研磨的研磨石,所述研磨石包括以下重量百分比的原料:三氧化二铝98-99%、三氧化二铁0.1-0.2%、氧化铁0.05-0.1%、氧化硅0.05-0.1%、二氧化硅0.01-0.04%、氧化钠0.01-0.04%、氧化锆0.01-0.02%,余量为氧化钙。
优选地,所述研磨石包括以下重量百分比的原料:三氧化二铝98.4-98.6%、三氧化二铁0.12-0.18%、氧化铁0.06-0.09%、氧化硅0.06-0.09%、二氧化硅0.02-0.03%、氧化钠0.02-0.03%、氧化锆0.014-0.016%,余量为氧化钙。
优选地,所述研磨石包括以下重量百分比的原料:三氧化二铝98.5%、三氧化二铁0.15%、氧化铁0.08%、氧化硅0.08%、二氧化硅0.025%、氧化钠0.025%、氧化锆0.015%,余量为氧化钙。
优选地,所述研磨石采用高温煅烧制成。
优选地,所述研磨石用于经过粗抛、中抛后的金属零件表面的精密研磨。
优选地,所述研磨石为圆球状,其直径为7-9mm。
本发明中,三氧化二铝作为常见的原料,使用时可以有效降低生产成本,通过将三氧化二铝、三氧化二铁、氧化铁、氧化硅、二氧化硅、氧化钠、氧化锆和氧化钙等原料进行混合,上述原料经过高温煅烧后得到的研磨石在进行金属表面研磨抛光时具有精度高的优点,使用过程中可以和震动抛光机、滚动抛光机配合使用,本发明有效使得金属表面具有一定的光整度,光洁度和光亮度,可以广泛应用于各种金属零件的加工。

实施例一
本发明提出的一种用于金属精细研磨的研磨石,所述研磨石包括以下重量百分比的原料:三氧化二铝98%、三氧化二铁0.1%、氧化铁0.05%、氧化硅0.05%、二氧化硅0.01%、氧化钠0.01%、氧化锆0.01%,余量为氧化钙。
本发明的研磨石为圆球状,其直径为7mm。
实施例二
本发明提出的一种用于金属精细研磨的研磨石,所述研磨石包括以下重量百分比的原料:三氧化二铝98.25%、三氧化二铁0.125%、氧化铁0.06%、氧化硅0.06%、二氧化硅0.015%、氧化钠0.015%、氧化锆0.0125%,余量为氧化钙。
本发明的研磨石为圆球状,其直径为7.5mm。
实施例三
本发明提出的一种用于金属精细研磨的研磨石,所述研磨石包括以下重量百分比的原料:三氧化二铝98.5%、三氧化二铁0.15%、氧化铁0.075%、氧化硅0.075%、二氧化硅0.025%、氧化钠0.025%、氧化锆0.015%,余量为氧化钙。
本发明的研磨石为圆球状,其直径为8mm。
实施例四
本发明提出的一种用于金属精细研磨的研磨石,所述研磨石包括以下重量百分比的原料:三氧化二铝98.8%、三氧化二铁0.18%、氧化铁0.09%、氧化硅0.09%、二氧化硅0.03%、氧化钠0.03%、氧化锆0.0175%,余量为氧化钙。
本发明的研磨石为圆球状,其直径为8.5mm。
实施例五
本发明提出的一种用于金属精细研磨的研磨石,所述研磨石包括以下重量百分比的原料:三氧化二铝99%、三氧化二铁0.2%、氧化铁0.1%、氧化硅0.1%、二氧化硅0.04%、氧化钠0.04%、氧化锆0.02%,余量为氧化钙。
本发明的研磨石为圆球状,其直径为9mm。
本发明广泛应用于压铸件、精密铸件、缝纫机零件、粉末冶金制品、纺织器材、医疗器械、油嘴油泵、管乐器件、日用五金、硬质合金、钟表零件、电工器材、轴承、化油器、电镀件、机加工件、仪表仪器、眼镜、电子元件、工艺装饰品、餐具、阀门、气门、制锁零件、压缩机零件、冲压件等,特别适用于表面几何形状复杂、易变形的薄壁窄缝、异形孔腔的零件。

1.一种用于金属精细研磨的研磨石,其特征在于,所述研磨石包括以下重量百分比的原料:三氧化二铝98-99%、三氧化二铁0.1-0.2%、氧化铁0.05-0.1%、氧化硅0.05-0.1%、二氧化硅0.01-0.04%、氧化钠0.01-0.04%、氧化锆0.01-0.02%,余量为氧化钙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于金属精细研磨的研磨石,其特征在于,所述研磨石包括以下重量百分比的原料:三氧化二铝98.4-98.6%、三氧化二铁0.12-0.18%、氧化铁0.06-0.09%、氧化硅0.06-0.09%、二氧化硅0.02-0.03%、氧化钠0.02-0.03%、氧化锆0.014-0.016%,余量为氧化钙。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于金属精细研磨的研磨石,其特征在于,所述研磨石包括以下重量百分比的原料:三氧化二铝98.5%、三氧化二铁0.15%、氧化铁0.08%、氧化硅0.08%、二氧化硅0.025%、氧化钠0.025%、氧化锆0.015%,余量为氧化钙。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于金属精细研磨的研磨石,其特征在于,所述研磨石采用高温煅烧制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于金属精细研磨的研磨石,其特征在于,所述研磨石用于经过粗抛、中抛后的金属零件表面的精密研磨。
