Abstract

本发明公开了一种锂电池检测贴胶焊接一体机,包括一体机本体、贴胶部分、CCD铂区检测装置、真空辊、收卷和开卷,所述一体机本体的正面安装有贴胶部分,贴胶部分设有开卷和收卷,所述收卷的上方安装有主牵引和偏心轮,偏心轮的正上方安装有真空辊,所述真空辊的上方的一侧安装有切刀辊,真空辊的上方的另一侧安装有供胶辊,所述供胶辊上设有高温胶,所述真空辊的一侧安装有色标传感器,色标传感器的一侧安装有CCD铂区检测装置。本发明可以进行自动收放卷、在线CCD检测、胶带的定长切胶和贴胶、极耳的焊接等操作,不仅自动化程度,生产效率高,便于操作,而且简化了使用设备,降低了加工成本,减小了占用空间,实用性强。

一种锂电池检测贴胶焊接一体机
技术领域
本发明涉及锂电池制作设备领域,具体地说是一种锂电池检测贴胶焊接一体机。
背景技术
锂电池是一类由锂金属或锂合金为负极材料、使用非水电解质溶液的电池。电池极片是电池的核心,分为正极片和负极片,正极片是在铝箔上涂上含锂离子的浆料,负极片是在铜箔上涂上主要成分是石墨的浆料,正负极片上连接有作为引出头的极耳。但是电池极片在制作过程中需要进行检测、贴胶以及焊接等一系列操作,使用现有的设备进行制作时,需要使用多台设备进行操作,不仅成本较高,操作不便,而且占用空间较大,工作效率不高。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种锂电池检测贴胶焊接一体机。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种锂电池检测贴胶焊接一体机,包括一体机本体、贴胶部分、CCD铂区检测装置、真空辊、收卷和开卷,所述一体机本体的正面安装有贴胶部分,贴胶部分设有开卷和收卷,所述收卷的上方安装有主牵引和偏心轮,偏心轮的正上方安装有真空辊,所述真空辊的上方的一侧安装有切刀辊,真空辊的上方的另一侧安装有供胶辊,所述供胶辊上设有高温胶,所述真空辊的一侧安装有色标传感器,色标传感器的一侧安装有CCD铂区检测装置。
进一步,所述一体机本体的上方安装有散热风扇。
进一步,所述CCD铂区检测装置和色标传感器的输出端皆与控制系统的输入端电性连接。
进一步,所述真空辊沿着顺时针方向旋转,偏心轮沿着逆时针方向旋转。
进一步,所述真空辊与偏心轮之间设有铂区,铂区的两端覆盖有涂布,且涂布之间的铂区上连接有极耳。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明和现有技术相比所具有的优点是:
本发明所述的锂电检测贴胶焊接一体机,采用立式结构布局,全伺服自动控制系统,可以进行自动收放卷、在线CCD检测、胶带的定长切胶和贴胶、极耳的焊接等操作,不仅自动化程度,生产效率高,便于操作,而且简化了使用设备,降低了加工成本,减小了占用空间,实用性强。

具体实施方式
以下所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并不因此而限定本发明的保护范围。
实施例,如图1-2所示,一种锂电检测贴胶焊接一体机,包括一体机本体1、贴胶部分2、CCD铂区检测装置3、真空辊8、收卷10和开卷12,一体机本体1的正面安装有贴胶部分2,一体机本体1的上方安装有散热风扇,贴胶部分2设有开卷12和收卷10,收卷10的上方安装有主牵引11和偏心轮9,偏心轮9的正上方安装有真空辊8,真空辊8与偏心轮9之间设有铂区,铂区的两端覆盖有涂布,且涂布之间的铂区上连接有极耳,真空辊8沿着顺时针方向旋转,偏心轮9沿着逆时针方向旋转,真空辊8的上方的一侧安装有切刀辊7,真空辊8的上方的另一侧安装有供胶辊5,供胶辊5上设有高温胶6,真空辊8的一侧安装有色标传感器4,色标传感器4的一侧安装有CCD铂区检测装置3,CCD铂区检测装置3和色标传感器4的输出端皆与控制系统的输入端电性连接。
工作原理:产品从CCD铂区检测装置3的一侧导入,通过CCD铂区检测装置3检测产品铂区的尺寸并将尺寸传输至贴胶系统中,当色标传感器4感应到涂布与铂区的结合点时,向供胶辊5发出信号,当产品达到设定距离时,供胶辊5开始供胶,供胶完毕后,通过切刀辊7进行切胶,贴胶时,真空辊8吸住高温胶6并旋转至贴胶处,然后真空辊8、偏心轮9和产品同步运行,进行贴胶。

1.一种锂电池检测贴胶焊接一体机,包括一体机本体(1)、贴胶部分(2)、CCD铂区检测装置(3)、真空辊(8)、收卷(10)和开卷(12),其特征在于:所述一体机本体(1)的正面安装有贴胶部分(2),贴胶部分(2)设有开卷(12)和收卷(10),所述收卷(10)的上方安装有主牵引(11)和偏心轮(9),偏心轮(9)的正上方安装有真空辊(8),所述真空辊(8)的上方的一侧安装有切刀辊(7),真空辊(8)的上方的另一侧安装有供胶辊(5),所述供胶辊(5)上设有高温胶(6),所述真空辊(8)的一侧安装有色标传感器(4),色标传感器(4)的一侧安装有CCD铂区检测装置(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种锂电池检测贴胶焊接一体机,其特征在于:所述一体机本体(1)的上方安装有散热风扇。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种锂电池检测贴胶焊接一体机,其特征在于:所述CCD铂区检测装置(3)和色标传感器(4)的输出端皆与控制系统的输入端电性连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种锂电池检测贴胶焊接一体机,其特征在于:所述真空辊(8)沿着顺时针方向旋转,偏心轮(9)沿着逆时针方向旋转。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种锂电池检测贴胶焊接一体机,其特征在于:所述真空辊(8)与偏心轮(9)之间设有铂区,铂区的两端覆盖有涂布,且涂布之间铂区上连接有极耳。
