Abstract

本发明的目的在于设计一种防止汽车刹车时误踩油门装置,当紧急情况下,由于失误急速踏下油门踏板时,通过油门踏板连接板上摆针的摆动,使油门踏板和弧形齿圈连接,弧形齿圈同时连接连杆和刹车踏板,连杆拉动油门的连杆套筒反向运动,使车加不上油,弧形齿圈带动刹车踏板做刹车动作。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防止汽车刹车时误踩油门装置,可用于在汽车行驶中踩刹车误踩油门的情况下,实现制动。
技术背景
目前的汽车在行驶中,遇到紧急情况,由于司机紧张误将油门当成刹车的情况时有发生,而现在的汽车并没有有效的克服这一现象的装置。
发明内容
为了克服现有汽车技术的不足,本发明提供了一种防止汽车刹车时误踩油门装置。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:在汽车行驶中遇到紧急情况,急速踏下油门踏板时,摆针沿摆针轴转动,在油门踏板连接板上迅速摆出,摆针克服弹簧的推力上部顶在踏板连接板上的挡板上,限制摆针继续摆动,摆出的摆针插住弧形齿圈上的齿,从而带动弧形齿圈向下运动。弧形齿圈下端通过可旋转杠杆连接拉力连杆,拉力连杆拉动连杆套筒向前运动,虽然油门踏板也推动了油门连杆,但是由于油门连杆插入连杆套筒内,在油门连杆和连杆套筒之间有弹簧装置,油门连杆的推力被弹簧吸收了,连杆套筒没有做向后地移动,反而被拉力连杆向前拉动,使汽车加不上油。弧形齿圈上有侧面档杆,当弧形齿圈向下运动时,其上面的档杆可以拨动刹车踏板连接杆上的挡板,使刹车踏板向下运动,实现刹车的功能。松开油门踏板后,弧形齿圈在弹簧的作用下复位,刹车踏板复位,连杆套筒复位。在汽车正常加油时,油门踏板推动油门连杆,油门连杆推动弹簧,弹簧推动连杆套筒,实现加油。由于汽车正常加油时不会迅速踏下油门踏板,摆针在弹簧的作用下不会摆出,不会插住弧形齿轮,不会导致刹车。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。
在图1、图2、图3中,在汽车行驶中遇到紧急情况,急速踏下油门踏板1时,摆针3沿摆针轴15转动,在油门踏板连接板8上迅速摆出,摆针3克服弹簧2的推力上部顶在油门踏板连接板8上的挡板16上,限制摆针3继续摆动,摆出的摆针3插住弧形齿圈10上的齿,从而带动弧形齿圈10向下运动。弧形齿圈10下端通过弧形齿圈与旋转杠杆连接轴5与旋转杠杆11连接,旋转杠杆11沿着旋转杠杆轴12转动。旋转杠杆11与拉力连杆14通过连接轴13连接,拉力连杆14拉动连杆套筒7向前运动。虽然油门踏板1也推动了油门连杆6,但是由于油门连杆6插入连杆套筒7内,在油门连杆6和连杆套筒7之间有弹簧9,油门连杆6的推力被弹簧9吸收了,连杆套筒7没有做向后地移动,反而被拉力连杆14向前拉动,使汽车加不上油。当弧形齿圈10向下运动时,弧形齿圈上侧面档杆17,可以拨动刹车踏板连接杆上的挡板20,使刹车踏板21向下运动,实现刹车的功能。松开油门踏板1后,弧形齿圈10在弹簧9的作用下复位,刹车踏板21复位,连杆套筒7复位。在汽车正常加油时,油门踏板1推动油门连杆6,油门连杆6推动弹簧9,弹簧9推动连杆套筒7,实现加油。由于汽车正常加油时不会迅速踏下油门踏板1,摆针3在弹簧2的作用下不会摆出,不会插住弧形齿圈10,不会导致刹车。

Claims (6)

1.一种防止汽车刹车时误踩油门装置,由油门踏板、油门踏板连接板、摆针、弧形齿圈、弹簧、固定杆、挡杆、刹车踏板、刹车踏板连接杆、刹车连杆、油门连杆、连杆套筒等组成。其特征是,急速踏下油门踏板时,通过摆针的摆动,使油门踏板和弧形齿圈连接,弧形齿圈同时连接连杆和刹车踏板,连杆推动油门的连杆反向运动,弧形齿圈带动刹车踏板做刹车动作。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种防止汽车刹车时误踩油门装置,其特征在于所述的摆针通过轴连接在油门踏板连接板上可以做前后摆动,摆针在轴的下端较重,轴的上端较轻,并有弹簧连接确保摆针在非急速踏下油门踏板踏的情况下,摆针不摆出。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种防止汽车刹车时误踩油门装置,其特征在于所述的油门踏板连接板上有一个挡板,限制摆针做大幅度的摆动,在摆针挂住弧形齿圈时,可以使摆针不再摆动,带动弧形齿圈运动。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种防止汽车刹车时误踩油门装置,其特征在于所述的弧形齿圈上侧面有档杆,当弧形齿圈向下运动时其侧面的档杆可以拨动刹车踏板连接杆上的挡板,使刹车踏板向下运动,实现刹车的功能。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种防止汽车刹车时误踩油门装置,其特征在于所述的弧形齿轮圈下端连接拉力连杆,在弧形齿轮圈的带动下,拉力连杆拉动连杆套筒运动,可使汽车加不上油。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种防止汽车刹车时误踩油门装置,其特征在于所述的油门连杆插入连杆套筒内,在油门连杆和连杆套筒之间有弹簧装置。踏下油门踏板推动油门连杆,再通过弹簧推动连杆套筒移动。
