Abstract

一种全自动高速塑料罐切边机,涉及加工机械技术领域,所解决的是提高成品质量及作业效率的技术问题。该切边机包括机架,及固定在机架上的升降架;所述机架上设置有能左右滑动的滑动座,及用于驱动滑动座左右滑动的送料气缸,用于传输罐料的直线形输送带;所述滑动座上设置有用于夹持罐料的卡钳、合模及相应驱动设备,所述升降架上设置有能上下滑动的切割架及相应驱动设备;所述切割架上设置有切割电机、余料抓手,所述切割电机的转轴上固定有刀架,刀架上枢设有切刀及进给气缸;升降架上设置有余料回收盘。本发明提供的切边机,适用于切除塑制罐料的余边。

全自动高速塑料罐切边机
技术领域
本发明涉及加工机械技术,特别是涉及一种全自动高速塑料罐切边机的技术。
背景技术
目前,塑制罐料从塑制罐料生产设备输出后,都是靠工人用手握罐身多次切除的方式去除余边,这种操作方式所切罐口不光滑、且会产生切边废丝落入瓶罐内,且切口部分偏差较大无法保证切口的密封性、均匀度,成品质量较低,对工人的操作技能要求极高,而且作业效率也较低。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术中存在的缺陷,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能提高成品质量及作业效率的全自动高速塑料罐切边机。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所提供的一种全自动高速塑料罐切边机,其特征在于:包括机架,及固定在机架上的升降架;
所述机架上设置有能左右滑动的滑动座,及用于驱动滑动座左右滑动的送料气缸,用于传输罐料的直线形输送带;
所述滑动座上设置有前后各一个能前后向分合的用于夹持输送带上罐料的卡钳,及用于驱动两个卡钳前后向分合的卡料气缸;
所述机架上设置有前后各一个能前后向分合的用于夹持输送带上罐料的合模,该两个合模位于卡钳的左侧,机架上设置有用于驱动两个合模前后向分合的合模气缸;
所述升降架上固定有竖直的升降导轨,升降导轨上设置有能沿升降导轨上下滑动的切割架,升降架上设置有用于驱动切割架上下滑动的升降气缸;
所述切割架上设置有切割电机,及用于抓取物料的余料抓手,所述切割电机的转轴竖直,并且在切割电机的转轴上固定有刀架,所述余料抓手、刀架均位于输送带的正上方,刀架上枢设有切刀,及用于驱动切刀枢转的进给气缸;
所述升降架上设置有能前后滑动的余料回收盘,及用于驱动余料回收盘前后滑动的余料移出气缸,所述余料回收盘低于余料抓手,并与余料抓手前后正对。
本发明提供的全自动高速塑料罐切边机,利用卡钳、合模、余料抓手及切割装置的配合,能自动切除罐料余边,且切口光滑、无废丝、粉末,具有成品质量及作业效率高的特点。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图说明对本发明的实施例作进一步详细描述,但本实施例并不用于限制本发明,凡是采用本发明的相似结构及其相似变化,均应列入本发明的保护范围,本发明中的顿号均表示和的关系。
如图1-图3所示,本发明实施例所提供的一种全自动高速塑料罐切边机,其特征在于:包括机架1,及固定在机架1上的升降架3;
所述机架1上设置有能左右滑动的滑动座(图中未示),及用于驱动滑动座左右滑动的送料气缸41,用于传输罐料10的直线形输送带2;
所述滑动座上设置有前后各一个能前后向分合的用于夹持输送带上罐料的卡钳4,及用于驱动两个卡钳前后向分合的卡料气缸(图中未示);
所述机架1上设置有前后各一个能前后向分合的用于夹持输送带上罐料的合模5,该两个合模5位于卡钳4的左侧,机架1上设置有用于驱动两个合模5前后向分合的合模气缸51;
所述升降架3上固定有竖直的升降导轨,升降导轨上设置有能沿升降导轨上下滑动的切割架8,升降架1上设置有用于驱动切割架8上下滑动的升降气缸81;
所述切割架8上设置有切割电机6,及用于抓取物料的余料抓手9,所述切割电机6的转轴竖直,并且在切割电机6的转轴上固定有刀架62,所述余料抓手9、刀架62均位于输送带2的正上方,刀架62上枢设有切刀63,及用于驱动切刀63枢转的进给气缸61;
所述升降架3上设置有能前后滑动的余料回收盘7,及用于驱动余料回收盘7前后滑动的余料移出气缸71,所述余料回收盘7低于余料抓手9,并与余料抓手9前后正对。
本发明实施例适用于切除塑制罐料的余边,其工作原理如下:
将输送带2的始端(右端)与塑制罐料生产设备的输出端对接,使得塑制罐料生产设备输出的未切边罐料10能直接送入输送带,初始状态下,两个卡钳4及两个合模5均处于分状态,此时两个卡钳4之间及两个合模5之间均留有供罐料10通过的空间;
罐料10进入输送带2后,卡料气缸驱动两个卡钳4对向合拢抱住该罐料10,然后送料气缸41驱动滑动座向左滑动,从而带动两个卡钳4及其抱住的罐料10向左移动至两个合模5之间,然后合模气缸51驱动两个合模5对向合拢抱住罐料10,然后送料气缸41驱动滑动座向右回至原位,同时卡料气缸也驱动两个卡钳4回复至分状态,然后由余料抓手9抓住罐料10的余边,然后进给气缸61驱动切刀63枢转进给至罐料10的待切除部位底端,然后升降气缸81驱动切割架8向上滑动,使得切刀63由下往上移动,同时切割电机6驱动刀架62转动,使得切刀63围绕罐料10转动,从而将罐料10的余边切除,然后余料移出气缸71驱动余料回收盘7滑动至余料抓手9正下方,此时余料抓手9松开,使其所抓取的已切除的余料落入余料回收盘7,然后余料移出气缸71再驱动余料回收盘7回至原位,合模气缸51也驱动两个合模5回复至分状态,从而松开已切除余边的罐料10,罐料10随即由输送带输送至尾端(左端)进入后道工序。

1.一种全自动高速塑料罐切边机,其特征在于:包括机架,及固定在机架上的升降架;
所述机架上设置有能左右滑动的滑动座,及用于驱动滑动座左右滑动的送料气缸,用于传输罐料的直线形输送带;
所述滑动座上设置有前后各一个能前后向分合的用于夹持输送带上罐料的卡钳,及用于驱动两个卡钳前后向分合的卡料气缸;
所述机架上设置有前后各一个能前后向分合的用于夹持输送带上罐料的合模,该两个合模位于卡钳的左侧,机架上设置有用于驱动两个合模前后向分合的合模气缸;
所述升降架上固定有竖直的升降导轨,升降导轨上设置有能沿升降导轨上下滑动的切割架,升降架上设置有用于驱动切割架上下滑动的升降气缸;
所述切割架上设置有切割电机,及用于抓取物料的余料抓手,所述切割电机的转轴竖直,并且在切割电机的转轴上固定有刀架,所述余料抓手、刀架均位于输送带的正上方,刀架上枢设有切刀,及用于驱动切刀枢转的进给气缸;
所述升降架上设置有能前后滑动的余料回收盘,及用于驱动余料回收盘前后滑动的余料移出气缸,所述余料回收盘低于余料抓手,并与余料抓手前后正对。
