一种改性乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物降凝剂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种降凝剂,特别是一种改性乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物降凝剂。
背景技术
柴油降凝剂又叫流动性改进剂PPD(Pour Point Depressant),是一种可以使柴油在低于其凝点的情况下仍能保持流动性,使柴油继续使用的一种油品添加剂。一般是油溶性高分子聚合物,大都具有长烷烃主链和极性侧链。通常,在含蜡原油或馏分油中添加少量的降凝剂,就能显著地改变油样中的蜡晶形态和结构,从而降低凝固点,改善原油或馏分油的低温流动性。
CN 104910977公开一种柴油降凝剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:聚甲基丙烯酸高级酯40~60份、聚乙烯醋酸乙烯酯20~30份、聚乙二醇30~40份、烷基糖苷10~20份、聚天冬氨酸钠15~25份。本发明的柴油降凝剂显著提高降凝效果,能够有效降低所有柴油的冷滤点和凝点。
CN 103289760公开了一种柴油降凝剂,以聚甲基丙烯酸高级酯为主剂、以芳烃化合物、司盘、吐温、极性含氮化合物为助剂,上述物质在一起混合均匀使用,能够有效降低所有柴油的冷滤点,尤其对含蜡高、馏分窄的柴油的感受性较好,在低温条件下更好地增加了对含蜡高、馏分窄的柴油的流动性能,
现有公知技术都具有组分复杂,成本高,高分子聚合物之间相容性差,混合不均匀等缺点,影响了在工业装置中的使用效果。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种改性乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物降凝剂。
在反应釜中,打入纯水,阻聚剂,加入一定量的分散剂,引发剂,乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物,2-环戊烯基-1-乙酸,丙烯基-1,3-磺酸内酯,升温至反应温度,待反应结束,得到表面改性的乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物,然后与聚己内酯混合,得到本专利产品。
本发明在乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)颗粒表面上引入少量带双键的2-环戊烯基-1-乙酸和丙烯基-1,3-磺酸内酯作为共聚,进行表面改性,可提高乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物与聚己内酯的相容性.
本发明提供一种改性乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物降凝剂,通过以下步骤实现:
步骤1.水相的配制
按重量份计,在反应釜中内加入1000份水,0.5-3份聚氧乙烯烷基醚硫酸钠,搅拌均匀;
步骤2.油相的配制
按重量份计,将100份乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物,0.5-2份丙烯基-1,3-磺酸内酯混合,再加入0.2-0.6份过氧化氢异丙苯、0.05-0.2份硫酸氢钠,搅拌均匀;
步骤3.聚合反应
将油相溶液加到步骤1中装有已配制水相的高压反应釜中,通入0.1-1份2-环戊烯基-1-乙酸,然后从40-70℃反应10-18h,反应结束后放料,烘干得到产品;
步骤4.共混
将75-90份步骤3得到表面改性的乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物.然后与10-25份聚己内酯混合,得到本专利产品。
所述2-环戊烯基-1-乙酸为市售产品,如北京偶合科技有限公司生产的产品;所述丙烯基-1,3-磺酸内酯为市售产品,如北京偶合科技有限公司生产的产品;所述乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物为市售产品,如上海植信化工有限公司生产的产品;所述聚己内酯为市售产品,如上海富蔗化工有限公司生产的产品。所述过氧化氢异丙苯为市售产品,如泰兴市试剂化工厂生产的产品。
本发明的有益效果:
乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)经2-环戊烯基-1-乙酸以及丙烯基-1,3-磺酸内酯进行表面改性,提高了与聚己内酯的相容性,可以在混合过程中充分的接触,分散的更均匀,可提高降凝效果。

以下实施例仅仅是进一步说明本发明,并不是限制本发明保护的范围。
本发明提供一种改性乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物降凝剂,通过以下步骤实现:
实施例1
步骤1.水相的配制
在2000L高压反应釜中内加入1000Kg水,2Kg聚氧乙烯烷基醚硫酸钠,搅拌均匀。
步骤2.油相的配制
在200L反应釜中,将100Kg乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物,1Kg丙烯基-1,3-磺酸内酯混合,再加入0.4Kg过氧化氢异丙苯、0.1Kg硫酸氢钠搅拌均匀。
步骤3.悬浮聚合反应
将油相溶液加到步骤1中装有已配制水相的反应釜中,通入0.5Kg2-环戊烯基-1-乙酸,然后从50℃反应12h,反应结束后放料,烘干得到产品.
步骤4.共混
将85Kg步骤3得到表面改性的乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物.然后与15Kg聚己内酯混合,得到本专利产品。编号为T-1。
实施例2
步骤1.水相的配制
在2000L高压反应釜中内加入1000Kg水,0.5Kg聚氧乙烯烷基醚硫酸钠,搅拌均匀。
步骤2.油相的配制
在200L反应釜中,将100Kg乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物,0.5Kg丙烯基-1,3-磺酸内酯混合,再加入0.2Kg过氧化氢异丙苯、0.05Kg硫酸氢钠,搅拌均匀。
步骤3.悬浮聚合反应
将油相溶液加到步骤1中装有已配制水相的反应釜中,通入0.1Kg2-环戊烯基-1-乙酸,然后从40℃反应18h,反应结束后放料,烘干得到产品.
步骤4.共混
将75Kg步骤3得到表面改性的乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物.然后与25Kg聚己内酯混合,得到本专利产品。编号为T-2。
实施例3
步骤1.水相的配制
在2000L高压反应釜中内加入1000Kg水,2Kg聚氧乙烯烷基醚硫酸钠,搅拌均匀。
步骤2.油相的配制
在200L反应釜中,将100Kg乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物,2Kg丙烯基-1,3-磺酸内酯混合,再加入0.6Kg过氧化氢异丙苯、0.2Kg硫酸氢钠,搅拌均匀。
步骤3.悬浮聚合反应
将油相溶液加到步骤1中装有已配制水相的反应釜中,通入1Kg2-环戊烯基-1-乙酸,然后从70℃反应10h,反应结束后放料,烘干得到产品.
步骤4.共混
将90Kg步骤3得到表面改性的乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物.然后与10Kg聚己内酯混合,得到本专利产品。编号为T-3。
对比例1
不加入2-环戊烯基-1-乙酸,其它同实施例1。其它同实施例1。所得产品编号为T-4。
对比例2
不加入丙烯基-1,3-磺酸内酯,其它同实施例1。所得产品编号为T-5。
对比例3
乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物不进行改性,只进行步骤4的共混,不进行步骤1-3的反应,所得产品编号为T-6。
实施例4
按SH/T 0248-92《馏分燃料冷滤点测定法》检测柴油冷滤点,检测加入实施例1-3和对比例1-3中制得的降凝剂的柴油的冷滤点,冷滤点降幅ΔCFPP(℃)越大,降凝效果越好。柴油产自山东金诚石化集团有限公司。

Claims (1)

1.一种改性乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物降凝剂,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
步骤1.水相的配制
按重量份计,在反应釜中内加入1000份水,0.5-3份聚氧乙烯烷基醚硫酸钠,搅拌均匀;
步骤2.油相的配制
按重量份计,将100份乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物,0.5-2份丙烯基-1,3-磺酸内酯混合,再加入0.2-0.6份过氧化氢异丙苯、0.05-0.2份硫酸氢钠,搅拌均匀;
步骤3.聚合反应
将油相溶液加到步骤1中装有已配制水相的高压反应釜中,通入0.1-1份 2-环戊烯基-1-乙酸,然后在40-70℃下反应10-18h,反应结束后放料,烘干得到表面改性的乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物;
步骤4.共混
将75-90份步骤3得到表面改性的乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物,然后与10-25份聚己内酯混合,得到改性乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物降凝剂。
