本发明公开了一种自粘性真空镀电子保护膜,包括如下组分:热塑性聚酯弹性体;聚烯烃弹性体;PE蜡;高密度聚乙烯;聚乙烯醇;纳米碳化硅;增粘树脂;抗氧化剂;功能单体以及抗静电剂。本发明提供一种自粘性真空镀电子保护膜,使用过程中薄膜表面不起皱、不变形、粘力稳定,贴附性好,再剥落性能良好,无残胶现象,并且阻隔和力学性能优良,较低的介电常数,是一种优良的真空镀保护膜材料,无毒环保,安全实用。

Description

一种自粘性真空镀电子保护膜
技术领域
本发明涉及一种膜材料。更具体地说,本发明涉及一种自粘性真空镀电子保护膜。
背景技术
真空镀保护膜一般为改性聚合物基体保护膜材料,它具有自粘性和热收缩的特点,主要由聚合物基材和具有压敏性的功能材料组成。与表面保护涂料相比,具有使用方便、价格低廉,效果可靠等优势,在材料表面保护领域备受关注。由于聚乙烯材料价格便宜、可以根据不同使用要求较大范围内调整粘性,因此目前的真空镀保护膜基材主要以聚乙烯为原材料,通过挤压成型、注塑成型、吹塑成型等方法制备,但由于聚乙烯是非极性材料,在真空镀膜局部保护应用过程中,常出现粘合不好的情况。如PE用作保护膜,与被保护产品之间常常因为粘贴不牢固而在使用过程中出现脱落,并且在使用过程中,如果保护膜遇高温环境产生回缩或所受拉伸程度大,会出现中间粘贴良好而两端翘起的现象。此外,PE保护膜在剥离时,当外张力大于内应力时,赋予膜材自粘性的压敏材料会残留在型材上污染制品表面。同时在电子器件、特别是LED的情况下,所贴附的保护膜需要具有抗静电性、疏水性、透气性以及较高的介电常数。这些质量问题,都需要通过聚乙烯保护膜表面性能的改性方法来加以改善。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种自粘性真空镀电子保护膜,使用过程中薄膜表面不起皱、不变形、粘力稳定,贴附性好,再剥落性能良好,无残胶现象,并且阻隔和力学性能优良,较低的介电常数,是一种优良的真空镀保护膜材料,无毒环保,安全实用。
为了实现根据本发明的这些目的和其它优点,提供了一种自粘性真空镀电子保护膜,包括如下重量份的组分:
热塑性聚酯弹性体 20~40份;
聚烯烃弹性体 3~8份;
PE蜡 2~10份;
高密度聚乙烯 5~25份;
聚乙烯醇 3~8份;
纳米碳化硅 1~6份;
增粘树脂 1~3份;
抗氧化剂 0.1~1份;
功能单体 1~5份;
抗静电剂 1~5份。
优选的是,所述热塑性聚酯弹性体由芳香族二羧酸与脂环族二醇构成的聚酯所形成的硬段、和碳原子数为3-10的脂肪族聚碳酸酯或聚氧亚烷基二醇类聚酯构成的软段结合而成的热塑性聚酯弹性体。
优选的是,所述聚乙烯醇聚合度为1700,醇解度为99%。
优选的是,所述增粘树脂选自石油树脂,萜烯树脂或松香树脂中的一种。
优选的是,所述功能单体选自丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸或衣康酸中的一种。
优选的是,所述纳米碳化硅的粒径范围为30nm~100nm。
优选的是,所述抗静电剂为甘油单硬脂酸酯与芥酸酰胺1:1的混合物。
优选的是,所述抗氧剂选自抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂1076、抗氧剂264和抗氧剂168中的的一种或多种。
本发明至少包括以下有益效果:本发明提供了一种自粘性真空镀电子保护膜,通过加入高密度聚乙烯,可以显著提高保护膜的力学性能,使得使用过程中薄膜表面不起皱、不变形、粘力稳定,贴附性好;通过加入PE蜡和热塑性聚酯弹性体,赋予基团聚乙烯材料自粘性能,可解决保护膜容易起翘、脱落胶易残留等缺陷;通过添加复合抗静电剂,通过建立导电通道将电荷带到接地线,从内部达到抗静电效果,同时在生产过程中,抗静电剂迁移至聚合物表面,在聚合物表面形成均一的一层亲水层,起到润滑的作用,这一层亲水物质覆盖在聚合物表面吸收空气中的水份形成导电通道,以提高聚合物的导电性。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明,以令本领域技术人员参照说明书文字能够据以实施。
应当理解,本文所使用的诸如“具有”、“包含”以及“包括”术语并不配出一个或多个其它元件或其组合的存在或添加。
实施例1:一种自粘性真空镀电子保护膜,包括如下重量份的组分:热塑性聚酯弹性体20份;聚烯烃弹性体3份;PE蜡2份;高密度聚乙烯5份;聚乙烯醇3份;纳米碳化硅1份;增粘树脂1份;抗氧化剂0.1份;功能单体1份;抗静电剂1份。
其中,热塑性聚酯弹性体由芳香族二羧酸与脂环族二醇构成的聚酯所形成的硬段、和碳原子数为3的脂肪族聚碳酸酯或聚氧亚烷基二醇类聚酯构成的软段结合而成的热塑性聚酯弹性体;所述抗静电剂为甘油单硬脂酸酯与芥酸酰胺1:1的混合物。
实施例2:一种自粘性真空镀电子保护膜,包括如下重量份的组分:热塑性聚酯弹性体30份;聚烯烃弹性体5份;PE蜡7份;高密度聚乙烯15份;聚乙烯醇5份;纳米碳化硅4份;增粘树脂2份;抗氧化剂0.5份;功能单体4份;抗静电剂4份。
其中,热塑性聚酯弹性体由芳香族二羧酸与脂环族二醇构成的聚酯所形成的硬段、和碳原子数为6的脂肪族聚碳酸酯或聚氧亚烷基二醇类聚酯构成的软段结合而成的热塑性聚酯弹性体;所述抗静电剂为甘油单硬脂酸酯与芥酸酰胺1:1的混合物。
实施例3:一种自粘性真空镀电子保护膜,包括如下重量份的组分:热塑性聚酯弹性体40份;聚烯烃弹性体8份;PE蜡10份;高密度聚乙烯25份;聚乙烯醇8份;纳米碳化硅6份;增粘树脂3份;抗氧化剂1份;功能单体5份;抗静电剂5份。
其中,热塑性聚酯弹性体由芳香族二羧酸与脂环族二醇构成的聚酯所形成的硬段、和碳原子数为10的脂肪族聚碳酸酯或聚氧亚烷基二醇类聚酯构成的软段结合而成的热塑性聚酯弹性体;所述抗静电剂为甘油单硬脂酸酯与芥酸酰胺1:1的混合物。
对比例1:用普通PE代替高密度聚乙烯,其他成分与比例与实施例1相同。
对比例2:所述抗静电剂使用甘油单硬脂酸酯不添加芥酸酰胺,其他成分比例与实施例1相同。
对比例3:所述抗静电剂使用芥酸酰胺不添加甘油单硬脂酸酯,其他成分比例与实施例1相同。
对比例4:不添加热塑性聚酯弹性体,其他成分比例与实施例1相同。
各实施例和对比例的制备方法如下:
一、将热塑性聚酯弹性体;聚烯烃弹性体;PE蜡;高密度聚乙烯;聚乙烯醇;纳米碳化硅;增粘树脂;抗氧化剂;功能单体;抗静电剂加入混合搅拌机中进行混合;
二、然后将混合物通过双螺杆挤出机共混造粒,
三、将共混造粒的粒子吹膜,吹胀比为2.5,牵引比为5。
将上述制造的自粘性真空镀电子保护膜进行测试,测试结果如表1.

1.一种自粘性真空镀电子保护膜,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的组分:
热塑性聚酯弹性体 20~40份;
聚烯烃弹性体 3~8份;
PE蜡 2~10份;
高密度聚乙烯 5~25份;
聚乙烯醇 3~8份;
纳米碳化硅 1~6份;
增粘树脂 1~3份;
抗氧化剂 0 .1~1份;
功能单体 1~5份;
抗静电剂 1~5份;
所述热塑性聚酯弹性体由芳香族二羧酸与脂环族二醇构成的聚酯所形成的硬段、和碳原子数为3-10的脂肪族聚碳酸酯构成的软段结合而成的热塑性聚酯弹性体;
所述聚乙烯醇聚合度为1700,醇解度为99%;
所述增粘树脂选自石油树脂,萜烯树脂或松香树脂中的一种;
所述功能单体选自丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸或衣康酸中的一种;
所述纳米碳化硅的粒径范围为30nm~100nm;
所述抗静电剂为甘油单硬脂酸酯与芥酸酰胺1:1的混合物;
所述抗氧剂选自抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂1076、抗氧剂264和抗氧剂168中的的一种或多种。
