Abstract

本发明防雾薄膜,该薄膜由上表层、中间层以及下表层组成;所述上表层和下表层的组分包括95~99%wt聚丙烯和1~5%wt防粘剂,所述中间层的组分包括46.5~48.5%wt茂金属低密度聚乙烯树脂、46.5~48.5%wt低密度聚乙烯树脂以及3~7%wt开口剂。本发明具有防雾功能,能够避免在薄膜表面形成雾状,提高商品的视觉效果,同时也避免了落下的水滴会造成新鲜果蔬的变色乃至腐烂变质,使本发明可以广泛用于蔬菜、水果、寿司、鲜花、肉类等包装食品包装。

Description

防雾薄膜及其制备工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及薄膜材料领域,尤其涉及防雾薄膜及其制备工艺。
背景技术
目前市场上食品和蔬菜包装用薄膜容易受到温度、湿度的激烈变化和包装物品含有水分的蒸发,很容易在薄膜的表面形成雾状。这种形成的雾状,会影响到包装物的外观进而影响到商品的价值,还有落下的水滴会造成新鲜果蔬的变色乃至腐烂变质。因此,需要一种具有防雾性能的薄膜。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是根据上述现有技术的不足,提供一种具有防雾性能的薄膜及其制备工艺。
本发明的技术方案如下:
防雾薄膜,其特征在于:该薄膜由上表层、中间层以及下表层组成;所述上表层和下表层的组分包括95~99%wt聚丙烯和1~5%wt防粘剂,所述中间层的组分包括46.5~48.5%wt茂金属低密度聚乙烯树脂、46.5~48.5%wt低密度聚乙烯树脂以及3~7%wt开口剂。
进一步地,所述上表层和下表层的组分包括96.7%wt聚丙烯和3.3%wt防粘剂,所述中间层的组分包括47.5%wt茂金属低密度聚乙烯树脂、47.5%wt低密度聚乙烯树脂以及5%wt开口剂。
进一步地,所述聚丙烯采用5C37F树脂,所述防粘剂采用AF1088树脂;所述茂金属低密度聚乙烯树脂采用2045G树脂,所述低密度聚乙烯树脂采用4203树脂,所述开口剂采用AF1088树脂。
一种如上述的防雾薄膜的制备工艺,其步骤如下:a.配料,b.熔融挤出,c.拉伸,d.冷却电晕,e.收卷分切;
a.配料:上表层的组分95~99%wt聚丙烯和1~5%wt防粘剂,下表层的组分95~99%wt聚丙烯和1~5%wt防粘剂,中间层的组分46.5~48.5%wt茂金属低密度聚乙烯树脂、46.5~48.5%wt低密度聚乙烯树脂以及3~7%wt开口剂;
b.熔融挤出:中间层配料在主挤出机加热成熔融状态,上表层和下表层分别在两台辅助挤出机中加热成熔融状态,上述熔体分别经过过滤,在三层模头中汇合挤出厚片,挤出温度为160~210℃,挤出频率为25~50HZ;
c.拉伸:将冷却后的厚片预热后,在100~116℃下纵向拉伸3.5~4.5倍得到薄片;将纵向拉伸后的薄片预热后,在140~150℃下横向拉伸3.8~4.8倍得到薄膜;
d.冷却电晕:经拉伸后的薄膜冷却后进行表面电晕处理;
e.收卷分切:将电晕处理后的薄膜经牵引收成母卷,牵引速度为60~65M/min,最后分切成薄膜成品。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明具有防雾功能,能够避免在薄膜表面形成雾状,提高商品的视觉效果,同时也避免了落下的水滴会造成新鲜果蔬的变色乃至腐烂变质,使本发明可以广泛用于蔬菜、水果、寿司、鲜花、肉类等包装食品包装。
具体实施方式
为了更详细地说明本发明,给出下述制备实例。但本发明的范围并不局限于此。
实施例1
配料:上表层和下表层的配料皆为967g聚丙烯和33g防粘剂,中间层的配料为475g茂金属低密度聚乙烯树脂、475g低密度聚乙烯树脂以及50g开口剂。其中,所述聚丙烯采用5C37F树脂,所述防粘剂采用AF1088树脂;所述茂金属低密度聚乙烯树脂采用2045G树脂,所述低密度聚乙烯树脂采用4203树脂,所述开口剂采用AF1088树脂。
中间层配料在主挤出机加热成熔融状态,上表层和下表层分别在两台辅助挤出机中加热成熔融状态,上述熔体分别经过过滤,在三层模头中汇合挤出厚片,挤出温度为170~195℃,挤出频率为31.5~32.5HZ。将冷却后的厚片预热后,在100~116℃下纵向拉伸3.8倍得到薄片;将纵向拉伸后的薄片预热后,在140~150℃下横向拉伸4.0倍得到薄膜。经拉伸后的薄膜冷却后进行表面电晕处理,将电晕处理后的薄膜经牵引收成母卷,牵引速度为62M/min,最后分切成薄膜成品。
实施例2
配料:上表层和下表层的配料皆为950g聚丙烯和50g防粘剂,中间层的配料为465g茂金属低密度聚乙烯树脂、465g低密度聚乙烯树脂以及70g开口剂。其中,所述聚丙烯采用5C37F树脂,所述防粘剂采用AF1088树脂;所述茂金属低密度聚乙烯树脂采用2045G树脂,所述低密度聚乙烯树脂采用4203树脂,所述开口剂采用AF1088树脂。
中间层配料在主挤出机加热成熔融状态,上表层和下表层分别在两台辅助挤出机中加热成熔融状态,上述熔体分别经过过滤,在三层模头中汇合挤出厚片,挤出温度为160~190℃,挤出频率为25~40HZ。将冷却后的厚片预热后,在100~116℃下纵向拉伸3.5倍得到薄片;将纵向拉伸后的薄片预热后,在140~150℃下横向拉伸3.8倍得到薄膜。经拉伸后的薄膜冷却后进行表面电晕处理,将电晕处理后的薄膜经牵引收成母卷,牵引速度为60M/min,最后分切成薄膜成品。
实施例3
配料:上表层和下表层的配料皆为990g聚丙烯和10g防粘剂,中间层的配料为485g茂金属低密度聚乙烯树脂、485g低密度聚乙烯树脂以及30g开口剂。其中,所述聚丙烯采用5C37F树脂,所述防粘剂采用AF1088树脂;所述茂金属低密度聚乙烯树脂采用2045G树脂,所述低密度聚乙烯树脂采用4203树脂,所述开口剂采用AF1088树脂。
把以上配料投入挤出机中,在挤出温度为180~210℃,所述挤出频率为30~50HZ的条件下挤出薄膜,经冷却、拉伸、电晕步骤后,在牵引速度为65M/min条件下进行牵引,最后收卷得到防雾薄膜。
中间层配料在主挤出机加热成熔融状态,上表层和下表层分别在两台辅助挤出机中加热成熔融状态,上述熔体分别经过过滤,在三层模头中汇合挤出厚片,挤出温度为180~210℃,挤出频率为30~50HZ。将冷却后的厚片预热后,在100~116℃下纵向拉伸4.5倍得到薄片;将纵向拉伸后的薄片预热后,在140~150℃下横向拉伸4.8倍得到薄膜。经拉伸后的薄膜冷却后进行表面电晕处理,将电晕处理后的薄膜经牵引收成母卷,牵引速度为65M/min,最后分切成薄膜成品。
实施例4
配料:上表层和下表层的配料皆为1934g聚丙烯和66g防粘剂,中间层的配料为950g茂金属低密度聚乙烯树脂、950g低密度聚乙烯树脂以及100g开口剂。其中,所述聚丙烯采用5C37F树脂,所述防粘剂采用AF1088树脂;所述茂金属低密度聚乙烯树脂采用2045G树脂,所述低密度聚乙烯树脂采用4203树脂,所述开口剂采用AF1088树脂。
中间层配料在主挤出机加热成熔融状态,上表层和下表层分别在两台辅助挤出机中加热成熔融状态,上述熔体分别经过过滤,在三层模头中汇合挤出厚片,挤出温度为170~195℃,挤出频率为31.5~32.5HZ。将冷却后的厚片预热后,在100~116℃下纵向拉伸3.8倍得到薄片;将纵向拉伸后的薄片预热后,在140~150℃下横向拉伸4.0倍得到薄膜。经拉伸后的薄膜冷却后进行表面电晕处理,将电晕处理后的薄膜经牵引收成母卷,牵引速度为62M/min,最后分切成薄膜成品。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围,因此依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属本发明所涵盖的范围。

Claims (4)

1.防雾薄膜,其特征在于:该薄膜由上表层、中间层以及下表层组成;所述上表层和下表层的组分包括95~99%wt聚丙烯和1~5%wt防粘剂,所述中间层的组分包括46.5~48.5%wt茂金属低密度聚乙烯树脂、46.5~48.5%wt低密度聚乙烯树脂以及3~7%wt开口剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防雾薄膜,其特征在于:所述上表层和下表层的组分包括96.7%wt聚丙烯和3.3%wt防粘剂,所述中间层的组分包括47.5%wt茂金属低密度聚乙烯树脂、47.5%wt低密度聚乙烯树脂以及5%wt开口剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防雾薄膜,其特征在于:所述聚丙烯采用5C37F树脂,所述防粘剂采用AF1088树脂;所述茂金属低密度聚乙烯树脂采用2045G树脂,所述低密度聚乙烯树脂采用4203树脂,所述开口剂采用AF1088树脂。
4.一种如权利要求1所述的防雾薄膜的制备工艺,其步骤如下:a.配料,b.熔融挤出,c.拉伸,d.冷却电晕,e.收卷分切;
a.配料:上表层的组分95~99%wt聚丙烯和1~5%wt防粘剂,下表层的组分95~99%wt聚丙烯和1~5%wt防粘剂,中间层的组分46.5~48.5%wt茂金属低密度聚乙烯树脂、46.5~48.5%wt低密度聚乙烯树脂以及3~7%wt开口剂;
b.熔融挤出:中间层配料在主挤出机加热成熔融状态,上表层和下表层分别在两台辅助挤出机中加热成熔融状态,上述熔体分别经过过滤,在三层模头中汇合挤出厚片,挤出温度为160~210℃,挤出频率为25~50HZ;
c.拉伸:将冷却后的厚片预热后,在100~116℃下纵向拉伸3.5~4.5倍得到薄片;将纵向拉伸后的薄片预热后,在140~150℃下横向拉伸3.8~4.8倍得到薄膜;
d.冷却电晕:经拉伸后的薄膜冷却后进行表面电晕处理;
