本发明涉及汽油发动机的燃油雾化装置,具体的讲是一种过渡不顺的怠速发泡管处理方法。
背景技术
化油器在工作中,因灰尘对各量孔的磨损,特别是主发泡管,它必须要保证空气与汽油的有效浓度,发动机才能正常工作,然而,随着使用时间和灰尘对量孔的磨损,导致空气孔变大,严重影响发动机的工作状况。
特别是当发动机加油易熄火、无怠速,严重影响发动机的正常工作。
本发明是为了配合发明人,于2008年申请的发明专利技术‘化油器节油维修方法’和2012年申请的‘化油器主喷嘴支撑架’,在在先专利技术对主喷嘴进行修复后,又一节能技术的补充。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种过渡不顺的怠速发泡管处理方法,使得在保证原化油器的构造简单,维修方便的基础上,还具有降低油耗、冷车易启动、过渡平稳、延长发动机使用寿命,减少尾气排放等功能。
本发明是以如下技术方案实现的:本过渡不顺的怠速发泡管处理方法,
操作维修步骤如下:
1.把化油器分解,取下怠速发泡管,把怠速发泡管侧面的8个进气孔用锉刀或砂纸打磨掉表明的处理层,用电烙铁把锡封住2~6个进气孔即可。使进入怠速发泡管内的空气量减少,有效提高怠速发泡管内的油气浓度,以满足发动机中低速的泡沫浓度。
2.把主油针降低,在怠速状态下,根据主油针下降后与主喷嘴的实际间隙,然后用主喷嘴缩孔棒对主喷嘴的内径缩小至与主油针的外径为一致。
3.热车后,调节微调螺钉,使发动机的转速达到最高点,并往稀薄方向稍微旋转一定角度。
运用以上方法时,气门间隙和火花塞间隙必须在标准范围,发动机无烧机油,电动加浓阀调整至微开状态。
效果确认,车子常规路况行驶10公里后,以便把排气管内的积碳或油污排出,然后,拿一张干净的白纸,一手把白纸放在排气管的尾部,另一手加油门,白纸有发干黑色碳迹,把主油针再下降一格,碳迹微湿润,为发动机的润滑油加注过量。排气管带回音腔的应有较多水分排出,常规排气管在纸片上面应有轻微水分。
有益效果,运用本发明进行化油器的怠速发泡管的维修,可有效解决汽油与空气因发泡偏稀,引起动力下降、过渡不顺畅、油耗升高的作用。
具体实施方式
一种过渡不顺的怠速发泡管处理方法,操作维修步骤如下:把化油器分解,取下怠速发泡管,把怠速发泡管侧面的8个进气孔用锉刀或砂纸打磨掉表明的处理层,用电烙铁把锡封住2~6个进气孔即可。
案例一:一辆五羊本田CG125顶杆发动机的摩托车,怠速不稳、加油易熄火,微调螺钉调节作用不大,处理方式:把怠速发泡管侧面的2个进气孔用锡封住,启动车辆,微调螺钉拧到底退出一圈发动机的怠速即非常稳定,最低转速调整至每分钟1000转发动机也不发抖,加油门排气管排出较多的水汽,动力比以前增加一个挡位。
案例二:一辆五羊本田弯梁C100发动机摩托车,每次启动都需要打开加浓装置才能顺利启动,发动机转速低于每分钟2000转即熄火,微调螺钉调节作用不大,处理方式:把怠速发泡管侧面的4个进气孔用锡封住,并且,把主油针下降到底最省油位置,启动车辆,微调螺钉拧到底退出半圈发动机的怠速即非常稳定,最低转速调整至每分钟700转发动机也不发抖,加油门排气管排出较多的水汽,0~60公里的加速性比以前快了1秒。
案例三:一辆CG150发动机摩托车,冷车难着车,发动机中低速不能控制,微调螺钉调节作用不大,处理方式:把怠速发泡管侧面的6个进气孔用锡封住,并且,把主油针下降到底最省油位置,启动车辆,微调螺钉拧到底退出2圈发动机的怠速即非常稳定,最低转速调整至每分钟1000转发动机也不发抖,加油门排气管在测试纸的检测中无半点碳迹,动力性能良好。
