Abstract
装有信息传感器装置的轴承是由一个传感器(11)和在它前面移动的编码装置(12)组成的。该传感器(11)由一个可定向的环形支架(20)支撑,并安装在上述支架(20)的滑道(30)上,且与传感器装置的紧固件相连。本轴承的特征在于:支架带有与轴承固定环(2)接触的轴向定位件(26)和与环形支架(20)相接触的传感器(11)的恢复弹性件,这个恢复弹性件可以把传感器纵向地固定在滑道(30)里。
Description
本发明是关于装有定向信息传感器装置的滚珠轴承和滚针轴承。该信息传感器由一个传感器和一个能在传感器前移动的编码装置组成;该传感器由一个环形支架支撑,并装在上述支架上的滑道上,同时与传感器装置的紧固件相连。
已发表的EP-A-453331号专利对装有传感器支架的轴承进行了描述。那种支架是机械加工而成,并在轴承的一个环上装有吊挂装置。
本发明的目的在于对那种支架进行有创造性的简化。
根据本发明,支架带有与轴承固定环接触的轴向定位装置和传感器恢复弹性件,该件与上述支架接触并与滑道里的传感器之径向固定装置相接触。
根据本发明已制成的产品,传感器的支架是由一个环形盘组成,该盘有切口和切口部位的功能变形部分,目的在于把传感器紧固并定位于安装滑道上。
本发明的其它特点和优点可通过下面的对已制成的轴承和固定传感器的支架之描述将显示出来。

图1和图2中所示的滚珠轴承是由内环1和外环2及两环之间的滚珠3组成的。该旋转内环1是由两部分构成的。
轴承10由于有两个事先装配好的,带有密封唇的密封料而成为密封的。这已在发表的FR-A-2505951专利中描述过了。
如已发表的EP-A-453331专利所描述的装配中,轴承10是作为轴承。
信息传感器本身包括一个传感器11和一个编码装置12。该编码装置借助于密封料4的导流板5与内环1相连,并旋转。
传感器11装在安装头110中,安装头的边缘有导向作用,原来是借助于槽沟111。安装头110的正面有一个横向槽112是用来钳入固定肋的。该肋把传感器11的安装头110紧固和定位于环形支架20上。图4和图9中是已制成的几种不同支架。
根据图4,环形支架20是钢制的。它的周边21轴向折叠,以便能罩在固定外环2侧面所限定的安装圆周支承面上。
由此,参阅图3,外环2上开有一个加工槽22,它由限位锥面23轴向地限定,而锥面23轴向延伸与外径毗连在23上的安装锥面24相交。
根据已制成的支架20的第一个型号,它包括有冲孔25,这些冲孔均匀地分布在圆盘四周,并在周边21上。这样,周边21的边沿与每个冲孔25都形成一个与固定环相接触的,支架20的轴向定位弹性条26。该弹性条径向地向加工槽22底部弯曲。
图4的右边部分向我们展示的是分成两截的弹性条,形成了吊挂爪27,27′,把这些爪沿着冲孔25的弦弯曲,以保证与固定环相接触的支架20的轴向定位。
图4的左边部分展示的就是前面提到的那种弹性条26。这样可以在加工槽22里获得一个靠弹性条26给的永久径向力及轴向定位。
在图4中,我们看到:环形支架20上有一个安装带槽沟的传感器安装头之滑道30。滑道30平行的两边是由冲压而成的环形支架20上的小舌片对折而成的。
为了把传感器11固定在环形支架20上,用一个弹簧钢丝做一个弓形夹31,这个弓形夹31的弹簧支岔32是折叠成形的钢丝,它钩在滑道30末端的环形支架20上。弓形夹31的固定肋33在两个弹簧支岔32中间,构成了一个与横向槽112相接触的、能固定传感器安装头110的肋。
在图2中我们看到:每个弹簧支岔32从吊挂点34起,沿着相应的滑道30的里面,部分地伸展,然后沿着这个滑道,一直伸展到滑道30的外面。这样,支岔32与肋33共同形成了与环形支架20相接触的固定传感器11的恢复弹性件。
图5描述的是已制成的装有传感器装置的轴承的另一种形式。旋转外环1由一个完整件组成,而固定的内环2由两部分构成。图5、图6到图10中所标注的有关传感器支架的零部件,在图1和图2中已经标出过,因此标号是相同的。
在图5、9、10和11中,特别要指出的是:环形支架20是通过冲压和冲孔制成的。环形支架20现场与传感器11一起靠着轴承10安装。目的在于环形支架20朝着轴承的那面紧贴在固定的内环2上,以利于把装有传感器装置的轴承直接安装在轴9上。
传感器的安装头110安装在环形支架20上。这个环形支架的面上,有一个冲压成的环形槽40,如图9和图11中所示。
在环形槽40的底部一定位置上冲孔,并有一个切口41,连有一个舌片或弹性爪42;弹性爪42的端部有一个棱或称为肋43;这个棱43与横向槽112接触,纵向地固定住传感器安装头110。在这种造型中,切口41平行的两边构成了安装传感器安装头110的滑道。
传感器安装头110的纵向固定程序参看图1和图2的描述。
图6描述了传感器安装头110的固定肋33。固定肋33是可延伸的弹性环的一部分,这个弹性环与安装爪44相接触。安装爪周向均匀分布在盘20的外表面,以便固定住分布在环上的弹簧钢丝。
根据图8,固定肋33是成形弹簧钢丝的一部分,弹簧的地脚45把弹簧支岔32抓在盘20上。
在图中我们看到,所有固定传感器的零部件,如弹性条26、弹性爪或弹性舌42,都是通过传统冲压工艺在盘20上的一定位置产生变形实现的。
Claims (9)
1.装有信息传感器装置的轴承:本信息传感器装置是由一个传感器和一个能在传感器(11)前移动的编码装置(12)构成,该传感器(11)由一个可定向的环形支架(20)支撑,其安装在上述支架(20)的滑道(30)上,再与传感器的紧固件相连;本轴承的特征在于:支架带有与轴承固定环(2)接触的轴向定位件(26,27,27′)和与环形支架(20)相接触的传感器(11)之恢复弹性件,该弹性件可以把传感器纵向地固定在滑道(30)里。
2.根据权利要求1的轴承,其特征在于:传感器(11)的支架(20)是由一个圆盘组成的,在该圆盘边上有冲孔(25)及在冲孔位置上起功能作用的变形,即弹性条(26,27,27′),目的在于把支架固定在轴承上。
3.根据权利要求2的轴承,其特征在于:圆盘的那些冲孔周向地均匀分布在圆盘四周,那些中孔是由弹性条(26)限定的,这些弹性条(26)纵向地向轴承固定环(2)上的加工槽(22)的底部弯曲。
4.根据权利要求3的轴承,其特征在于:圆盘上在安装传感器(11)的滑道(30)之一个侧面有一个带固定肋(33,43)并与盘(20)相连接的传感器恢复弹性件。
5.根据权利要求4轴承,其特征在于:传感器的固定肋是由成型的弹簧钢丝之一部分(33)构成的,并且地脚在环形支架上。
6.根据权利要求4的轴承,其特征在于:固定传感器的肋(43)由方向朝传感器(11)的弹性舌(42)支撑。
7.根据权利要求5的轴承,其特征在于:弹簧钢丝形成了一个弓形夹(31),弓形夹(31)的两个支岔(32)固定在传感器的环形支架上。
8.根据权利要求5的轴承,其特征在于:弹簧钢丝是由可伸缩的弹性环组成,此弹性环与安装爪(44)连接,并均匀地周向分布在圆盘(20)的外侧面。
9.根据权利要求3、7或8中任一项的轴承,其特征在于:传感器支架的固定件和传感器的固定件(26,42)是在圆盘面上按一定位置冲压而成的。
