Abstract
本发明涉及一种车辆制动系统密封脂,包含以下重量百分比的组分:聚α烯烃:58~66%;饱和多元醇脂:20~24%;十二羟基硬脂酸:9~14%;氢氧化锂:依据反应80%的十二羟基硬脂酸计算;氢氧化钙:依据反应20%的十二羟基硬脂酸计算;聚α烯烃降凝剂:2~3%;二异辛基二苯胺抗氧剂:0.5~1.0%;液态高分子酚抗氧剂:0.2~1.0%;液态甲苯并三唑衍生物:0.03~0.1%。该车辆制动系统密封脂保证密封脂在使用部位在宽温度范围内正常运转,且保证密封系统的塑胶件正常运转。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种车辆制动系统密封脂。
背景技术
机动车辆,尤其是重型机动车辆的气压制动系统气阀的橡胶活塞与缸壁间是需要润滑与密封的,而制动系统密封脂就是最理想的产品。目前,制动系统密封脂一般以混合皂基稠化剂稠化合成油,并加有抗氧、抗腐蚀等添加剂精制而成,专用于制动器的密封、润滑。
然而,车辆制动系统的橡胶密封件长期处在高低温交替、潮湿等环境下工作,现有的制动系统密封脂在上述环境无法起到正常的密封和润滑作用。
发明内容
本发明为了解决上述问题而提供的一种车辆制动系统密封脂,所述车辆制动系统密封脂包含以下重量百分比的组分:聚α烯烃:58~66%;饱和多元醇脂:20~24%;十二羟基硬脂酸:9~14%;氢氧化锂:1~3%;氢氧化钙:0.1~0.3%;聚α烯烃降凝剂:2~3%;二异辛基二苯胺抗氧剂:0.5~1.0%;液态高分子酚抗氧剂:0.2~1.0%;液态甲苯并三唑衍生物:0.03~0.1%。
优选地,所述聚α烯烃为聚α烯烃PAO6。
优选地,所述饱和多元醇脂的粘度为20cst。
优选地,所述车辆制动系统密封脂包含以下重量百分比的组分:聚α烯烃:59.64%,饱和多元醇脂:22.05%;十二羟基硬脂酸:12.74%;氢氧化锂:1.83%;氢氧化钙:0.16%;聚α烯烃降凝剂:2.65%;二异辛基二苯胺抗氧剂:0.59%;液态高分子酚抗氧剂:0.29%;液态甲苯并三唑衍生物:0.05%。
本发明还提供一种上述车辆制动系统密封脂的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一、在加热容器中加入聚α烯烃油和十二羟基硬脂酸,并搅拌升温;
步骤二、升温至92℃左右时,加入用多倍水溶解氢氧化锂,在90~110℃反应1-1.5小时;
步骤三、缓慢恒温,加入三倍水溶解氢氧化钙,在90~120℃恒温反应1-1.5小时;
步骤四、继续升温至140℃,加入120Kg聚α烯烃油,继续升温,在205℃左右时停止加热,升温至210℃加入余下聚α烯烃油,搅拌10分钟,然后倒入冷却容器;
步骤五、依次加入饱和多元醇脂、聚α烯烃降凝剂、二异辛基二苯胺抗氧剂、液态高分子酚抗氧剂、液态甲苯并三唑衍生物后搅拌均匀;
步骤六、自然冷却至室温,用三轮磨在间歇15:10下碾磨三遍。
优选地,所述制备方法还包括以下步骤:
步骤七、分析合格后包装所述车辆制动系统密封脂。
本发明的有益效果在于:车辆制动系统密封脂采用锂钙皂稠化剂、低粘度聚α烯烃和酯类合成油、高效的抗氧剂和防锈剂,保证密封脂在使用部位在宽温度范围内正常运转。此外,采用合成基础油保证密封系统的塑胶件正常运转。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明作进一步阐述:
本发明利用混合锂皂作为稠化剂,稠化低粘度聚α烯烃和酯类合成油,添加高效的抗氧剂和防锈剂制成车辆制动系统密封脂。
车辆制动系统密封脂具体重量百分比如下:
聚α烯烃:58~66%;粘度为20cst的饱和多元醇脂:20~24%;十二羟基硬脂酸:9~14%;氢氧化锂:依据反应80%的十二羟基硬脂酸计算,在用氢氧化锂中和反应完酸后约带碱性,大致为1~3%;氢氧化钙:依据反应20%的十二羟基硬脂酸计算,在用氢氧化钙中和反应完酸后约带碱性,大致为0.1~0.3%;聚α烯烃降凝剂:2~3%;二异辛基二苯胺抗氧剂:0.5~1.0%;液态高分子酚抗氧剂:0.2~1.0%;液态甲苯并三唑衍生物:0.03~0.1%。
其中,优选地,聚α烯烃为聚α烯烃PAO6,低粘度的聚α烯烃和合成酯类油的锂皂解决润滑脂的高低温性;锂皂加钙皂解决润滑脂的防水性;聚α烯烃和合成酯解决润滑脂的橡胶适应性;合成油加高效抗氧剂提高润滑脂的使用寿命。
车辆制动系统密封脂的制备方法步骤如下:
步骤一、在500L容量的釜中,加入120Kg聚α烯烃油和110Kg十二羟基硬脂酸,并搅拌升温。
步骤二、升温至92℃左右时,加入用多倍水溶解氢氧化锂,在90~110℃反应1-1.5小时。
步骤三、缓慢恒温,加入三倍水溶解氢氧化钙,在90~120℃恒温反应1-1.5小时。
步骤四、继续升温至140℃,加入120Kg聚α烯烃油,继续升温,在205℃左右时停止加热,升温至210℃加入余下聚α烯烃油,搅拌10分钟,然后倒入冷却容器。
步骤五、依次加入饱和多元醇脂、聚α烯烃降凝剂、二异辛基二苯胺抗氧剂、液态高分子酚抗氧剂、液态甲苯并三唑衍生物后搅拌均匀。
步骤六、自然冷却至室温,用三轮磨在两辊间距离15:10下碾磨三遍。
步骤七、分析合格后包装该车辆制动系统密封脂。
当然,对于上述制备方法,除了釜以外还可以使用其他加热容器。
本发明的车辆制动系统密封脂采用锂钙皂稠化剂、低粘度聚α烯烃和酯类合成油、高效的抗氧剂和防锈剂,保证密封脂在使用部位在宽温度范围内正常运转。此外,采用合成基础油保证密封系统的塑胶件正常运转。
实施例一
在本实施例中,各材料重量百分比如下:
聚α烯烃PAO6:60.23%,粘度为20cst的饱和多元醇脂:21.56%;十二羟基硬脂酸:12.74%;氢氧化锂:1.83%;氢氧化钙:0.16%;聚α烯烃降凝剂:2.55%;二异辛基二苯胺抗氧剂:0.59%;液态高分子酚抗氧剂:0.29%;液态甲苯并三唑衍生物:0.05%。
根据上述制备方法制成车辆制动系统密封脂,并对该车辆制动系统密封脂进行测试。
在高低温性能测试中,车辆制动系统密封脂的滴点为189℃;防水性测试中,车辆制动系统密封脂在38℃的环境下,经过1小时后测得其抗水淋性为57%;橡胶适应性测试中,测试用橡胶为EPDM胶,温度为100℃,时间为70小时,测得其橡胶相容性为3%;使用寿命测试中,往复工作次数为10万次,其延长工作锥入度的变化率为15%。
实施例二
在本实施例中,各材料重量百分比如下:
聚α烯烃PAO6:59.64%,粘度为20cst的饱和多元醇脂:22.05%;十二羟基硬脂酸:12.74%;氢氧化锂:1.83%;氢氧化钙:0.16%;聚α烯烃降凝剂:2.65%;二异辛基二苯胺抗氧剂:0.59%;液态高分子酚抗氧剂:0.29%;液态甲苯并三唑衍生物:0.05%。
根据上述制备方法制成车辆制动系统密封脂,并对该车辆制动系统密封脂进行测试。
在高低温性能测试中,车辆制动系统密封脂的滴点为192℃;防水性测试中,车辆制动系统密封脂在38℃的环境下,经过1小时后测得其抗水淋性为52%;橡胶适应性测试中,测试用橡胶为EPDM胶,温度为100℃,时间为70小时,测得其橡胶相容性为2.8%;使用寿命测试中,往复工作次数为10万次,其延长工作锥入度的变化率为14%。
实施例三
在本实施例中,各材料重量百分比如下:
聚α烯烃PAO6:59.99%,粘度为20cst的饱和多元醇脂:21.81%;十二羟基硬脂酸:12.74%;氢氧化锂:1.83%;氢氧化钙:0.16%;聚α烯烃降凝剂:2.55%;二异辛基二苯胺抗氧剂:0.59%;液态高分子酚抗氧剂:0.29%;液态甲苯并三唑衍生物:0.05%。
根据上述制备方法制成车辆制动系统密封脂,并对该车辆制动系统密封脂进行测试。
在高低温性能测试中,车辆制动系统密封脂的滴点为193℃;防水性测试中,车辆制动系统密封脂在38℃的环境下,经过1小时后测得其抗水淋性为53%;橡胶适应性测试中,测试用橡胶为EPDM胶,温度为100℃,时间为70小时,测得其橡胶相容性为2.9%;使用寿命测试中,往复工作次数为10万次,其延长工作锥入度的变化率为16%。

Claims (6)
1.一种车辆制动系统密封脂,其特征在于,所述车辆制动系统密封脂包含以下重量百分比的组分:聚α烯烃:58~66%;饱和多元醇脂:20~24%;十二羟基硬脂酸:9~14%;氢氧化锂:1~3%;氢氧化钙:0.1~0.3%;聚α烯烃降凝剂:2~3%;二异辛基二苯胺抗氧剂:0.5~1.0%;液态高分子酚抗氧剂:0.2~1.0%;液态甲苯并三唑衍生物:0.03~0.1%。
2.如权利要求1所述的车辆制动系统密封脂,其特征在于,所述聚α烯烃为聚α烯烃PAO6。
3.如权利要求1所述的车辆制动系统密封脂,其特征在于,所述饱和多元醇脂的粘度为20cst。
4.如权利要求1所述的车辆制动系统密封脂,其特征在于,所述车辆制动系统密封脂包含以下重量百分比的组分:聚α烯烃:59.64%,饱和多元醇脂:22.05%;十二羟基硬脂酸:12.74%;氢氧化锂:1.83%;氢氧化钙:0.16%;聚α烯烃降凝剂:2.65%;二异辛基二苯胺抗氧剂:0.59%;液态高分子酚抗氧剂:0.29%;液态甲苯并三唑衍生物:0.05%。
5.一种如如权利要求1-4任一所述的车辆制动系统密封脂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一、在加热容器中加入聚α烯烃油和十二羟基硬脂酸,并搅拌升温;
步骤二、升温至92℃左右时,加入用多倍水溶解氢氧化锂,在90~110℃反应1-1.5小时;
步骤三、缓慢恒温,加入三倍水溶解氢氧化钙,在90~120℃恒温反应1-1.5小时;

6.如权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法还包括以下步骤:
