Abstract

本发明涉及一种十五针尼龙加氨纶丝丁腈超细发泡手套及其制备工艺,该工艺步骤依次包括:备料、调胶、浸渍、喷水冲胶、第一次烘干、水洗、第二次烘干。制得的手套附着力,即剥离强度达到40N;厚度:胶面厚度1mm;撕裂强度:达到并超过三级(≥50N);耐磨损力:≥8000rad,达到四级水平;抗老化:抗老化性能达到1级品要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种手套及其制备工艺,特别涉及一种十五针尼龙加氨纶丝丁腈超细发泡手套及其制备工艺。
背景技术
目前,丁腈手套广泛应用于石油化工、油漆印刷、农牧、汽车机械维修等行业,是人们日常劳动中最主要的保护手部的劳动保护工具,具有轻巧灵敏、柔软,防油渍、耐酸碱、抗腐蚀等优点,但是现有的丁腈手套具有打滑的缺点,撕裂强度较低,耐磨损和抗老化性能较差。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种十五针尼龙加氨纶丝丁腈超细发泡手套,该手套美观,软防滑性能好,撕裂强度高,耐磨损和抗老化性能优良,同时提供了其制备工艺,采用该工艺提高了产品合格率。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
本发明所述的十五针尼龙加氨纶丝丁腈超细发泡手套的制备工艺,步骤依次包括:
备料、调胶、浸渍、喷水冲胶、第一次烘干、水洗、第二次烘干。
所述的备料中采用的原料为:丁腈胶乳、发泡剂、增稠剂、水性PU树脂。
丁腈胶乳、发泡剂、增稠剂、水性PU树脂的质量比为:100:1:1:5。
所述的丁腈胶乳质量浓度为45%;水性PU树脂质量浓度为50%。
所述的发泡剂的组分质量比为:十二烷基苯磺酸钠:水=1:20。
所述的增稠剂由硝酸钙、甲醇和拉开粉组成。
增稠剂的组分质量比为:拉开粉:硝酸钙甲醇溶液=1:100;所述的硝酸钙甲醇溶液中硝酸钙、甲醇的质量比为:硝酸钙:甲醇=5:100。
所述的调胶步骤为:将丁腈胶乳和发泡剂以及水性PU依次加入到液体混合搅拌装置内,控制转速30rad/min,每加一种料搅拌半小时;将得到的胶转移到打泡装置内,进行物理打泡,将胶的体积变成原来的1.2倍;加入增稠剂,控制转速100rad/min,搅拌半小时,得到浸渍胶。
所述的浸渍步骤为:将十五针尼龙加氨纶丝手套胚套在手模上,80℃烘烤10分钟,将套在手模的手套胚浸入凝固剂中,取出后滴液1分钟,再浸入浸渍胶2分钟,取出后滴掉多余的胶,匀胶3分钟。
所述的喷水冲胶步骤为:将浸渍步骤后得到的套在手模上的手套竖直,用喷淋喷头进行喷淋手套。
所述的第一次烘干步骤为:将喷水冲胶步骤后得到的手套80℃烘干20分钟。
所述的水洗步骤为:将第一次烘干后得到的手套浸入泡水池进行水洗,泡水池共分四道水池,每道水池的温度依次为60℃、60℃、50℃、50℃。
所述的第二次烘干步骤为:将水洗步骤后得到的手套120℃烘干60~80分钟。
采用本发明所述的工艺制得的手套:
附着力,即剥离强度达到40N;
厚度:胶面厚度1mm;
撕裂强度≥50N,达到并超过三级;
耐磨损力≥8000rad,达到四级水平;
抗老化性能达到1级品要求。
与现有技术,相比本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)该工艺将产品合格率提高了10%,由常规的85%提高到了95%。
(2)采用该工艺生产的手套防滑效果好,附着力,即剥离强度达到40N;
(3)厚度均匀:胶面厚度1mm;
(4)手套撕裂强度≥50N,达到并超过三级;
(5)耐磨损力≥8000rad,达到四级水平;
(6)抗老化性能达到1级品要求。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明做进一步描述。
实施例1
本发明所述的十五针尼龙加氨纶丝丁腈超细发泡手套的制备工艺,步骤依次包括:
备料、调胶、浸渍、喷水冲胶、第一次烘干、水洗、第二次烘干。
1、备料
采用的原料为:丁腈胶乳、发泡剂、增稠剂、水性PU树脂。
丁腈胶乳、发泡剂、增稠剂、水性PU树脂的质量比为:100:1:1:5。
所述的丁腈胶乳为进口的德国丁腈胶乳,灌装,质量浓度为45%;
水性PU树脂为进口德国水性PU树脂,100Kg/桶,质量浓度为50%。
所述的发泡剂的组分质量比为:十二烷基苯磺酸钠:水=1:20。
所述的增稠剂由硝酸钙、甲醇和拉开粉组成。
增稠剂的组分质量比为:拉开粉:硝酸钙甲醇溶液=1:100;所述的硝酸钙甲醇溶液中硝酸钙、甲醇的质量比为:硝酸钙:甲醇=5:100。
2、调胶
将丁腈胶乳和发泡剂以及水性PU依次加入到液体混合搅拌装置内,控制转速30rad/min,每加一种料搅拌半小时;将得到的胶转移到打泡装置内,进行物理打泡,将胶的体积变成原来的1.2倍;加入增稠剂,控制转速100rad/min,搅拌半小时,得到浸渍胶。
3、浸渍
将十五针尼龙加氨纶丝手套胚套在手模上,80℃烘烤10分钟,将套在手模的手套胚浸入凝固剂中,取出后滴液1分钟,再浸入浸渍胶2分钟,取出后滴液2分钟,滴掉多余的胶,匀胶3分钟。
4、喷水冲胶
将浸渍步骤后得到的套在手模上的手套竖直,用喷淋喷头进行喷淋手套,把表面的胶冲洗掉,形成细密的表面泡眼。
5、第一次烘干
将喷水冲胶步骤后得到的手套80℃烘干20分钟。
6、水洗
将第一次烘干后得到的手套浸入泡水池进行水洗,泡水池共分四道水池,每道水池的温度依次为60℃、60℃、50℃、50℃。
7、第二次烘干
将水洗步骤后得到的手套120℃烘干60~80分钟。
通过本发明生产的手套性能指标如下:
采用本发明所述的工艺制得的手套:
附着力,即剥离强度达到40N;
厚度:胶面厚度1mm;
撕裂强度≥50N,达到并超过三级;
耐磨损力≥8000rad,达到四级水平;
抗老化性能达到1级品要求。

1.一种十五针尼龙加氨纶丝丁腈超细发泡手套的制备工艺,其特征在于,步骤依次包括:
备料、调胶、浸渍、喷水冲胶、第一次烘干、水洗、第二次烘干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的十五针尼龙加氨纶丝丁腈超细发泡手套的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述的备料中采用的原料为:丁腈胶乳、发泡剂、增稠剂、水性PU树脂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的十五针尼龙加氨纶丝丁腈超细发泡手套的制备工艺,其特征在于,丁腈胶乳、发泡剂、增稠剂、水性PU树脂的质量比为:100:1:1:5。
4.根据权利要求2所述的十五针尼龙加氨纶丝丁腈超细发泡手套的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述的发泡剂的组分质量比为:十二烷基苯磺酸钠:水=1:20。
5.根据权利要求2所述的十五针尼龙加氨纶丝丁腈超细发泡手套的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述的增稠剂由硝酸钙、甲醇和拉开粉组成。
6.根据权利要求2所述的十五针尼龙加氨纶丝丁腈超细发泡手套的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述的增稠剂的组分质量比为:拉开粉:硝酸钙甲醇溶液=1:100;所述的硝酸钙甲醇溶液中硝酸钙、甲醇的质量比为:硝酸钙:甲醇=5:100。
7.根据权利要求1所述的十五针尼龙加氨纶丝丁腈超细发泡手套的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述的调胶步骤为:将丁腈胶乳和发泡剂以及水性PU加入到液体混合搅拌装置内,控制转速30rad/min,每加一种料搅拌半小时;将得到的胶转移到打泡装置内,进行物理打泡,将胶的体积变成原来的1.2倍;加入增稠剂,控制转速100rad/min,搅拌半小时,得到浸渍胶。
8.根据权利要求1所述的十五针尼龙加氨纶丝丁腈超细发泡手套的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述的浸渍步骤为:将十五针尼龙加氨纶丝手套胚套在手模,80℃烘烤10分钟,将套在手模的手套胚浸入凝固剂中,取出后滴液1分钟,再浸入浸渍胶2分钟,滴掉多余的胶,匀胶3分钟。
9.根据权利要求1所述的十五针尼龙加氨纶丝丁腈超细发泡手套的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述的喷水冲胶步骤为:将浸渍步骤后得到的套在手模上的手套竖直,用喷淋喷头进行喷淋手套。
10.一种根据权利要求1~9任一所述工艺制得的手套,其特征在于,附着力:40N;厚度:胶面厚度1mm;撕裂强度撕裂强度≥50N,达到并超过三级;耐磨损力≥8000rad,达到四级水平;抗老化性能达到1级品要求。
