本发明涉及一种十五针尼龙加氨纶丝月亮纹丁腈发泡手套及其制备工艺。本发明所述的十五针尼龙加氨纶丝丁腈超细发泡手套的制备工艺,步骤依次包括:备料、发泡剂制备、凝固剂制备、调胶、浸渍、第一次烘干、水洗、第二次烘干。制得的手套,附着力,即剥离强度:40N;厚度均匀:胶面厚度2mm;撕裂强度≥75N,达到并超过四级;耐磨损力≥8000rad,达到四级水平;抗老化性能达到1级品要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种手套及其制备工艺,特别涉及一种十五针尼龙加氨纶丝月亮纹丁腈发泡手套及其制备工艺。
背景技术
目前,丁腈手套广泛应用于石油化工、油漆印刷、农牧、汽车机械维修等行业,是人们日常劳动中最主要的保护手部的劳动保护工具,具有轻巧灵敏、柔软,防油渍、耐酸碱、抗腐蚀等优点,但是现有的丁腈手套具有打滑的缺点,撕裂强度较低,耐磨损和抗老化性能较差。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种十五针尼龙加氨纶丝月亮纹丁腈发泡手套,该手套美观,软防滑性能好,撕裂强度高,耐磨损和抗老化性能优良,同时提供了其制备工艺,该工艺将产品合格率提高了10%。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
本发明所述的十五针尼龙加氨纶丝丁腈超细发泡手套的制备工艺,步骤依次包括:
备料、发泡剂制备、凝固剂制备、调胶、浸渍、第一次烘干、水洗、第二次烘干。
所述的备料中采用的原料质量比为:丁腈胶乳:发泡剂:增稠剂:水性PU树脂:水性环氧树脂=100:1:1:5:1。
所述的发泡剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠水溶液,其中,十二烷基苯磺酸钠与水的质量比为十二烷基苯磺酸钠:水=1:20。
所述的增稠剂为质量分数为2%的羧甲基纤维素钠水溶液。
所述的丁腈胶乳质量浓度为45%;所述的水性PU树脂质量浓度为50%;所述的水性环氧树脂质量浓度为30%。
所述的凝固剂的制备步骤为:将氯化锌和水按质量比氯化锌:水=1:10混合溶解即得凝固剂,其中,氯化锌与水的质量比为氯化锌:水=1:10。
所述的调胶步骤为:将丁腈胶乳、发泡剂、水性PU树脂、水性环氧树脂依次加入到液体混合搅拌装置内,控制转速30rad/min,每加一种料搅拌半小时;将得到的胶转移到打泡装置内,进行物理打泡,将胶的体积变成1.4倍;加入增稠剂,控制转速50rad/min,搅拌半小时,得到浸渍胶。
所述的浸渍步骤为:将十五针尼龙加氨纶丝手套胚套在手模,然后浸入凝固剂中,取出,滴液一分钟后,80℃烘烤10分钟,浸入浸渍胶,滴胶2分钟,匀胶3分钟。
所述的第一次烘干步骤为:将浸渍步骤后得到的手套放入烘干箱中进行第一次烘干,80℃烘干20分钟。
所述的水洗步骤为:将第一次烘干步骤后得到的手套浸入泡水池进行水洗,泡水池共分四道水池,每道水池的温度分别为60℃、60℃、50℃、50℃。
所述的第二次烘干步骤为:将水洗步骤后得到的手套进行第二次烘干,120℃烘干60~80分钟。
采用本发明所述工艺制备的十五针尼龙加氨纶丝月亮纹丁腈发泡手套,具体指标如下:
附着力,即剥离强度:40N;
厚度均匀:胶面厚度2mm;
撕裂强度≥75N,达到并超过四级;
耐磨损力≥8000rad,达到四级水平;
抗老化性能达到1级品要求。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)该工艺将产品合格率提高了10%,由常规的85%提高到了95%。
(2)附着力,即剥离强度:40N;
(3)厚度均匀:胶面厚度2mm;
(4)撕裂强度≥75N,达到并超过四级;
(5)耐磨损力≥8000rad,达到四级水平;
(6)抗老化性能达到1级品要求。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明做进一步描述。
实施例1
本发明所述的十五针尼龙加氨纶丝丁腈超细发泡手套的制备工艺,步骤依次包括:
备料、发泡剂制备、凝固剂制备、调胶、浸渍、第一次烘干、水洗、第二次烘干。
所述的备料中采用的原料质量比为:丁腈胶乳:发泡剂:增稠剂:水性PU树脂:水性环氧树脂=100:1:1:5:1。
所述的发泡剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠水溶液,其中,十二烷基苯磺酸钠与水的质量比为十二烷基苯磺酸钠:水=1:20。
所述的增稠剂为质量分数为2%的羧甲基纤维素钠水溶液。
所述的丁腈胶乳为进口的日本丁腈胶乳,灌装,质量浓度为45%;所述的水性PU树脂为进口德国水性PU树脂,100Kg/桶,质量浓度为50%;所述的水性环氧树脂为进口韩国水性环氧树脂,质量浓度为30%。
所述的凝固剂的制备步骤为:将氯化锌和水按质量比氯化锌:水=1:10混合溶解即得凝固剂,其中,氯化锌与水的质量比为氯化锌:水=1:10。
所述的调胶步骤为:将丁腈胶乳、发泡剂、水性PU树脂、水性环氧树脂依次加入到液体混合搅拌装置内,控制转速30rad/min,每加一种料搅拌半小时;将得到的胶转移到打泡装置内,进行物理打泡,将胶的体积变成1.4倍;加入增稠剂,控制转速50rad/min,搅拌半小时,得到浸渍胶。
所述的浸渍步骤为:将十五针尼龙加氨纶丝手套胚套在手模,然后浸入凝固剂中,取出,滴液一分钟后,80℃烘烤10分钟,浸入浸渍胶,滴胶2分钟,滴掉多余的胶,并在滴胶过程中使花纹出现,匀胶3分钟,使出现的花纹均匀的凝固在胶的表面。
所述的第一次烘干步骤为:将浸渍步骤后得到的手套放入烘干箱中进行第一次烘干,80℃烘干20分钟。
所述的水洗步骤为:将第一次烘干步骤后得到的手套浸入泡水池进行水洗,泡水池共分四道水池,每道水池的温度分别为60℃、60℃、50℃、50℃。
所述的第二次烘干步骤为:将水洗步骤后得到的手套进行第二次烘干,120℃烘干60~80分钟。
该工艺将产品合格率提高了10%,由常规的85%提高到了95%。
采用本发明所述工艺制备的十五针尼龙加氨纶丝月亮纹丁腈发泡手套,具体指标如下:
采用本发明工艺生产出的手套具有透气、防滑作用,附着力,有效的改善了丁腈手套打滑的缺点,更好的开拓了丁腈手套的应用领域,并更好的保护了使用者的工作安全。
采用本发明所述的工艺制得的手套:
附着力,即剥离强度:40N;
厚度均匀:胶面厚度2mm;
撕裂强度≥75N,达到并超过四级;
耐磨损力≥8000rad,达到四级水平;
抗老化性能达到1级品要求。

1.一种十五针尼龙加氨纶丝月亮纹丁腈发泡手套的制备工艺,其特征在于,步骤依次包括:备料、发泡剂制备、凝固剂制备、调胶、浸渍、第一次烘干、水洗、第二次烘干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的十五针尼龙加氨纶丝月亮纹丁腈发泡手套的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述的备料中采用的原料质量比为:丁腈胶乳:发泡剂:增稠剂:水性PU树脂:水性环氧树脂=100:1:1:5:1。
3.根据权利要求2所述的十五针尼龙加氨纶丝月亮纹丁腈发泡手套的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述的发泡剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠水溶液,其中,十二烷基苯磺酸钠与水的质量比为十二烷基苯磺酸钠:水=1:20。
4.根据权利要求2所述的十五针尼龙加氨纶丝月亮纹丁腈发泡手套的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述的增稠剂为质量分数为2%的羧甲基纤维素钠水溶液。
5.根据权利要求1所述的十五针尼龙加氨纶丝月亮纹丁腈发泡手套的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述的凝固剂的制备步骤为:将氯化锌和水混合溶解,即得凝固剂,其中,氯化锌与水的质量比为氯化锌:水=1:10。
6.根据权利要求1所述的十五针尼龙加氨纶丝月亮纹丁腈发泡手套的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述的调胶步骤为:将丁腈胶乳、发泡剂、水性PU树脂、水性环氧树脂依次加入到液体混合搅拌装置内,控制转速30rad/min,每加一种料搅拌半小时;将得到的胶转移到打泡装置内,进行物理打泡,将胶的体积变成1.4倍;加入增稠剂,控制转速50rad/min,搅拌半小时,得到浸渍胶。
7.根据权利要求1所述的十五针尼龙加氨纶丝月亮纹丁腈发泡手套的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述的浸渍步骤为:将十五针尼龙加氨纶丝手套胚套在手模,然后浸入凝固剂中,取出,滴液一分钟后,80℃烘烤10分钟,浸入浸渍胶,滴胶2分钟,匀胶3分钟。
8.根据权利要求1所述的十五针尼龙加氨纶丝月亮纹丁腈发泡手套的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述的第一次烘干步骤为:将浸渍步骤后得到的手套放入烘干箱中进行第一次烘干,80℃烘干20分钟。
9.根据权利要求1所述的十五针尼龙加氨纶丝月亮纹丁腈发泡手套的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述的水洗步骤为:将第一次烘干步骤后得到的手套浸入泡水池进行水洗,泡水池共分四道水池,每道水池的温度分别为60℃、60℃、50℃、50℃。
