技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有权利要求1的前序部分所述特征的用于车辆液压制动装置的活塞泵。
背景技术

发明内容

具体实施方式
图1示出了根据本发明的活塞泵1的远离偏心轮的端部,活塞泵1设置成用于滑移控制的车辆液压制动装置的液压泵。活塞泵1具有衬套2,泵活塞3沿轴向可移动地容纳在衬套中。泵活塞3可利用未示出的可电动地旋转驱动的偏心轮驱动成在衬套2中往复运动。在该实施例中为布置在衬套2中且支撑在衬套底部5处的螺旋压缩弹簧的活塞弹簧4对着未示出的偏心轮的周边加载泵活塞3的从衬套2伸出的端部,该偏心轮处在泵活塞3的背离活塞弹簧4的侧部上。

节流通道26可替代设置在形成节流阀21的孔板中如在实施方式中所显示的那样设置在支座23中。同样是可能的是,不仅在孔板状的节流阀21中而且在支座23中设置节流通道26(未示出)。
Claims (8)
1.一种用于车辆液压制动装置的活塞泵,其中,所述活塞泵(1)具有作为动态节流阀(21)的有弹性的孔板,该孔板在内缘处或在外缘处进行固定,且该孔板的外缘或内缘安放在环状的支座(23)上,泵流使孔板从支座提起,其特征在于,所述节流阀(21)和/或所述支座(23)具有越过所述支座(23)的节流通道(26)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的活塞泵,其特征在于,所述活塞泵(1)具有带有孔板状的衬套底部(5)的衬套(2),该衬套底部的孔(11)覆盖形成所述节流阀(21)的孔板的孔且由所述泵流穿流,在衬套底部的外侧处布置有环状的节流阀支架(17、18)和所述支座(23),该节流阀支架将形成所述节流阀(21)的孔板的内缘或外缘固定在所述衬套(2)的衬套底部(5)处。
3.根据权利要求1所述的活塞泵,其特征在于,形成所述节流阀(21)的孔板以预紧的方式安放在所述支座(23)上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的活塞泵,其特征在于,所述节流通道(26)是直的。
5.根据权利要求1所述的活塞泵,其特征在于,所述节流通道(26)部分区段地在所述支座(23)的周向方向上延伸。
6.根据权利要求1所述的活塞泵,其特征在于,所述节流通道(26)相对于所述节流通道(26)的水力直径要长。
7.根据权利要求6所述的活塞泵,其特征在于,所述节流通道(26)是所述节流通道(26)的水力直径的至少五倍长。
8.根据权利要求2所述的活塞泵,其特征在于,在所述衬套底部(5)中的孔(11)具有泵阀(13)的阀座(12),该泵阀布置在所述衬套底部(5)中的孔(11)处。
