Claims (8)
- 液圧式車両ブレーキ装置のためのピストンポンプであって、該ピストンポンプ(1)が弾性穴付き円板として動的絞り(21)を有し、該動的絞りが内側縁または外側縁において固定され、前記外側縁または内側縁がリング状の載置体(23)上に載置され、該載置体からポンプ流が前記外側縁または内側縁を離間させるようにした前記ピストンポンプにおいて、前記絞り(21)および/または前記載置体(23)が溝形状の絞り通路(26)を有し、前記絞り通路(26)は、前記絞り(21)と前記載置体(23)の間において、前記載置体(23)の内側と前記絞り(21)の外側縁とを連通することを特徴とするピストンポンプ。
- 前記ピストンポンプ(1)が穴付き円板状のライナーブシュ底部(5)を備えたライナーブシュ(2)を有し、前記穴付き円板状のライナーブシュ底部の穴(11)が、前記絞り(21)を形成している穴付き円板の穴を覆い、且つ前記ポンプ流によって貫流され、前記穴付き円板状のライナーブシュ底部の外面に、前記絞り(21)を形成している前記穴付き円板の内側縁または外側縁を前記ライナーブシュ(2)の前記ライナーブシュ底部(5)に固定させているリング状の絞りホールダ(17,18)と、前記載置体(23)とが配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のピストンポンプ。
- 前記絞り(21)を形成している前記穴付き円板が前記載置体(23)にプレストレスをもって載置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のピストンポンプ。
- 前記絞り通路(26)が直線状に延在していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のピストンポンプ。
- 前記絞り通路(26)が部分的に前記載置体(23)の周方向に延在していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のピストンポンプ。
- 前記絞り通路(26)が該絞り通路(26)の液圧径に比べて長いことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のピストンポンプ。
- 前記絞り通路(26)が該絞り通路(26)の前記液圧径の少なくとも5倍の長さであることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のピストンポンプ。
- 前記ライナーブシュ底部(5)の前記穴(11)が、該ライナーブシュ底部(5)の該穴(11)に配置されるポンプ弁(13)の弁座(12)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のピストンポンプ。
