本发明公开了一种合成橡胶配方,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:2-硫醇基咪唑啉5.3-8.6份,乙丙橡胶1.5-3.6份,三烯丙基氰脲酸酯0.82-1.13份,苄基三苯基氯化磷BPP?4.6-7.8份,聚对苯二甲醇0.5-1.5份,二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌0.8-1.3份,芳烃油0.8-1.5份,阻燃剂2.6-4.3份。本发明具有好的耐高温性能及优良的导热性能,不仅能进一步提高材料本身的导热性能,也提高了材料在高温环境下的稳定性;配方合理,能耐老化、耐腐蚀,从而能提高使用寿命;易存储,固化后也不容易变黄,还可以显著提高材料的力学性能,从而提高产品的机械强度和密封性能。

一种合成橡胶配方及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种橡胶材料,尤其是涉及一种合成橡胶配方及其制备方法,属于橡胶生产领域。
背景技术
橡胶护舷是码头或船舶上使用的一种充气或充水用的橡胶缓冲制品。主要用以减缓船舶与码头或船舶之间在靠岸或系泊时的冲击,保护船舶、码头免受损坏。一般由纯橡胶或者橡胶与金属骨架、帘布层组成。用贴合成型法经模压硫化而成,或先模压成型后用硫化罐硫化。橡胶护舷广泛用于港口、码头和船舶上。目前所使用的护舷主要是用废弃的轮胎安装在船体、码头上,虽然能起到隔离的作用,但是由于废弃轮胎的弹性不足,在出现碰撞时还是会损伤船体和码头。针对废弃轮胎,人们也在致力研究其他结构的护舷,但是它们的结构不合理,在碰撞时弹性差,回弹力不足,因此防撞能力差、缓冲性能差;而且在使用过程中,常常还会造成护舷撕裂,从而导致使用寿命短。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种合成橡胶配方及其制备方法,耐腐蚀、不易老化、使用寿命长。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采取的技术方案是,一种合成橡胶配方,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
2-硫醇基咪唑啉5.3-8.6份,乙丙橡胶1.5-3.6份,三烯丙基氰脲酸酯0.82-1.13份,苄基三苯基氯化磷BPP4.6-7.8份,聚对苯二甲醇0.5-1.5份,二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌0.8-1.3份,芳烃油0.8-1.5份,阻燃剂2.6-4.3份。
优化的,上述合成橡胶配方,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
2-硫醇基咪唑啉5.3份,乙丙橡胶1.5份,三烯丙基氰脲酸酯0.82份,苄基三苯基氯化磷BPP4.6份,聚对苯二甲醇0.5份,二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌0.8份,芳烃油0.8份,阻燃剂2.6份。
优化的,上述合成橡胶配方,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
2-硫醇基咪唑啉6.6份,乙丙橡胶2.6份,三烯丙基氰脲酸酯1.03份,苄基三苯基氯化磷BPP5.8份,聚对苯二甲醇0.9份,二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌1.1份,芳烃油1.2份,阻燃剂3.3份。
优化的,上述合成橡胶配方,其阻燃剂为疏水性的聚磷酸酯阻燃剂。
一种合成橡胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按配比称取2-硫醇基咪唑啉、乙丙橡胶和三烯丙基氰脲酸酯,搅拌10-20min,搅拌速度为800-1200r/min;
2)再加入苄基三苯基氯化磷BPP和聚对苯二甲醇,搅拌速度为1200-2000r/min,搅拌30-60min使其分散均匀;
3)然后将搅拌速度减小到600-1000r/min,加入二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌和芳烃油,搅拌10-30min;
4)保持搅拌速度不变,加入阻燃剂,继续搅拌40-50min;
5)最后将混合好后的物料加入塑化机中,进行塑化,然后注塑成型即可。

2-硫醇基咪唑啉5.3份,乙丙橡胶1.5份,三烯丙基氰脲酸酯0.82份,苄基三苯基氯化磷BPP4.6份,聚对苯二甲醇0.5份,二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌0.8份,芳烃油0.8份,阻燃剂2.6份。阻燃剂为疏水性的聚磷酸酯阻燃剂。
上述合成橡胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按配比称取2-硫醇基咪唑啉、乙丙橡胶和三烯丙基氰脲酸酯,搅拌10min,搅拌速度为800r/min;
2)再加入苄基三苯基氯化磷BPP和聚对苯二甲醇,搅拌速度为1200r/min,搅拌30min使其分散均匀;
3)然后将搅拌速度减小到600r/min,加入二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌和芳烃油,搅拌10min;
4)保持搅拌速度不变,加入阻燃剂,继续搅拌40min;

上述合成橡胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按配比称取2-硫醇基咪唑啉、乙丙橡胶和三烯丙基氰脲酸酯,搅拌15min,搅拌速度为1000r/min;
2)再加入苄基三苯基氯化磷BPP和聚对苯二甲醇,搅拌速度为1700r/min,搅拌40min使其分散均匀;
3)然后将搅拌速度减小到800r/min,加入二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌和芳烃油,搅拌20min;
4)保持搅拌速度不变,加入阻燃剂,继续搅拌45min;
5)最后将混合好后的物料加入塑化机中,进行塑化,然后注塑成型即可。
实施例3
本发明为一种合成橡胶配方,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
2-硫醇基咪唑啉8.6份,乙丙橡胶3.6份,三烯丙基氰脲酸酯1.13份,苄基三苯基氯化磷BPP7.8份,聚对苯二甲醇1.5份,二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌1.3份,芳烃油1.5份,阻燃剂4.3份。阻燃剂为疏水性的聚磷酸酯阻燃剂。
上述合成橡胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按配比称取2-硫醇基咪唑啉、乙丙橡胶和三烯丙基氰脲酸酯,搅拌20min,搅拌速度为1200r/min;
2)再加入苄基三苯基氯化磷BPP和聚对苯二甲醇,搅拌速度为2000r/min,搅拌60min使其分散均匀;
3)然后将搅拌速度减小到1000r/min,加入二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌和芳烃油,搅拌30min;
4)保持搅拌速度不变,加入阻燃剂,继续搅拌50min;

2-硫醇基咪唑啉5.3-8.6份,乙丙橡胶1.5-3.6份,三烯丙基氰脲酸酯0.82-1.13份,苄基三苯基氯化磷BPP4.6-7.8份,聚对苯二甲醇0.5-1.5份,二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌0.8-1.3份,芳烃油0.8-1.5份,阻燃剂2.6-4.3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的合成橡胶配方,其特征在于:由以下重量份数的原料制成:
2-硫醇基咪唑啉5.3份,乙丙橡胶1.5份,三烯丙基氰脲酸酯0.82份,苄基三苯基氯化磷BPP4.6份,聚对苯二甲醇0.5份,二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌0.8份,芳烃油0.8份,阻燃剂2.6份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的合成橡胶配方,其特征在于:由以下重量份数的原料制成:
2-硫醇基咪唑啉6.6份,乙丙橡胶2.6份,三烯丙基氰脲酸酯1.03份,苄基三苯基氯化磷BPP5.8份,聚对苯二甲醇0.9份,二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌1.1份,芳烃油1.2份,阻燃剂3.3份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的合成橡胶配方,其特征在于:所述阻燃剂为疏水性的聚磷酸酯阻燃剂。
5.根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的合成橡胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按配比称取2-硫醇基咪唑啉、乙丙橡胶和三烯丙基氰脲酸酯,搅拌10-20min,搅拌速度为800-1200r/min;
2)再加入苄基三苯基氯化磷BPP和聚对苯二甲醇,搅拌速度为1200-2000r/min,搅拌30-60min使其分散均匀;
3)然后将搅拌速度减小到600-1000r/min,加入二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌和芳烃油,搅拌10-30min;
4)保持搅拌速度不变,加入阻燃剂,继续搅拌40-50min;
5)最后将混合好后的物料加入塑化机中,进行塑化,然后注塑成型即可。
