一种美容养颜巧克力的制备方法,具体的包括以下步骤:
(1)将皂角米、西兰花和银耳洗净,在95~100℃的热水中漂烫16~20分钟,粉碎,粒径为35~40μm,得原料A;
(2)将鳄梨洗净,打浆,8000~10000转/分钟,离心5~8分钟,得鳄梨汁和鳄梨渣,向鳄梨渣中加水,打浆,离心,重复打浆和离心4~5次,合并所有鳄梨汁,40~43℃真空浓缩至无水分,得鳄梨提取物;

(2)将鳄梨洗净,打浆,10000转/分钟,离心8分钟,得鳄梨汁和鳄梨渣,向鳄梨渣中加水,打浆,离心,重复打浆和离心5次,合并所有鳄梨汁,43℃真空浓缩至无水分,得鳄梨提取物;
(3)将善存粉碎,过140目筛,得善存粉;
(4)向罗望子多糖中加入罗望子多糖重量2倍量的水,混合均匀,加热至100℃,加入原料A、鳄梨提取物、大豆低聚糖和食盐,搅拌加热10分钟,待温度降至38℃,加入善存粉、超氧化物歧化酶和花色苷,混合均匀,置于香蕉形状的模具中,倒模成型,得原料B;
(5)将可可液块和可可脂加热熔化,加入3/4脱脂奶粉,搅拌加热至85℃,25转/分钟,搅拌14分钟,待温度降至46℃,加入富硒麦芽粉、富硒酵母粉、胶原蛋白和谷胱甘肽,精磨,得可可混合液;
(6)将原料B浸于可可混合液中,取出,使可可混合液的厚度为2mm,均匀喷撒一层脱脂奶粉,迅速冷却,再次浸于可可混合液中,取出,使可可混合液的厚度为2.5mm,迅速冷却,得美容养颜巧克力;
(7)根据模型进行相应的包装,得成品。

从表1能够看出,实施例的美容养颜巧克力,符合国家标准,食用安全健康,产生保健功能。
实施例和对比例巧克力的感官评定:
随机选择18~65岁的受试者40位,对实施例和对比例巧克力的进行感官评定,并打分,每项满分为10分,取平均值。实施例和对比例巧克力的感官评定结果见表2。

从表2能够看出,实施例的美容养颜巧克力,色泽均一,形态完整,层次分明,组织紧密,润滑,无粗糙感,香味和谐,滋味纯正,无肉眼可见杂质,包装独特,吸引眼球,得到广大消费者的喜欢。
实施例和对比例巧克力的美容养颜效果:
有效:肤色暗淡、缺乏弹性、粉刺、痤疮、色斑、痘印、过敏等症状消失或减轻;
无效:肤色暗淡、缺乏弹性、粉刺、痤疮、色斑、痘印、过敏等症状不变或加重。
随机选择具有皮肤问题症状的患者400名,随机分为4组,每组100人,每人在受试期间不刻意服用美容养颜的药品和食品,每人每天食用该组的巧克力30克,受试时间为30天,实施例和对比例巧克力的美容养颜效果见表3。

从表3可以看出,实施例美容养颜巧克力的美容养颜有效率明显较对比例高,说明本发明提供的美容养颜巧克力具有明显的美容养颜效果。
典型病例:
(1)患者谢某,女,21岁,面部极易出油,易过敏,经常出现粉刺、痤疮、痘印。食用本发明提供的美容养颜巧克力,每天30克,15天后症状得到缓解,出油量减少,粉刺和痤疮得到明显缓解,痘印淡化。
(2)患者王某,男,20岁,面部粉刺、痤疮、痘印严重,并伴随疼痛感。食用本发明提供的美容养颜巧克力,每天30克,20天后粉刺和痤疮明显得到缓解,疼痛感消失,痘印得到一定的淡化。
(3)患者赵某,女,39岁,面部肤色暗淡、缺乏弹性、有色斑。食用本发明提供的美容养颜巧克力,每天30克,20天后面部肤色亮白,具有一定的弹性,色斑淡化。

Claims (3)

1.一种美容养颜巧克力,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:可可液块66~69、可可脂17~19、脱脂奶粉13~15、皂角米9~11、西兰花6~8、银耳6~8、鳄梨3~5、富硒麦芽粉2~4、富硒酵母粉2~4、大豆低聚糖7~9、罗望子多糖1~2、食盐0.3~0.5、胶原蛋白0.6~0.8、谷胱甘肽0.4~0.6、善存0.2~0.3、超氧化物歧化酶0.2~0.3、花色苷0.06~0.08。
2.根据权利要求1所述美容养颜巧克力的制备方法,其特征在于,具体的包括以下步骤:
(1)将皂角米、西兰花和银耳洗净,在95~100℃的热水中漂烫16~20分钟,粉碎,粒径为35~40μm,得原料A;
(2)将鳄梨洗净,打浆,8000~10000转/分钟,离心5~8分钟,得鳄梨汁和鳄梨渣,向鳄梨渣中加水,打浆,离心,重复打浆和离心4~5次,合并所有鳄梨汁,40~43℃真空浓缩至无水分,得鳄梨提取物;
(3)将善存粉碎,过120~140目筛,得善存粉;
(4)向罗望子多糖中加入罗望子多糖重量2倍量的水,混合均匀,加热至96~100℃,加入原料A、鳄梨提取物、大豆低聚糖和食盐,搅拌加热6~10分钟,待温度降至36~38℃,加入善存粉、超氧化物歧化酶和花色苷,混合均匀,置于模具中,倒模成型,得原料B;
(5)将可可液块和可可脂加热熔化,加入3/4脱脂奶粉,搅拌加热至80~85℃,23~25转/分钟,搅拌12~14分钟,待温度降至42~46℃,加入富硒麦芽粉、富硒酵母粉、胶原蛋白和谷胱甘肽,精磨,得可可混合液;
(6)将原料B浸于可可混合液中,取出,使可可混合液的厚度为1.5~2mm,均匀喷撒一层脱脂奶粉,迅速冷却,再次浸于可可混合液中,取出,使可可混合液的厚度为2~2.5mm,迅速冷却,得美容养颜巧克力;
(7)根据模型进行相应的包装,得成品。
3.根据权利要求2所述美容养颜巧克力的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤(4)的倒模成型,可以为足球形、铅笔形、手机形、键盘形、钥匙形、勺子形、英语大写字母形、数字形、香蕉形、葡萄串形、桃子形、白菜形、鱼形中的一种或几种。
