Abstract
本发明涉及一种贴膜的生产工艺,统称无基材手机贴膜,具体说,涉及一种手机贴膜的生产工艺,包括如下步骤1)根据实际需要对应于手机型号和尺寸规格采用出菲林和晒版步骤;2)将离型纸铺好,先将不干胶水印刷在离型纸上,然后再在不干胶水上面印刷一定厚度的uv油;3)将上面步骤中的半成品烘干;4)进行所需图案的部分或全部印刷亮金亮银油工序;5)裁剪备用;采用本发明能够针对不同型号的手机都能完全契合的贴在手机后部表面,只需要直接设计印刷上去即可,减少刀模和模切过程,烫金烫银热转印过程,降低人力和资源的浪费,将产品变得更加美好。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种贴膜的生产工艺,统称无基材手机贴膜,具体说,涉及一种手机贴膜的生产工艺。
背景技术
目前,现有手机贴膜都是直接贴附在手机的表面上,现有一般都是直接针对手机主面贴膜工艺,但是对于手机背部的贴膜却很少,即使有也只能大致的遮盖住手机后部表面上,不能完全契合整个手机后部表面,如手机的过渡面角、摄像头等,并且此种手机贴膜的生产工艺仅仅采用不干胶方式,此种方式材料比较低档,不够逼真,还需要针对各种机型进行对应的刀模和模切过程,所有烫金烫银部分需要用铜模或铝模热转印烫在不干胶材料表面上,整个过程比较繁琐,浪费人力和资源。
发明内容
本发明为了能够针对不同型号的手机都能完全契合的贴在手机后部表面,减少刀模和模切过程,降低人力和资源的浪费,提供了一种手机贴膜的生产工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤
1)根据实际需要对应于手机型号和尺寸规格采用出菲林和晒版步骤;
2)将离型纸铺好,先将不干胶水印刷在离型纸上,然后再在不干胶水上面印刷一定厚度的uv油;
3)将上面步骤中的半成品烘干;
4)进行所需图案的部分或全部印刷亮金亮银油工序;
5)裁剪备用。
进一步的,所述的4)进行印刷亮金亮银油工序之前还包括将烘干的半成品进行彩色印刷的步骤。
进一步的,所述步骤3)中烘干采用的是uv烘干机。
本发明的有益效果为:采用本发明能够针对不同型号的手机都能完全契合的贴在手机后部表面,只需要直接设计印刷上去即可,减少刀模和模切过程,同时也省去了普通烫金烫银热转印过程,降低人力和资源的浪费,将产品变得更美好。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和优选的具体实施例对本1.一种手机贴膜的生产工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤
1)根据实际需要对应于手机型号和尺寸规格采用出菲林和晒版步骤;
2)将离型纸铺好,先将不干胶水印刷在离型纸上,然后再在不干胶水上面印刷一定厚度的uv油;
3)将上面步骤中的半成品烘干;
4)进行所需图案的部分或全部印刷亮金亮银油工序;
5)裁剪备用。
当然,在上述基础上,也可以在所述的4)进行印刷亮金亮银油工序之前将半成品进行彩色印刷的步骤,这样可以更加美化贴膜,在所述步骤3)中烘干采用的是uv烘干机,这种烘干机针对性强,有利于产品生产。本申请中菲林阶段类似于模板阶段,晒版是指晒在网版上。本申请的生产出的手机贴膜可以直接贴合在手机背部面上,针对摄像头等位置直接生产出来,也可以针对现有的手机壳,也就是把手机放在手机壳中,在手机壳上再次贴上本申请的贴膜。

1.一种无基材手机贴膜的生产工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤
1)根据实际需要对应于手机型号和尺寸规格采用出菲林和晒版步骤;
2)将离型纸铺好,先将不干胶水印刷在离型纸上,然后再在不干胶水上面印刷一定厚度的uv油;
3)将上面步骤中的半成品烘干;
4)进行所需图案的部分或全部印刷亮金亮银油工序;
5)裁剪备用;
所述的4)进行印刷亮金亮银油工序之前还包括将烘干的半成品进行彩色印刷的步骤。
2.根据权利要求1所述的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤3)中烘干采用的是uv烘干机。
