Abstract

本发明涉及一种测量方法,具体涉及一种同轴孔安装座的综合测量方法。所述方法利用专业测具,专业测具包括芯轴和测杆,所述芯轴与同轴孔配合,所述测杆的前端为测头,所述测头中心设有圆孔,所述圆孔与所述芯轴配合,所述测头外圆具有两段圆弧,所述两段圆弧的半径尺寸分别为同轴孔中心距曲柄安装槽底的通止尺寸;所述方法包括如下步骤:一、芯轴穿入同轴孔中,检查同轴孔的同轴度;二、芯轴经过同轴孔穿入测杆的圆孔中,依据芯轴与测杆的装配性,检测出曲柄安装槽与同轴孔的垂直度误差;三、测杆绕芯轴旋转,检查曲柄安装槽的深度尺寸。本发明的测量方法,能快速直观的检测出同轴孔和安装槽之间的形位关系及零件的质量状态,简化测量过程。

一种同轴孔安装座的综合测量方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种测量方法,具体涉及一种同轴孔安装座的综合测量方法。
背景技术
航空发动机某零件的圆周分布有凸出的双层同轴孔安装座结构,同轴孔和安装槽之间具有相互的协调形位关系,见附图3,该安装座作为曲柄拉杆的固定端,拉杆轴在安装座孔中旋转作用,带动后部调节片运动,控制发动机的气流量性能指标。双侧凸台间的曲柄安装槽尺寸精度较高,为使曲柄头在一定范围旋转,曲柄槽底距同轴孔中心线给定一深度尺寸。受毛料和测量空间的影响,在安装座的加工中,存在一些重要的形位公差指标检测困难问题。
在加工过程中,采用单一的测量工具,仅满足对槽宽和孔径尺寸的测量,对于零件重要的尺寸检测存在困难。采用常规的检测方法,例如:打表法和坐标机检查,由于检测空间狭小,百分表头和测头不能达到测量部位,不能形成有效的测量方案,通过间接测量方法测量,检测时间长,检测效果差。
发明内容
本发明提供一种同轴孔安装座的综合测量方法,能快速直观的检测出同轴孔和安装槽之间的形位关系及零件的质量状态,简化测量过程。
本发明的技术方案如下:一种同轴孔安装座的综合测量方法,所述方法利用专业测具,专业测具包括芯轴和测杆,所述芯轴与同轴孔配合,所述测杆的前端为测头,所述测头中心设有圆孔,所述圆孔与所述芯轴配合,所述测头外圆具有两段圆弧,所述两段圆弧的半径尺寸分别为同轴孔中心距曲柄安装槽底的通止尺寸;所述方法包括如下步骤:
一、芯轴穿入同轴孔中,检查同轴孔的同轴度;
二、芯轴经过同轴孔穿入测杆的圆孔中,依据芯轴与测杆的装配性,检测出曲柄安装槽与同轴孔的垂直度误差;
三、测杆绕芯轴旋转,检查曲柄安装槽的深度尺寸。
本发明避开了常规检测方式的弊端,从检测原理上进行研究。该测量方式借鉴装配组件中与之配合零件的结构特点,由单一要素测量方案的实施,整合出一套综合检测模式,这种测量技术,可以同时满足技术条件和尺寸的检测,满足零件装配状态的需求。本发明使用的测量工具结构简单,轻便。在现场加工中使用方便,操作者只需简单的安装可以完成零件的检测,其检测效率高,对比常规的检测方法,检测时间大大缩短。并且检测的准确度高,零件在组件中的装配状态稳定,效果良好。

具体实施方式
如图1~4所示,一种同轴孔安装座的综合测量方法,同轴孔安装座3的技术要求如下:
(1)双层同轴孔的同轴度要求为0.2/100mm;
(2)曲柄安装槽端面与同轴孔的垂直度为0.2/100mm;
(3)同轴孔中心距曲柄安装槽底的深度尺寸要求为10+1.0mm。
专业测具包括芯轴1和测杆2,所述芯轴1制成可以测量同轴孔4的同轴度,所述测杆2的前端为测头,所述测头中心设有圆孔,所述圆孔与所述芯轴1配合,所述测头外圆具有两段圆弧,所述两段圆弧的半径尺寸分别为10mm与11mm;所述方法包括如下步骤:
一、芯轴1穿入同轴孔4中,检查同轴孔4的同轴度;
二、芯轴1经过同轴孔4穿入测杆2的圆孔中,对测杆2起到了固定作用;依据芯轴1与测杆2的装配性,检测出曲柄安装槽5与同轴孔4的垂直度误差;
三、测杆2绕芯轴1旋转,依据测杆2的测头外圆的圆弧段的通止情况,判断曲柄安装槽5的深度是否合格。

1.一种同轴孔安装座的综合测量方法,其特征在于,所述方法利用专业测具,专业测具包括芯轴和测杆,所述芯轴与同轴孔配合,所述测杆的前端为测头,所述测头中心设有圆孔,所述圆孔与所述芯轴配合,所述测头外圆具有两段圆弧,所述两段圆弧的半径尺寸分别为同轴孔中心距曲柄安装槽底的通止尺寸;所述方法包括如下步骤:
一、芯轴穿入同轴孔中,检查同轴孔的同轴度;
二、芯轴经过同轴孔穿入测杆的圆孔中,依据芯轴与测杆的装配性,检测出曲柄安装槽与同轴孔的垂直度误差;
三、测杆绕芯轴旋转,检查曲柄安装槽的深度尺寸。
