本发明公开了一种长寿命高负荷金属加工液及其制备方法,其是以多元醇酯、II类加氢油、环氧大豆油和环氧菜籽油中的至少一种作为基础油,加入乳化润滑剂、极压剂、防腐剂、防锈剂、油水平衡剂、助剂和消泡剂,配制而成。本发明调和出的金属加工液具有润滑极压性好,防锈周期长,使用寿命长,属于绿色环保型金属加工液,可满足铸铁、碳钢、不锈钢、铝合金等材质的钻孔、攻丝、铰孔等高负荷条件下的加工环境,大大提高了生产效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及金属切削、加工、成型等工艺用金属加工液,属于金属切削加工成型技术领域。
背景技术
机械装备制造业作为国家的支柱产业之一,发展迅猛,而且对金属加工液的需求量愈来愈大。2009年,我国制造业消耗金属加工油液约30~50万t。但大量金属加工废液的排放,造成了日益严重的生态环境污染,并危害了人类健康,急需制造业的绿色化,尤其是金属加工液的环保性。金属加工液主要是油基和水基两类,而水基金属加工液又分为微乳型、乳化型和全合成型。随着世界石油资源的紧张,以及机械装备制造中苛刻的新加工工艺和新材料要求,再加上新型水溶性添加剂的不断开发,使得水基金属加工液得以快速发展。至20世纪80年代,欧美日等工业国使用水基产品在金属加工液中已占了50%以上。目前,我国的水基金属加工液也基本占到金属加工液总消耗量的50%,并且还呈增长趋势。
常规机械加工,诸如切削、磨削、铣、锯等,压力不是非常大,油膜吸附在金属表面有一定的强度,起到润滑作用,金属表面不直接接触,加工的过程中不会卡死,当压力大到一定程度后,把油膜都挤开了,金属表面能够直接接触,从而磨损刀具;而钻孔、拉伸、镗、攻丝等高强度加工时,由于压力过大,油膜强度有限而被挤开,金属表面直接接触,油膜起不到润滑作用,在发生相对位移时摩擦力过大,局部温度过高,便会卡咬,甚至烧结,从而影响加工件的光洁度、降低刀具的使用寿命。
目前高负荷金属加工液存在使用寿命短、粘附性弱、润滑极压性差等缺点,尤其是不锈钢、铝合金钻孔、攻丝等极难加工,钻头、丝锥容易断,降低了生产效率、增加了生产成本。
发明内容
为了在高负荷加工条件下提高加工件的光洁度和延长刀具使用寿命,提高加工液的使用寿命,本发明公开了一种长寿命高负荷金属加工液及其制备方法。
本发明的长寿命高负荷金属加工液,其特点在于各组分按重量份的构成为:

所述乳化润滑剂为脂肪酸酰胺磷酸酯、十二烷基磺酸钠、二聚蓖麻油酸三乙醇胺盐、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚二油酸酯、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯中的至少一种和油酸二乙醇胺硼酸酯的混合;润滑剂中补加油酸二乙醇胺硼酸酯,大大提高了低温的润滑性。
所述极压剂为含氯极压剂(氯化脂肪酸、氯化甲基酯、氯化羟基酯、氯化猪油、氯化脂肪、氯化石蜡)、含硫极压剂(硫化脂肪酸、硫化甲基酯、硫化羟基酯、硫化脂肪油、硫化棉籽油、硫化猪油、二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸锌)中的至少一种;
所述防锈剂为十二烯基丁二酸二乙醇酰胺、2-烷基支链C11酸、三嗪氨基酸酯NEUF726、硅氧烷酮NEUF815和3-甲基-2-噻唑硫酮的混合;各防锈剂相互协同增效,达到对黑色金属和有色金属最佳的缓蚀效果。
为了提高使用寿命,所述防腐剂选用均三嗪、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯、纳他霉素和重氮咪唑烷基脲的混合,防腐性能强,对细菌、真菌抑菌杀菌能力强;
所述油水平衡剂为聚乙二醇单甲醚和支链醇ISALCHEM145的混合;利用油水平衡剂来调节体系的HLB值,使体系达到最佳的稳定性。
所述助剂为N,N-二甲基乙醇胺、N,N-二乙基乙醇胺、二乙醇胺和三乙醇胺中的至少一种;
所述消泡剂为XST-2015有机硅消泡剂。
本发明上述金属加工液的制备方法是:按配比将基础油加入到调和釜中,再按配比加入乳化润滑剂和极压剂,室温搅拌30分钟;然后加入防腐剂和防锈剂并室温搅拌20分钟,再加入助剂并室温搅拌30分钟,取样观察是否透明,若不透明用油水平衡剂调透明,最后加入消泡剂,即得产品。
与已有技术相比,本发明的有益效果体现在:
本发明采用多元醇酯、II类加氢油、环氧大豆油、环氧菜籽油作为基础油,提高了基础油的极性,有利于在机械加工过程中增强防锈剂、润滑剂、极压剂在金属表面的吸附;所选用的乳化润滑剂可以大大提高金属加工液的储存稳定性,且润滑剂还补加了油酸二乙醇胺硼酸酯,补强低温的润滑性;同时,采用含氯极压剂和含硫极压剂作为极压剂,从而满足机从低温加工到高温加工过程中润滑极压的连贯性,提高加工件表面的光洁度,延长刀具使用寿命;所采用的混合防锈剂中各防锈剂相互协同增效,达到对黑色金属和有色金属最佳的缓蚀效果,有效延长工件的工序间防锈;为了提高使用寿命,还选择了混合防腐剂,防腐性能强,对细菌、真菌的抑菌杀菌能力强,提高金属加工液的使用寿命;油水平衡剂选择了聚乙二醇单甲醚和支链醇ISALCHEM145的组合,提高在碱性条件下体系的稳定性;所用消泡剂可以有效地控制在大流量给液加工条件下对泡沫的抑制和消泡;通过以上原料调和出的金属加工液具有润滑极压性好,防锈周期长,使用寿命长,属于绿色环保型金属加工液,可满足铸铁、碳钢、不锈钢、铝合金等材质的钻孔、攻丝、铰孔等高负荷条件下的加工环境,大大提高了生产效率。

实施例1
先将3kg环氧大豆油和8kgⅡ类加氢油(型号75N)加入到调和釜中,再加入3kg氯化脂肪酸、22kg硫化猪油、6kg二聚蓖麻油酸三乙醇胺盐、9kg蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚二油酸酯、10kg十二烷基磺酸钠和5kg油酸二乙醇胺硼酸酯,室温下搅拌30分钟,然后加入2kg均三嗪、0.5kg对羟基苯甲酸丙酯、0.1kg纳他霉素、0.4kg重氮咪唑烷基脲、0.5kg十二烯基丁二酸二乙醇酰胺、0.5kg2-烷基支链C11酸、7kg三嗪氨基酸酯NEUF726、1.5kg硅氧烷酮NEUF815和0.5kg3-甲基-2噻唑硫酮搅拌20分钟,再加入10.7kgN,N-二甲基乙醇胺搅拌30分钟,取样观察不透明,用7.8kg聚乙二醇单甲醚和2.2kgISALCHEM145调透明,最后加入0.3kgXST-2015有机硅消泡剂,即得产品,2%铸铁屑滤纸防锈0级,3%PB值为135kg,3%pH值为9.3。

所述乳化润滑剂为脂肪酸酰胺磷酸酯、十二烷基磺酸钠、二聚蓖麻油酸三乙醇胺盐、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚二油酸酯、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯中的至少一种和油酸二乙醇胺硼酸酯的混合;
所述极压剂为氯化脂肪酸、氯化甲基酯、氯化羟基酯、氯化猪油、氯化脂肪、氯化石蜡、硫化脂肪酸、硫化甲基酯、硫化羟基酯、硫化脂肪油、硫化棉籽油、硫化猪油、二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸锌中的至少一种;
所述防锈剂为十二烯基丁二酸二乙醇酰胺、2-烷基支链C11酸、三嗪氨基酸酯NEUF726、硅氧烷酮NEUF815和3-甲基-2-噻唑硫酮的混合;
所述防腐剂为均三嗪、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯、纳他霉素和重氮咪唑烷基脲的混合;
所述油水平衡剂为聚乙二醇单甲醚和支链醇ISALCHEM145的混合;
所述助剂为N,N-二甲基乙醇胺、N,N-二乙基乙醇胺、二乙醇胺和三乙醇胺中的至少一种;
所述消泡剂为XST-2015有机硅消泡剂。
4.一种权利要求1~3中任意一项所述长寿命高负荷金属加工液的制备方法,其特征在于:
按配比将基础油加入到调和釜中,再按配比加入乳化润滑剂和极压剂,室温搅拌30分钟;然后加入防腐剂和防锈剂并室温搅拌20分钟,再加入助剂并室温搅拌30分钟,取样观察是否透明,若不透明用油水平衡剂调透明,最后加入消泡剂,即得产品。
