技术领域
本发明涉及润滑剂领域,特别涉及一种新型金属切削液及其制备方法。
背景技术
在加工过程中,切削液作用于加工器械所切削的新鲜表面,减缓摩擦,并防止加工面发生变形,切削过程中会产生大量的摩擦热,切削区的温度有时可达到700℃左右的高温,因此,切削液必须具有很好的冷却性能。在切削过程中,会产生大量的切削磨损粉末,如果不能将这些杂质清除,会对切削机器以及所加工的造成不利的影响,而切削液具有的极好的洗净功能可以完全克服该问题。在加工过程中,由于金属本身的性质,可能会导致工件以及与切削液接触的机床和刀具生锈,严重影响着加工材料的性能和机床刀具的使用性能以及使用寿命,因此在加工的短时间内,需要器件表面保持不生锈状态,切削液的防锈防腐蚀性能至关重要。本发明制备了一种具有优越的润滑性、防锈性能、清洗性能的切削液,该切削液具有很好的应用前景。

技术方案:
本发明提供了一种新型金属切削液,包括如下重量份的组分:
三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯28-37份、
石蜡基油26-34份、
壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠21-29份、
月桂基甜菜碱16-21份、
琥珀酸酯磺酸钠17-25份、
消泡剂2-5份、
螯合剂5-12份、
防锈剂7-14份、
杀菌剂1-3份、
水22-37份。
优选的,所述的一种新型金属切削液,所述的消泡剂由下述制备方法制备得到:
(1)在一个三口烧瓶中加入50g的菜籽油,瓶口一端分别插入装有15mL冰醋酸、50mL过氧化氢和0.1mL浓硫酸的分液漏斗,预热至40℃,并保持温度在 40~60℃之间,开启搅拌装置,一小时内分别将分液漏斗中溶液滴加完毕,保持温度于 60~65℃,继续反应 3 小时,然后倒出,置于分液漏斗中静置20min,用0.7%的氢氧化钠溶液洗涤至 pH=5,分层后将水相放出,余下的油相即环氧菜籽油;
(2)将步骤(1)中得到的环氧菜籽油加入到三口瓶中,再加入异辛醇和浓硫酸,在 80℃左右搅拌反应4h即得到消泡剂,控制环氧菜籽油和异辛醇的摩尔比为1:5.2,所用浓硫酸的质量为环氧菜籽油质量的1.5%。
优选的,所述的一种新型金属切削液,所述的螯合剂由酒石酸、葡萄糖酸钠和二乙醇胺按照重量比1:1:2混合而成。
优选的,所述的一种新型金属切削液,所述的防锈剂由硅酸钠、蓖麻酸、十二烯基丁二酸、钼酸钠和水按照重量比8:0.6:1.3:2:15混合而成。
优选的,所述的一种新型金属切削液,所述的杀菌剂为苯醚甲环唑和戊二醛按照重量比3:0.8混合而成。
本发明还提供了一种新型金属切削液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将水22-37份加入到反应器中,加热至60-70℃,开启搅拌装置,然后依次加入三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯28-37份、石蜡基油26-34份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠21-29份、月桂基甜菜碱16-21份、琥珀酸酯磺酸钠17-25份,搅拌20-30min至混合均匀;
(2)将温度降低至40-50℃,继续加入螯合剂5-12份、防锈剂7-14份、杀菌剂1-3份,搅拌混合15-25min,然后加入消泡剂2-5份,搅拌8-15min即得。
有益效果:
(1)三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯生产出的产品的粘度较高,成本高。石蜡基油成本稍低,产品稳定性好,但润滑性不够理想。本发明采用高粘度三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯和低粘度石蜡基油进行复配,制备得到的切削液成本合理,粘度适宜,并且具有很好的润滑性。
(2)本发明制备得到的切削液质量稳定,性能优良,使用寿命长。能广泛用于加工中心、数控机床、自动化生产线加工铝合金、铸铁、碳铁、不锈钢、模具钢、铜等多种材质工作,效果良好。
(3)本发明自制了消泡剂,对制备得到的环氧菜籽油进一步改性,提高了其稳定性,并且将消泡剂的环氧值控制在4.537,达到了最佳的消泡性能。
具体实施方式
下面的实施例可使本专业技术人员更全面地理解本发明,但不以任何方式限制本发明。
实施例1-5和对比例1-2中的消泡剂由下述制备方法制备得到:
(1)在一个三口烧瓶中加入50g的菜籽油,瓶口一端分别插入装有15mL冰醋酸、50mL过氧化氢和0.1mL浓硫酸的分液漏斗,预热至40℃,并保持温度在 40~60℃之间,开启搅拌装置,一小时内分别将分液漏斗中溶液滴加完毕,保持温度于 60~65℃,继续反应 3 小时,然后倒出,置于分液漏斗中静置20min,用0.7%的氢氧化钠溶液洗涤至 pH=5,分层后将水相放出,余下的油相即环氧菜籽油;
(2)将步骤(1)中得到的环氧菜籽油加入到三口瓶中,再加入异辛醇和浓硫酸,在 80℃左右搅拌反应4h即得到消泡剂,控制环氧菜籽油和异辛醇的摩尔比为1:5.2,所用浓硫酸的质量为环氧菜籽油质量的1.5%。
实施例1
(1)将水37份加入到反应器中,加热至65℃,开启搅拌装置,然后依次加入三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯28份、石蜡基油34份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠21份、月桂基甜菜碱21份、琥珀酸酯磺酸钠17份,搅拌25min至混合均匀;
(2)将温度降低至45℃,继续加入螯合剂12份、防锈剂7份、杀菌剂3份,搅拌混合20min,然后加入消泡剂2份,搅拌12min即得。
螯合剂由酒石酸、葡萄糖酸钠、二乙醇胺按照重量比1:1:2混合而成。
防锈剂由硅酸钠、蓖麻酸、十二烯基丁二酸、钼酸钠和水按照重量比8:0.6:1.3:2:15混合而成。
杀菌剂为苯醚甲环唑和戊二醛按照重量比3:0.8混合而成。
实施例2
(1)将水22份加入到反应器中,加热至65℃,开启搅拌装置,然后依次加入三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯37份、石蜡基油26份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠29份、月桂基甜菜碱16份、琥珀酸酯磺酸钠25份,搅拌25min至混合均匀;

实施例3
(1)将水34份加入到反应器中,加热至65℃,开启搅拌装置,然后依次加入三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯32份、石蜡基油30份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠23份、月桂基甜菜碱20份、琥珀酸酯磺酸钠19份,搅拌25min至混合均匀;
(2)将温度降低至45℃,继续加入螯合剂10份、防锈剂9份、杀菌剂2.8份,搅拌混合20min,然后加入消泡剂2.8份,搅拌12min即得。
螯合剂由酒石酸、葡萄糖酸钠、二乙醇胺按照重量比1:1:2混合而成。
防锈剂由硅酸钠、蓖麻酸、十二烯基丁二酸、钼酸钠和水按照重量比8:0.6:1.3:2:15混合而成。
杀菌剂为苯醚甲环唑和戊二醛按照重量比3:0.8混合而成。
实施例4
(1)将水25份加入到反应器中,加热至65℃,开启搅拌装置,然后依次加入三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯35份、石蜡基油28份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠27份、月桂基甜菜碱18份、琥珀酸酯磺酸钠23份,搅拌20-30min至混合均匀;
(2)将温度降低至45℃,继续加入螯合剂7份、防锈剂12份、杀菌剂1.6份,搅拌混合20min,然后加入消泡剂4.4份,搅拌12min即得。
螯合剂由酒石酸、葡萄糖酸钠、二乙醇胺按照重量比1:1:2混合而成。
防锈剂由硅酸钠、蓖麻酸、十二烯基丁二酸、钼酸钠和水按照重量比8:0.6:1.3:2:15混合而成。

(2)将温度降低至45℃,继续加入螯合剂12份、防锈剂7份、杀菌剂3份,搅拌混合20min,然后加入有机硅消泡剂2份,搅拌12min即得。

将实施例1-5和对比例1-3中制备得到的切削液参考GB-T 6144-2010进行性能测试,测试结果见下表:

测试结果可知,本发明制备得到的新型金属切削液具有优越的润滑性、防腐蚀性和防锈性能,使用过程可以快速消泡,并且pH值保持在稳定范围内,能够避免切削液受污染,并且加强切削液的防锈性能。
切削液中常用的消泡剂主要是有机硅消泡剂,有机硅消泡剂具有优越的消泡和抑泡效果,但长期使用有机硅消泡剂会使加工器械、工件或机床表面出现硅斑,从而影响切削液的润滑性能,本发明自制了消泡剂,可以有效抑制切削液使用过程中表面活性剂成分造成的大量泡沫,提高切削液的消泡性能。
本发明以酒石酸、葡萄糖酸钠和二乙醇胺复配螯合剂,可以有效的增强切削液的防锈性能和耐腐蚀性能,复配使用,提高螯合剂的络合作用以及稳定性。
本发明以硅酸钠、蓖麻酸、十二烯基丁二酸、钼酸钠和水复配防锈剂,有效提高了切削液的防锈性能,蓖麻酸和十二烯基丁二酸的碳链较长,可以在加工器件表面形成较厚并且致密的疏水性保护膜,能够有效阻止水份侵蚀金属表面。钼酸盐的添加可以在金属表面形成致密的金属氧化物薄膜,阻止腐蚀反应的进行。

Claims (6)

1.一种新型金属切削液,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的组分:
三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯28-37份、
石蜡基油26-34份、
壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠21-29份、
月桂基甜菜碱16-21份、
琥珀酸酯磺酸钠17-25份、
消泡剂2-5份、
螯合剂5-12份、
防锈剂7-14份、
杀菌剂1-3份、
水22-37份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型金属切削液,其特征在于,所述的消泡剂由下述制备方法制备得到:
(1)在一个三口烧瓶中加入50g的菜籽油,瓶口一端分别插入装有15mL冰醋酸、50mL过氧化氢和0.1mL浓硫酸的分液漏斗,预热至40℃,并保持温度在 40~60℃之间,开启搅拌装置,一小时内分别将分液漏斗中溶液滴加完毕,保持温度于 60~65℃,继续反应 3 小时,然后倒出,置于分液漏斗中静置20min,用0.7%的氢氧化钠溶液洗涤至 pH=5,分层后将水相放出,余下的油相即环氧菜籽油;
(2)将步骤(1)中得到的环氧菜籽油加入到三口瓶中,再加入异辛醇和浓硫酸,在 80℃左右搅拌反应4h即得到消泡剂,控制环氧菜籽油和异辛醇的摩尔比为1:5.2,所用浓硫酸的质量为环氧菜籽油质量的1.5%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型金属切削液,其特征在于,所述的螯合剂由酒石酸、葡萄糖酸钠和二乙醇胺按照重量比1:1:2混合而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型金属切削液,其特征在于,所述的防锈剂由硅酸钠、蓖麻酸、十二烯基丁二酸、钼酸钠和水按照重量比8:0.6:1.3:2:15混合而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型金属切削液,其特征在于,所述的杀菌剂为苯醚甲环唑和戊二醛按照重量比3:0.8混合而成。
6.一种新型金属切削液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将水22-37份加入到反应器中,加热至60-70℃,开启搅拌装置,然后依次加入三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯28-37份、石蜡基油26-34份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠21-29份、月桂基甜菜碱16-21份、琥珀酸酯磺酸钠17-25份,搅拌20-30min至混合均匀;
(2)将温度降低至40-50℃,继续加入螯合剂5-12份、防锈剂7-14份、杀菌剂1-3份,搅拌混合15-25min,然后加入消泡剂2-5份,搅拌8-15min即得。
