一种具有高抗磨高防锈性能的全合成切削液及其制备方法,属于工艺润滑技术领域。本发明主要解决传统切削液通用性差、使用周期短、易腐败变质、高污染的问题。本发明按重量百分比包括以下组成:十水合四硼酸钠:0.50%‑1.00%;极压剂:1.00%‑2.00%;消泡剂:0.02%‑0.10%;1,2,3‑苯并三唑:0.08%‑0.15%;聚乙二醇:0.50%‑1.50%;合成添加剂组分A:1.00%‑2.00%,及余量去离子水。本发明所含合成添加剂组分A是由油酸和三乙醇胺按质量比1.8‑2.0在60℃‑80℃恒温条件下合成3‑6 h制备的多效添加剂。本发明产品不仅适用普通刀具,而且也适用于硬质铝合金刀具,可用于多种材料的高低速加工,尤其是铸铁、碳钢和不锈钢等。

一种具有高抗磨高防锈性能的全合成切削液及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及润滑技术领域,用于金属加工过程中的工艺润滑,其具体涉及一种具有高抗磨高防锈性能的环保型全合成切削液及其制备方法。
背景技术
传统切削液的研制基于工艺需求、质量要求和经济成本等因素,而未考虑资源、环境和人体健康等一系列社会发展要求。新材料的不断涌现,使金属加工业的发展面临新挑战的同时,也使传统切削液的不足愈发突出。传统切削液通用性差、使用周期短,容易因细菌滋生而腐败变质,产生刺激性气味。此外,传统切削液对操作者的健康和生态环境产生一定的危害。因此,金属切削液在保证工艺性能的同时,如何兼具环保性能和保证资源节约性问题,仍需进一步的研究。本发明产品在兼具高冷却性、高抗磨高防锈的同时,具有使用周期长、低毒害、无刺激性、绿色环保等特点,可以改善、替代传统切削液。
发明内容
为解决传统切削液通用性差、使用周期短、易腐败变质、高污染的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种兼具高抗磨高防锈性能的全合成切削液及其制备方法。
一种具有高抗磨高防锈性能的全合成切削液,按重量百分比包括以下组成:十水合四硼酸钠:0.50%-1.00%;极压剂:1.00%-2.00%;消泡剂:0.02%-0.10%;1,2,3-苯并三唑:0.08%-0.15%;聚乙二醇:0.50%-1.50%;合成添加剂组分A:1.00%-2.00%,及余量去离子水。
所述的合成添加剂组分A是由油酸和三乙醇胺按质量比1.8-2.0在60℃-80℃恒温条件下合成3-6h制备的多效添加剂。
所述的极压剂为二烷基二硫代磷酸酯和二烷基二硫代磷酸氧钼中的一种或多种任意比例的混合物。
所述的消泡剂为甲基硅油和二甲基硅油中的一种或多种任意比例的混合物。
所述的聚乙二醇为兼具润湿性和助溶性的聚乙二醇200、聚乙二醇400、聚乙二醇600中的一种或多种任意比例的混合物。
所述的合成添加剂组分A为油酸和三乙醇胺按质量比1.8-2.0在一定条件下酯化形成的混合物,其重要性能特征在于添加剂组分A具有润滑性、防锈性、极压性、pH缓冲和分散性,同时各种性能能够通过合成条件进行强化调整,延长合成时间能够提高其极压性。
一种具有高抗磨高防锈性能的全合成切削液制备方法,制备步骤是:
步骤一、添加剂组分A的制备:将质量比1.8-2.0的油酸和三乙醇胺在60℃-80℃,80-100r/min搅拌速度下恒温合成3-6h,制备得到兼具润滑、防锈、缓冲和分散性能于一体的添加剂组分A。
步骤二、全合成切削液的制备:将极压剂、添加剂组分A、消泡剂以任意顺序加入到聚乙二醇中,50℃恒温加热条件下,搅拌至均匀。继续加入温度不低于50℃的去离子水,50℃加热条件下持续搅拌至均一透明后,以任意顺序加入1,2,3-苯并三唑和十水合四硼酸钠,50℃下继续搅拌至组分完全溶解,溶液呈均一透明即可。
所需的成份重量百分比为:十水合四硼酸钠:0.50%-1.00%;极压剂:1.00%-2.00%;消泡剂:0.02%-0.10%;1,2,3-苯并三唑:0.08%-0.15%;聚乙二醇:0.50%-1.50%;合成添加剂组分A:1.00%-2.00%,及余量去离子水。
所述的极压剂为二烷基二硫代磷酸酯和二烷基二硫代磷酸氧钼中的一种或多种任意比例的混合物。
所述的消泡剂为甲基硅油和二甲基硅油中的一种或多种任意比例的混合物。

经上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果在于:
1.本发明合成添加剂组分A的主要成份是油酸、三乙醇胺以及三乙醇胺油酸酯。油酸是一种良好的可降解油性剂,能够在200℃以下起到很好的润滑性,保证了产品的低温润滑性。三乙醇胺兼具分散性、pH缓冲和防锈性,能够提高切削液硬水适应性和理化稳定性。三乙醇胺油酸酯具有良好的极压性,同时能够抑制硬质铝合金刀具中钴的析出。因而本发明合成的添加剂组分兼具分散性、pH缓冲、防锈性和极压性,并且通过添加剂A合成时间的调控可以实现各种性能的调整,延长合成时间能够明显提高其极压性。
2.本发明的一种具有高抗磨高防锈性能的环保型全合成切削液不仅适用于普通刀具,而且能够适用于硬质铝合金刀具,而不降低硬质铝合金刀具的硬度和使用寿命。此外,本发明的一种具有高抗磨高防锈性能的环保型全合成切削液,油膜强度可达到784N,具有极佳的抗磨减摩性能,适用于多种材料的高低速加工,尤其适用于铸铁、碳钢和不锈钢等,因而通用性强,并且透明度高,保证了加工的可视性,可用于高精度作业。
3.本发明的具有高抗磨高防锈性能的环保型全合成切削液,不含酚、亚硝酸等有毒物质,低气味性,是一种环境友好型切削液。单片防锈时间达到96h,超过国家标准4倍。室温条件下,静置50天,不出现任何析出现象和腐败变质问题,明显增加了切削液的使用周期,进而从根本上降低切削液经济成本和资源消耗。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
实施例1配方重量百分比为:十水合四硼酸钠:0.5%,二烷基二硫代磷酸酯:1%,甲基硅油:0.02%,1,2,3-苯并三唑:0.08%,聚乙二醇200:0.5%,添加剂组分A:1%,余量为去离子水。
按重量配方,制备步骤如下:
1)添加剂组分A的制备:将质量比为1.8的油酸和三乙醇胺在60℃,80r/min搅拌速度下恒温合成3h,制备得到兼具润滑、防锈、缓冲和分散性能于一体的多效添加剂组分A。
2)全合成切削液的制备:将二烷基二硫代磷酸酯、添加剂剂组分A、甲基硅油以任意顺序加入到聚乙二醇200中,50℃恒温加热条件下,搅拌至均匀。后加入温度为50℃的水,50℃加热条件下持续搅拌至均一透明后,以任意顺序加入1,2,3-苯并三唑和十水合四硼酸钠,50℃下继续搅拌至组分完全溶解,溶液呈均一透明即可。
实施例2:
实施例2配方重量百分比为:十水合四硼酸钠:0.8%,二烷基二硫代磷酸酯和二烷基二硫代磷酸氧钼的混合物:1.5%,甲基硅油和二甲基硅油混合物:0.5%,1,2,3-苯并三唑:0.1%,聚乙二醇200、聚乙二醇400和聚乙二醇600混合物:1%,添加剂组分A:1.5%,余量为去离子水。
按重量配方,制备步骤如下:
1)添加剂组分A的制备:将质量比为1.9的油酸和三乙醇胺在70℃,90r/min搅拌速度下恒温合成4.5h,制备得到兼具润滑、防锈、缓冲和分散性能于一体的多效添加剂组分A。
2)全合成切削液的制备:将二烷基二硫代磷酸酯和二烷基二硫代磷酸氧钼的混合物、添加剂剂组分A、甲基硅油和二甲基硅油混合物以任意顺序加入到聚乙二醇200、聚乙二醇400和聚乙二醇600混合物中,50℃恒温加热条件下,搅拌至均匀。后加入温度为50℃的水,50℃加热条件下持续搅拌至均一透明后,以任意顺序加入1,2,3-苯并三唑和十水合四硼酸钠,50℃下继续搅拌至组分完全溶解,溶液呈均一透明即可。
实施例3:
实施例3配方重量百分比为:十水合四硼酸钠:1%,二烷基二硫代磷酸氧钼:2%,二甲基硅油:0.1%,1,2,3-苯并三唑:0.15%,聚乙二醇400:1.5%,添加剂组分A:2%,余量为去离子水。
按重量配方,制备步骤如下:
1)添加剂组分A的制备:将质量比为2.0的油酸和三乙醇胺在80℃,100r/min搅拌速度下恒温合成6h,制备得到兼具润滑、防锈、缓冲和分散性能于一体的多效添加剂组分A。
2)全合成切削液的制备:将二烷基二硫代磷酸氧钼、添加剂剂组分A、二甲基硅油以任意顺序加入到聚乙二醇400中,50℃恒温加热条件下,搅拌至均匀。后加入温度为50℃的水,50℃加热条件下持续搅拌至均一透明后,以任意顺序加入1,2,3-苯并三唑和十水合四硼酸钠,50℃下继续搅拌至组分完全溶解,溶液呈均一透明即可。
制得的产品性能指标如下:

1.一种具有高抗磨高防锈性能的全合成切削液,其特征在于:切削液组成成份按重量百分比包括:十水合四硼酸钠:0.50%-1.00%;极压剂:1.00%-2.00%;消泡剂:0.02%-0.10%;1,2,3-苯并三唑:0.08%-0.15%;聚乙二醇:0.50%-1.50%;合成添加剂组分A:1.00%-2.00%,及余量去离子水;
所述的合成添加剂组分A是由油酸和三乙醇胺按质量比1.8-2.0,在60℃-80℃恒温条件下合成3-6h制备合成添加剂;
所述的极压剂为二烷基二硫代磷酸酯和二烷基二硫代磷酸氧钼中的一种或两种任意比例的混合物。
2.如权利要求1所述的切削液,其特征在于:所述的消泡剂为甲基硅油。
3.如权利要求1所述的切削液,其特征在于:所述的聚乙二醇为聚乙二醇200、聚乙二醇400、聚乙二醇600中的一种或多种任意比例的混合物。
4.一种具有高抗磨高防锈性能的全合成切削液制备方法,其特征在于:
步骤一、添加剂组分A的制备:将质量比1.8-2.0的油酸和三乙醇胺在60℃-80℃,80-100r/min搅拌速度下恒温合成3-6h,制备得到添加剂组分A;
步骤二、全合成切削液的制备:将极压剂、添加剂剂组分A、消泡剂以任意顺序加入到聚乙二醇中,50℃恒温加热条件下,搅拌至均匀;继续加入温度不低于50℃的去离子水,50℃加热条件下持续搅拌至均一透明后,以任意顺序加入1,2,3-苯并三唑和十水合四硼酸钠,50℃下继续搅拌至组分完全溶解,溶液呈均一透明;
所需的成份重量百分比为:十水合四硼酸钠:0.50%-1.00%;极压剂:1.00%-2.00%;消泡剂:0.02%-0.10%;1,2,3-苯并三唑:0.08%-0.15%;聚乙二醇:0.50%-1.50%;合成添加剂组分A:1.00%-2.00%,及余量去离子水。
