Abstract
本发明公开了一种环保极压金属加工浓缩液,包括如下重量份的组分:基础油80‑150份、季戊四醇油酸酯40‑80份、PH值调整剂80‑150份、有机缓蚀剂10‑20份、异构十八醇30‑50份、杀菌剂60‑100份、极压添加剂60‑100份、油性剂60‑100份、防锈剂60‑100份、表面活性剂30‑50份、聚醚改性有机硅型消泡剂30‑50份、乙醇60‑100份、金属离子掩蔽剂40‑80份、分散剂30‑50份和纯净水60‑100份。该环保极压金属加工浓缩液,有效提高了金属加工浓缩液的环保性,不易使机床和工件生锈,影响工作环境和操作人员健康,避免因空气阻隔使浓缩液不能起到润滑作用,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚和月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚复配而成的表面活性剂具有高效的清洗、润滑、防锈、润湿和乳化作用,提高了浓缩液的抗氧化性能,具有较高的抗磨性和承载性。

技术领域
本发明涉及金属加工液技术领域,具体为一种环保极压金属加工浓缩液。
背景技术
金属加工浓缩液是金属加工用的液体,主要起润滑和冷却作用,兼有防锈清洗等作用,金属加工切削液是一种低泡沫、高润滑性的可溶性润滑油,即使应用在对加工液要求很高的环境下也能使维护成本降到最低,基本能适用于各类金属及合金的所有类型的加工,它对大多数铁制金属的一般加工十分奏效,尤其在加工软钢、铸铁、不锈钢及其他特种钢时能同时发挥出出色的润滑作用和冷却作用。
随着金属加工要求的提高,在很多场合需要使用到金属加工浓缩液来提高金属加工的质量,对于某些难加工黑色金属及有色金属的切削磨削加工操作时,极压型浓缩液的使用必不可少,但是现有的极压金属加工浓缩液存在环保性较差、材料上的热量不易发散、且浓缩液易变质的缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种环保极压金属加工浓缩液,以解决上述背景技术中提出环保性差、热量不易发散和易变质的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种环保极压金属加工浓缩液,包括如下重量份的组分:
优选的,所述聚醚改性有机硅型消泡剂中含有石蜡1-2重量份、脂肪醇0.5-1重量份、自来水5-10重量份、有机酯0.2-0.4重量份和己二醇0.2-0.4重量份。
优选的,所述表面活性剂中含有壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚2-5重量份和月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚1-3重量份。
优选的,所述有机缓蚀剂为苯并三氮唑,所述杀菌剂为异噻唑啉酮,所述防锈剂三乙醇胺硼酸酯,所述油性剂为油酸、月桂醇、油脂、油酰胺和酸式磷酸油酰酯中的任意一种。
优选的,所述异构十八醇是一种长链支链醇,外观为透明液体,无味,在0℃左右仍维持液态。
优选的,所述极压添加剂为氯化石蜡、硫化烯烃、硫化猪油、磷酸酯、磷酸盐和ZDDP中的任意一种。
优选的,所述基础油为聚α—烯烃、合成酯和聚醚中的任意一种,所述油酸为黄色到红色油状液体,有猪油气味,所述PH值调整剂为三乙醇胺或碳酸钠。
优选的,所述分散剂为聚乙二醇200,无毒、无刺激性,具有良好的水溶性和相溶性,所述季戊四醇油酸酯无毒、不易燃。
本发明还提供一种环保极压金属加工浓缩液的制备方法,其步骤如下:
步骤一:将石蜡、脂肪醇、有机酯、己二醇和自来水加入搅拌罐内并混合搅拌均匀,并取出放入容器内,得到聚醚改性有机硅型消泡剂,对搅拌罐进行清洗;
步骤二:将壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚和月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚混合均匀,得到表面活性剂;
步骤三:将基础油、油性剂、季戊四醇油酸酯和异构十八醇放入搅拌罐内混合搅拌均匀,得到混合溶液一,取出混合溶液一,并将搅拌罐清洗干净;
步骤四:将PH值调整剂、有机缓蚀剂、防锈剂和纯净水混合搅拌均匀得到混合溶液二;
步骤五:将步骤三中的混合溶液一加入混合溶液二中,并加入金属离子掩蔽剂、分散剂、乙醇、杀菌剂和步骤二中的表面活性剂充分搅拌均匀,得到混合溶液三;
步骤六:往步骤五的混合溶液三中加入极压添加剂和步骤一中的聚醚改性有机硅型消泡剂混合均匀即可。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该环保极压金属加工浓缩液,不含氯、亚硝酸盐、苯酚等有害物质,不会对人体造成伤害,有效提高了金属加工浓缩液的环保性,通过防锈剂的使用,浓缩液在稀释后,仍然具有防锈性和生物稳定性,不易使机床和工件生锈,而通过设置杀菌剂,可以使体系内的细菌和霉菌的数量维持在尽可能低的水平,避免产生恶臭,影响工作环境和操作人员健康,聚醚改性有机硅型消泡剂的使用,减少气泡,避免因空气阻隔使浓缩液不能起到润滑作用,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚和月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚复配而成的表面活性剂具有高效的清洗、润滑、防锈、润湿和乳化作用,而油性剂的使用,提高了浓缩液的抗氧化性能,而极压添加剂的使用,具有较高的抗磨性和承载性。

下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明提供一种技术方案:一种环保极压金属加工浓缩液,包括如下重量份的组分:
进一步的,聚醚改性有机硅型消泡剂中含有石蜡1-2重量份、脂肪醇0.5-1重量份、自来水5-10重量份、有机酯0.2-0.4重量份和己二醇0.2-0.4重量份。
进一步的,表面活性剂中含有壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚2-5重量份和月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚1-3重量份。
实施例一
通过以下步骤制备该环保极压金属加工浓缩液:
步骤一:将石蜡1.5份、脂肪醇0.8份、有机酯0.4份、己二醇0.3份和自来水8份加入搅拌罐内并混合搅拌均匀,并取出放入容器内,得到聚醚改性有机硅型消泡剂,对搅拌罐进行清洗;
步骤二:将壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚4份和月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚2份混合均匀,得到表面活性剂;
步骤三:将基础油100份、油性剂60份、季戊四醇油酸酯80份和异构十八醇40份放入搅拌罐内混合搅拌均匀,得到混合溶液一,取出混合溶液一,并将搅拌罐清洗干净;
步骤四:将PH值调整剂60份、有机缓蚀剂12份、防锈剂70份和纯净水75份混合搅拌均匀得到混合溶液二;
步骤五:将步骤三中的混合溶液一加入混合溶液二中,并加入金属离子掩蔽剂40份、分散剂30份、乙醇60份、杀菌剂70份和步骤二中的表面活性剂35份充分搅拌均匀,得到混合溶液三;
步骤六:往步骤五的混合溶液三中加入极压添加剂70份和步骤一中的聚醚改性有机硅型消泡剂35份混合均匀即可。
根据实施例一所得到的成品颜色深浅一致,手感光滑,无颗粒感、无异味,同时表面含有少量气泡,外观效果极佳,整体的润滑性一般,且抗磨性和承载性较好。
实施例二
通过以下步骤制备该环保极压金属加工浓缩液:
步骤一:将石蜡1.8份、脂肪醇1份、有机酯0.3份、己二醇0.4份和自来水7份加入搅拌罐内并混合搅拌均匀,并取出放入容器内,得到聚醚改性有机硅型消泡剂,对搅拌罐进行清洗;
步骤二:将壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚5份和月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚3份混合均匀,得到表面活性剂;
步骤三:将基础油130份、油性剂85份、季戊四醇油酸酯60份和异构十八醇50份放入搅拌罐内混合搅拌均匀,得到混合溶液一,取出混合溶液一,并将搅拌罐清洗干净;
步骤四:将PH值调整剂80份、有机缓蚀剂18份、防锈剂95份和纯净水95份混合搅拌均匀得到混合溶液二;
步骤五:将步骤三中的混合溶液一加入混合溶液二中,并加入金属离子掩蔽剂75份、分散剂50份、乙醇85份、杀菌剂90份和步骤二中的表面活性剂50份充分搅拌均匀,得到混合溶液三;
步骤六:往步骤五的混合溶液三中加入极压添加剂90份和步骤一中的聚醚改性有机硅型消泡剂45份混合均匀即可。
根据实施例二所得到的成品颜色深浅一致,手感光滑,无颗粒感、无异味,同时表面不含有气泡,外观效果极佳,整体的润滑性较好,并且具有较高的抗磨性和承载性。
实施例三
通过以下步骤制备该环保极压金属加工浓缩液:
步骤一:将石蜡2份、脂肪醇0.5份、有机酯0.2份、己二醇0.3份和自来水10份加入搅拌罐内并混合搅拌均匀,并取出放入容器内,得到聚醚改性有机硅型消泡剂,对搅拌罐进行清洗;
步骤二:将壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚4份和月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚3份混合均匀,得到表面活性剂;
步骤三:将基础油120份、油性剂85份、季戊四醇油酸酯50份和异构十八醇30份放入搅拌罐内混合搅拌均匀,得到混合溶液一,取出混合溶液一,并将搅拌罐清洗干净;
步骤四:将PH值调整剂70份、有机缓蚀剂15份、防锈剂80份和纯净水90份混合搅拌均匀得到混合溶液二;
步骤五:将步骤三中的混合溶液一加入混合溶液二中,并加入金属离子掩蔽剂65份、分散剂45份、乙醇80份、杀菌剂85份和步骤二中的表面活性剂40份充分搅拌均匀,得到混合溶液三;
步骤六:往步骤五的混合溶液三中加入极压添加剂85份和步骤一中的聚醚改性有机硅型消泡剂40份混合均匀即可。
根据实施例三所得到的成品颜色深浅一致,手感光滑,无颗粒感、无异味,同时表面含有微量气泡,外观效果极佳,整体的润滑性较好,抗磨性和承载性一般。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保极压金属加工浓缩液,其特征在于:所述聚醚改性有机硅型消泡剂中含有石蜡1-2重量份、脂肪醇0.5-1重量份、自来水5-10重量份、有机酯0.2-0.4重量份和己二醇0.2-0.4重量份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保极压金属加工浓缩液,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂中含有壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚2-5重量份和月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚1-3重量份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保极压金属加工浓缩液,其特征在于:所述有机缓蚀剂为苯并三氮唑,所述杀菌剂为异噻唑啉酮,所述防锈剂三乙醇胺硼酸酯,所述油性剂为油酸、月桂醇、油脂、油酰胺和酸式磷酸油酰酯中的任意一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保极压金属加工浓缩液,其特征在于:所述异构十八醇是一种长链支链醇,外观为透明液体,无味,在0℃左右仍维持液态。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保极压金属加工浓缩液,其特征在于:所述极压添加剂为氯化石蜡、硫化烯烃、硫化猪油、磷酸酯、磷酸盐和ZDDP中的任意一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保极压金属加工浓缩液,其特征在于:所述基础油为聚α—烯烃、合成酯和聚醚中的任意一种,所述油酸为黄色到红色油状液体,有猪油气味,所述PH值调整剂为三乙醇胺或碳酸钠。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保极压金属加工浓缩液,其特征在于:所述分散剂为聚乙二醇200,无毒、无刺激性,具有良好的水溶性和相溶性,所述季戊四醇油酸酯无毒、不易燃。
9.根据权利要求1-8所述的一种环保极压金属加工浓缩液,其制备方法如下:
步骤一:将石蜡、脂肪醇、有机酯、己二醇和自来水加入搅拌罐内并混合搅拌均匀,并取出放入容器内,得到聚醚改性有机硅型消泡剂,对搅拌罐进行清洗;
步骤二:将壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚和月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚混合均匀,得到表面活性剂;
步骤三:将基础油、油性剂、季戊四醇油酸酯和异构十八醇放入搅拌罐内混合搅拌均匀,得到混合溶液一,取出混合溶液一,并将搅拌罐清洗干净;
步骤四:将PH值调整剂、有机缓蚀剂、防锈剂和纯净水混合搅拌均匀得到混合溶液二;
步骤五:将步骤三中的混合溶液一加入混合溶液二中,并加入金属离子掩蔽剂、分散剂、乙醇、杀菌剂和步骤二中的表面活性剂充分搅拌均匀,得到混合溶液三;
步骤六:往步骤五的混合溶液三中加入极压添加剂和步骤一中的聚醚改性有机硅型消泡剂混合均匀即可。
