Abstract

一种斜转式振荡器,包括左右对应设置的立柱,左右立柱之间固定连接有支撑台,支撑台中间开设有穿孔,穿孔内相对旋转连接有竖立设置的传动立轴,传动立轴下端固定连接有传动轮,支撑台下面固定安装有电机,电机传动连接有主动轮,主动轮与传动轮传动相连,传动立轴上端一体固定连接有传动斜轴,传动斜轴与传动立轴的夹角为钝角,传动斜轴上端相对旋转连接有中空的、开口向上的试管盛放盒,试管盛放盒内固定连接有试管定位板,试管定位板上纵横成排开设有多个试管穿孔。试管盛放盒底壁下面固定连接有套筒,传动斜轴上端插入至套筒内,传动斜轴与套筒通过轴承相对旋转连接。支撑台上表面向下凹陷开设有凹槽,凹槽沿试管盛放盒边缘的运动轨迹开设。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗器械,尤其涉及一种斜转式振荡器。
背景技术
在医疗实践中,很多情况下都要进行振荡操作,如检验人员对样品进行振荡、护理人员将固体药品与液体药品混合后进行振荡等。目前的振荡操作有些采用的是人手拿试管直接摇晃,这种方式不仅麻烦,而且振荡效果不好。为了取得更好的振荡效果,有的医院购置专用的振荡器,但是结构复杂,造价较高。
发明内容
本发明针对不足,提供一种结构简单、价格低廉、使用效果好的斜转式振荡器。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:
一种斜转式振荡器,包括左右对应设置的立柱,左右立柱之间固定连接有支撑台,其特征在于,支撑台中间开设有穿孔,穿孔内相对旋转连接有竖立设置的传动立轴,传动立轴下端固定连接有传动轮,支撑台下面固定安装有电机,电机传动连接有主动轮,主动轮与传动轮传动相连,传动立轴上端一体固定连接有传动斜轴,传动斜轴与传动立轴的夹角为钝角,传动斜轴上端相对旋转连接有中空的、开口向上的试管盛放盒,试管盛放盒内固定连接有试管定位板,试管定位板上纵横成排开设有多个试管穿孔。
根据所述的斜转式振荡器,其特征在于,所述试管盛放盒的底壁下面固定连接有套筒,所述传动斜轴上端插入至套筒内,传动斜轴与套筒通过轴承相对旋转连接。
根据所述的斜转式振荡器,其特征在于,所述支撑台上表面向下凹陷开设有凹槽,凹槽沿所述试管盛放盒边缘的运动轨迹开设。
根据所述的斜转式振荡器,其特征在于,所述凹槽内设置有滚珠,所述试管盛放盒边缘的与滚珠滚动接触。
根据所述的斜转式振荡器,其特征在于,所述主动轮与所述传动轮为互相啮合的锥齿轮。
根据所述的斜转式振荡器,其特征在于,所述传动斜轴与所述传动立轴的夹角为160~170°。
本发明的主要组成构件是试管盛放盒和旋转机构,简化了已有振荡器的结构,造价低廉。电机启动后,试管盛放盒旋转运动,其内的试管便得到摇晃振动,可以根据电机的转速来控制试管振动的幅度,整个操作简单、方便,效使用果好。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
如图1和图2所示,一种斜转式振荡器,包括左右对应设置的立柱1,左右立柱1之间固定连接有支撑台3,支撑台3中间开设有穿孔14,穿孔14内相对旋转连接有竖立设置的传动立轴6,传动立轴6下端固定连接有传动轮5,支撑台3下面固定安装有电机9,电机9传动连接有主动轮8,主动轮8与传动轮5传动相连,传动立轴6上端一体固定连接有传动斜轴7,传动斜轴7与传动立轴6的夹角为钝角,传动斜轴7上端相对旋转连接有中空的、开口向上的试管盛放盒11,试管盛放盒11内固定连接有试管定位板13,试管定位板13上纵横成排开设有多个试管穿孔12。
试管盛放盒11的底壁下面固定连接有套筒4,传动斜轴7上端插入至套筒4内,传动斜轴7与套筒4通过轴承相对旋转连接。
支撑台3上表面向下凹陷开设有凹槽10,凹槽10沿试管盛放盒11边缘的运动轨迹开设。凹槽10内设置有滚珠2,试管盛放盒11边缘的与滚珠2滚动接触。
在本实施例中,主动轮8与传动轮5为互相啮合的锥齿轮。传动斜轴7与传动立轴6的夹角为160~170°。

1.一种斜转式振荡器,包括左右对应设置的立柱(1),左右立柱(1)之间固定连接有支撑台(3),其特征在于,支撑台(3)中间开设有穿孔(14),穿孔(14)内相对旋转连接有竖立设置的传动立轴(6),传动立轴(6)下端固定连接有传动轮(5),支撑台(3)下面固定安装有电机(9),电机(9)传动连接有主动轮(8),主动轮(8)与传动轮(5)传动相连,传动立轴(6)上端一体固定连接有传动斜轴(7),传动斜轴(7)与传动立轴(6)的夹角为钝角,传动斜轴(7)上端相对旋转连接有中空的、开口向上的试管盛放盒(11),试管盛放盒(11)内固定连接有试管定位板(13),试管定位板(13)上纵横成排开设有多个试管穿孔(12)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的斜转式振荡器,其特征在于,所述试管盛放盒(11)的底壁下面固定连接有套筒(4),所述传动斜轴(7)上端插入至套筒(4)内,传动斜轴(7)与套筒(4)通过轴承相对旋转连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的斜转式振荡器,其特征在于,所述支撑台(3)上表面向下凹陷开设有凹槽(10),凹槽(10)沿所述试管盛放盒(11)边缘的运动轨迹开设。
4.根据权利要求3所述的斜转式振荡器,其特征在于,所述凹槽(10)内设置有滚珠(2),所述试管盛放盒(11)边缘的与滚珠(2)滚动接触。
5.根据权利要求4所述的斜转式振荡器,其特征在于,所述主动轮(8)与所述传动轮(5)为互相啮合的锥齿轮。
6.根据权利要求4所述的斜转式振荡器,其特征在于,所述传动斜轴(7)与所述传动立轴(6)的夹角为160~170°。
