技术领域
本发明涉及一种高效的金属管道防腐涂层。
背景技术
腐蚀、生锈是引起金属管道破损和失效的主要原因之一,金属管道的腐蚀跟环境有很大的关系,在空气潮湿的环境中腐蚀速度快,比如在极地、海洋等严酷环境中敷设管道,腐蚀反应剧烈,而且破坏性强,所以对其保护就对涂层的性能提出了更多的要求。用涂料均匀致密地涂敷在经除锈的金属管道表面上,使其与各种腐蚀性介质隔绝,是管道防腐最基本的方法之一。如今,管道防腐涂层越来越多地采用复合材料或复合结构。要求这些材料具有良好的介电性能、物理性能、稳定的化学性能和较宽的温度适应范围。但目前的涂层材料具有一定的防腐效果,但工艺繁多、生产效率太低,不能满足当前需求。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的问题是,提供一种高效的金属管道防腐涂层,具有很好的耐高温性、耐氧化性、高化学稳定性,简化了制作工序,具有良好的市场前景。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是,一种高效的金属管道防腐涂层,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
氟硅树脂12-18份,蛤壳粉4-7份,无机填料8-20份,固化剂2-3份,纳米氧化物颗粒增强剂6-13份,鳞片状骨料7-10份,防锈颜料5-9份,增稠剂2-4份,硅粉8-14份,防开裂颜料4-7份,有机溶剂6-10份,成膜助剂2-4份,酚醛改性胺5-8份,溶剂13-16份,溴化镁1.5-2.4份。
