本实用新型公开了一种本实用新型所设计的绝缘钕铁硼磁体,包括钕铁硼基体,所述钕铁硼基体的外表面由内向外依次设置电绝缘涂层、耐腐蚀层和耐热层,所述电绝缘涂层为纳米氮化硅涂层,其厚度为5μm~10μm,所述耐腐蚀层为已钝化的锌层,所述耐热层为聚四氟乙烯涂层。其技术效果是通过在钕铁硼基体的外表面由内向外依次设置电绝缘涂层、耐腐蚀层和耐热层,即纳米氮化硅使其对电绝缘,已钝化的锌层则提高耐腐蚀性,聚四氟乙烯涂层则提高耐热性。从而获得既能对电绝缘又能耐腐蚀同时还耐高温的绝缘钕铁硼磁体。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种磁性材料,特别是绝缘钕铁硼磁体。
背景技术
目前,现有的钕铁硼磁体外没有保护层,常常裸露在潮湿的环境中,钕铁硼磁体很容易被腐蚀,往往出现锈斑,从而影响磁体性能。另外有些钕铁硼磁体需要在较严重的腐蚀环境下使用,甚至还有在某些使用环境中要求磁体表面电绝缘时的场合。因此对于钕铁硼磁体的保护是必不可少的。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决上述现有技术的不足而提供一种既能对电绝缘又能耐腐蚀同时还耐高温的绝缘钕铁硼磁体。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型所设计的绝缘钕铁硼磁体,包括钕铁硼基体,所述钕铁硼基体的外表面由内向外依次设置电绝缘涂层、耐腐蚀层和耐热层,所述电绝缘涂层为纳米氮化硅涂层,其厚度为5μm~10μm,所述耐腐蚀层为已钝化的锌层,所述耐热层为聚四氟乙烯涂层。
所述纳米氮化硅具有良好的电绝缘性,所述已钝化的锌层则对于浓酸浓碱具有超强的耐腐蚀性,所述聚四氟乙烯涂层则提高了耐热性,使其能在200~300℃的温度下工作,同时聚四氟乙烯涂层的耐腐蚀性性能也很好,能与已钝化的锌层起到相辅相成的作用。
为了获得使得纳米氮化硅在涂层中的分散性能更好,从而提高涂覆率,所述纳米氮化硅的颗粒大小为30nm~40nm。
所述钕铁硼基体的横截面为梯形或三角形。
本实用新型得到的绝缘钕铁硼磁体,其技术效果是通过在钕铁硼基体的外表面由内向外依次设置电绝缘涂层、耐腐蚀层和耐热层,即纳米氮化硅使其对电绝缘,已钝化的锌层则提高耐腐蚀性,聚四氟乙烯涂层则提高耐热性。从而获得既能对电绝缘又能耐腐蚀同时还耐高温的绝缘钕铁硼磁体。

如图1所示,本实施例提供的绝缘钕铁硼磁体,包括钕铁硼基体1,所述钕铁硼基体1的外表面由内向外依次设置电绝缘涂层2、耐腐蚀层3和耐热层4,所述电绝缘涂层2为纳米氮化硅涂层,其厚度为5μm~10μm,所述耐腐蚀层3为已钝化的锌层,所述耐热层4为聚四氟乙烯涂层。所述钕铁硼基体1的横截面为梯形。
为了获得使得纳米氮化硅在涂层中的分散性能更好,从而提高涂覆率,所述纳米氮化硅的颗粒大小为30nm~40nm。
实施例2:
如图2所示,本实施例提供的绝缘钕铁硼磁体,其大体结构与实施例1相同,但在具体使用过程中,所述钕铁硼基体1的横截面为三角形。

1.一种绝缘钕铁硼磁体,包括钕铁硼基体(1),其特征在于:所述钕铁硼基体(1)的外表面由内向外依次设置电绝缘涂层(2)、耐腐蚀层(3)和耐热层(4),所述电绝缘涂层(2)为纳米氮化硅涂层,其厚度为5μm~10μm,所述耐腐蚀层(3)为已钝化的锌层,所述耐热层(4)为聚四氟乙烯涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的绝缘钕铁硼磁体,其特征在于:所述纳米氮化硅的颗粒大小为30nm~40nm。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的绝缘钕铁硼磁体,其特征在于:所述钕铁硼基体(1)的横截面为梯形或三角形。
