本发明公开一种耐火砖,所述耐火砖内表面涂有防腐涂层,外表面涂有保温涂层,所述防腐涂层为氟硅树脂12‑18份,蛤壳粉4‑7份,硅粉8‑14份,生物防污剂4‑8份组成;所述保温涂层为珍珠岩粉5‑7份、云母粉6‑10份、粘结剂3‑4份、发泡剂2‑8份,玻璃纤维1‑2份,受阻酚类抗氧剂1‑3份。本发明中的耐火砖表面的涂层增加了锅炉整体的抗腐蚀能力和保温效果,降低了安全隐患和能耗,提高了锅炉的安全性能和热效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐火砖。
背景技术
耐火砖将炭化炉中燃烧的火焰及各受热面与外界隔绝起来,因此所用耐火砖要求具有耐热性、隔热性和密封性,耐压强度高,而现有耐火砖的耐热性、隔热性和密封性好,但耐压强度较低,用作锅炉耐火砖使用容易损坏,使用寿命短。
发明内容
为了克服现有的技术不足的问题,本发明提供一种耐火砖。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种耐火砖,所述耐火砖内表面涂有防腐涂层,外表面涂有保温涂层,所述防腐涂层为氟硅树脂12-18份,蛤壳粉4-7份,硅粉8-14份,生物防污剂4-8份组成;所述保温涂层为珍珠岩粉5-7份、云母粉6-10份、粘结剂3-4份、发泡剂2-8份,玻璃纤维1-2份,受阻酚类抗氧剂1-3份。
优选地,所述防腐涂层为氟硅树脂15份,蛤壳粉6份,硅粉12份,生物防污剂5份组成。
优选地,所述保温涂层为珍珠岩粉6份、云母粉8份、粘结剂4份、发泡剂6份,玻璃纤维2份,受阻酚类抗氧剂2份。
本发明有益效果是:本发明中的耐火砖表面的涂层增加了锅炉整体的抗腐蚀能力和保温效果,降低了安全隐患和能耗,提高了锅炉的安全性能和热效率。

1.一种耐火砖,其特征在于,所述耐火砖内表面涂有防腐涂层,外表面涂有保温涂层,所述防腐涂层为氟硅树脂12-18份,蛤壳粉4-7份,硅粉8-14份,生物防污剂4-8份组成;所述保温涂层为珍珠岩粉5-7份、云母粉6-10份、粘结剂3-4份、发泡剂2-8份,玻璃纤维1-2份,受阻酚类抗氧剂1-3份。
