Abstract

本发明涉及到用于分离液体与固体的设备。使用了一循环过滤带,在该过滤带的下方设置有一吸入箱,此吸入箱能产生比大气压低的低压。所说的吸入箱的至少一侧与固定的降压箱相连。吸入箱上设置有与降压箱相配合的连接装置。这就能在不用诸如橡胶连接管的情况下将吸入箱与降压箱连接起来。由于橡胶材料不耐高温,所以这一点是很重要的。

Description

分离设备
本发明涉及到一种用于分离混合物中液体与固体的设备,这种设备带有:一循环过滤带;用于将混合物供给过滤带的装置;至少一个支承过滤带的吸入箱,此吸入箱位于该过滤带的下方并随过滤带移动,同时,吸入箱还与一降压装置及控制装置相连,该降压装置用来产生比大气压低的低压力,而控制装置则用于在吸入箱内交替地产生低压和大气压;以及排放装置,此装置与上述吸入箱相连。
从荷兰专利申请书第72.10541号中已知有上述这种设备。
在已知的这种设备中,所说的吸入箱通过软管与降压装置相连。这就存在有许多缺陷。经由软管所能抽吸的空气及液体的数量会因该软管可能的截面尺寸而受到限制。由于软管是弯曲的,所以该软管会产生横贯过滤带运动方向的干扰力。这种干扰力比较大并在真空箱运动期间是可变的。此外,由于软管的构成材料是橡胶,所以,不可能作温度较高的加热。最后一个缺陷是,往复运动的质量因软管及连接装置的重量而相对较大。
本发明的目的是消除上述缺陷。本发明以这样的方式达到这一目的,即:吸入箱的至少一侧与固定的降压箱相连,并且,该吸入箱上设置有一与降压箱配合的连接装置。
通过在吸入箱的一侧上设置固定的降压箱,不用橡胶软管就能将吸入箱与降压箱连接起来。依照一个最佳实施例,例如,可在降压箱上选一缝状开口,吸入箱可经由该缝状开口随一连接件沿长度方向移动。因此,往复运动期间所移动的质量仅限于吸入箱自身的重量。此外,也不存在连接装置的材料对要分离的混合物的温度所附加的限制。最后,可以选择吸入箱之连接件的截面尺寸,因此,不存在对空气和液体抽取量的限制,所以,可按需选择所述分离设备的效率。
为了能够封住位于吸入箱的正在移动的连接件两侧的缝状开口,在吸入箱与降压箱上配备有相互配合的密封装置。
以下参照附图来进一步说明本发明,在附图中:
图1显示了本发明之第一实施例的透视图;
图2显示了上述实施例一部分的剖面图;以及
图3是另一实施例的透视图。
本发明的分离装置包括一循环过滤带,此过滤带绕传动辊2、3滚动。要分离的混合物从给料器4供给过滤带1的上部。一吸入箱5设置在过滤带的下方,此吸入箱的顶部为具有特定网眼宽度的网格6。吸入箱5通过阀门7、8与用于形成真空的装置(未画出)相连接,产品在过滤带1上部的端部处经由装置9排出。
一缸体-活塞结构10与吸入箱5相连,所说的缸体-活塞结构为吸入箱5提供了回复力。吸入箱5在沿箭头11移动及返回移动时由辊式导向装置12所引导。这种引导活动也可由滑动式导向装置(未显示)来完成。
依照本发明,吸入箱5的至少一侧与固定的降压箱13相连。吸入箱5通过一连接件14伸进降压箱13的缝状开口内。缝状开口15与连接件14之间设置有密封装置16、17。吸入箱5的下侧由按倾斜位置安置的底板构成。将该底板设置成不成直线可以增力吸入箱5的液压能力。
图1和图2所示的分离装置按下述方式运转。通过在吸入箱5内产生低压,可以形成移动的过滤带1与该吸入箱之间的接合。过滤带向前带动吸入箱5,所分离的产品被吸入箱5吸收并经由降压箱13排出。当上述工作行程结束时,所说的低压会被释放,因而吸入箱5会与过滤带1相分离。活塞-缸体结构10产生回复力,从而使得吸入箱5移回到上述工作行程开始的位置。然后,重复上述运转过程。
依照图3所示的另一实施例,降压箱20、21设置在过滤带的两侧。在这一实施例中,过滤带22、23位于相应吸入箱21、20相应倾斜部分24、25的侧面上。密封装置则设置在吸入箱5连接到降压箱20、21上的位置处。这一实施例的运转与图1中实施例的运转相同。

Claims (3)

1.一种用于分离混合物中液体与固体的设备,这种设备带有:一循环过滤带;用于将混合物供给过滤带的装置;至少一个支承过滤带的吸入箱,此吸入箱位于过滤带的下方并随过滤带移动,同时,吸入箱还与一降压装置及控制装置相连,降压装置用来产生比大气压低的低压力,而控制装置则用于在吸入箱内交替地产生上述低压和大气压;以及排放装置,此装置与上述吸入箱相连;所述分离设备的特征在于,吸入箱的至少一侧与固定的降压箱相连,并且,吸入箱上设置有一与前述降压箱配合的连接装置。
2.如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所说的降压箱带有一缝状开口,吸入箱可经由该缝状开口随一连接件沿长度方向移动。
3.如权利要求1和2所述的设备,其特征在于,所说的吸入箱和降压箱均带有相互配合的密封装置。
