Abstract

본 발명은 액체와 고체를 분리하기 위한 장치에 관한 것이다. 무단 필터 벨트가 사용되는데, 이 아래에는 주변 압력보다 낮은 압력(부압)을 발생시킬 수 있는 흡입 박스가 설치된다. 이 흡입 박스는 고정된 부압 박스에 의해 적어도 한측면이 한정되고, 상기 부압 박스와 공동 작용하는 연결 수단을 구비한다. 이럼으로써, 예컨대 고무 연결 호스를 사용하지 않고서도 상기 흡입 박스와 부압 박스 사이의 연결을 수행할 수 있다. 이는 고무재료가 예컨대 고온에 견디지 못하기 때문에 아주 중요하다.

Claims (3)

  1. 무단 필터 벨트와, 상기 필터 벨트에 혼합물을 공급하기 위한 수단과, 상기 필터 벨트를 지지하기 위한 적어도 하나의 흡입 박스와, 그리고 상기 흡입 박스에 연결된 배출 수단을 포함하고 있으며, 상기 흡입 박스가 필터 밸트의 아래에 위치하여 이와 함께 이동하고 주변 압력보다 낮은 압력을 발생시키기 위한 부압장치와 상기 낮은 압력과 주변 압력을 상기 흡입 박스 내에서 교대로 발생시키기 위한 제어 수단에 연결되어 있는, 혼합물로부터 액체 및 고체를 분리하기 위한 분리 장치에 있어서, 상기 흡입 박스는 고정된 부압 박스에 의해 적어도 한 측면이 한정되고, 상기 부압 박스와 공동 작용하는 연결 부품을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부압 박스는 슬롯형 개구를 구비하고 있으며, 상기 흡입 박스는 연결 부품과 함께 상기 개구를 통해 길이 방향으로 이동가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 분리 장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 흡입 박스 및 부압 박스는 상호간에 공동 작용하는 밀봉 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리 장치.
